Re: sex headaches (anon for privacy) - this happened to me a couple times, specifically when using a hitachi magic wand, and the research I did pointed to unconsciously clenching head and neck muscles and/or holding my breath when I was about to come. I swore off the vibrator for a few weeks, changed up what position I masturbate in and how I hold myself/whether or what pillows are under me/etc, and focused on breathing consistently and not tensing up around orgasms, and with those habits it hasn't happened since. Again, not medical advice, just something that worked for me.

It’s worth trying to look for commonalities to when it happens. Common ones are dehydration, not breathing enough, overly clenching.

But it’s worth noting that since there can be pretty serious conditions that cause sex headaches it’s still worth speaking to a doctor about and getting blood tests if you have the privilege to do so and it’s more often than a one off.

I do think Ten is currently still my favorite Doctor but I cannot stress ENOUGH how it is specifically season 4 Ten who is my favorite. It is Ten+Donna that is my favorite Doctor. Ultimately I am a sucker for the bestest friends in the whole wide universe who make each other better and are soulmates are are low key high key obsessed with each other that is to me the dynamic of all fucking time and I personally think Ten+Donna is UNMATCHED. I simply like The Doctor best when Donna is a part of them <3.

in my childhood, i was gifted one of those books of random facts. one of them was about 'famous doctors' in media, one of them being doctor who, with a short explanation below - that he's actually not really a doctor, but an eccentric alien with two hearts, who helps humanity.

however, as a kid with no acces to british television and basic level of english, facts mixed in my head, and i became convinced that the fact was refering to doctor House, from the famous show doctor house, which my mom watched sometimes. so everytime i hung around and it was on the tv i looked at it and thought "damn, that's pretty stressful. not only is this guy puking his guts out but they'll have to deal with aliens at some point"

both of them are rather important assets, working in tandem to power their latest schemes and such... but they both serve two drastically different niches, despite the fact they're working towards the same end goal.

it's wild how little medical professionals know about how medical research is done and how to actually discern facts in their field. I find myself giving them statistics 101 classes to explain why some study with a small sample size they heard of second hand isnt hard proof of anything disturbingly often. it really blows me away that they can know all these facts but have no idea how it is that any of them got proven

2022: damn i've felt even worse since i got covid in december. been getting really into passing out on my walks back from the store and my heart rate spikes whenever i stand

2023: ok i still feel awful but now i'm in college and i Have to walk to get to my classes/the dining hall/etc. this is bad because i still am experiencing these symptoms. i think this will make me worse and not better
