Alex had gone missing. All Clyde could remember was running from the cops, sirens blaring, light flashing, and when it all calmed down they were just gone. Weeelllll, too bad. Clyde can just... y'know... move.... on..... uuuugh it can't do that! Besides! Ehm... Alex is more useful to it Alive than dead!

So. It retraced it's steps. Searching the area for any sign of it's lost sandwich person. Sniffing and shuffling through the autumn leaves was a chore, but eventually it caught onto a trail. Following it Clyde soon found.... nothing. There was nothing. The trail was cold.

It sat down and heaved a heavy sigh. It's human was gone. They could be hurt! Or worse... no! Nope. Alex must be smarter than that! They couldn't have been caught by the ERPD. Those idiots couldn't catch a rolling ball if they tried! Still... Clyde found itself worried. Not for Alex of course! Only that maybe it had lost a very important person to it's plans. Yeah...

Just as it was brainstorming ways to find it's missing comrade it glanced up. A broken branch, barely handing on by a thread. It was split upword, meaning some sort of weight was put on it to make it snap like that. Clyde looked further up, a few more broken or stressed branches. But at the top of the trail of splinters, barely visible between the green and orange leaves, was a huddled lump of fabric. It was Alex's blanket...

Ah. Thats where they whent. Clyde was a little embarrassed. How did it not think to look up!? Hell! It taught Alex the hiding in trees trick!

Well... no better time to get some well deserved payback. Clyde began to silently climb. An evil and excited grin stretched across it's face. Alex won't even see it coming.

So since we're all in the mood for angst it seems- Let me give you that "Bad end" thing that I mentioned the other day. Keeping it vague so that everyone can wild with this idea :) ... While they are breaking out winfrey- someone (Lankman) gets a lucky shot with a pistol. Alex gets shot, but keeps it quiet until they are far away from that hell on earth, and then just has a quiet moment with Clyde. They know they are a dead man walking....might as well be use to their closest friend one last time. Might as well not bleed out to death....at least this should be fast and Maybe painless, right? "Can you eat me?"

A little thing to chew on my fellow doai sitcom fans (no joke, this has been the only thing on my mind. Its so bad I couldn't play my cello cuz i was spacing out so hard).

We all know Lankmann put a wanted order out for Alex's arrest. But what if its not for the snooping and secret exposing?

Lankmann couldn't give two shits that they were trying to expose him. He has money and fear on his side. No one would believe Alex no matter how hard they tried.

No. He wanted Alex for a whole other reason. Lankmann doesn't view it as villainy. Only as a hero saving the less fortunate.

He knows Alex is immune to the Veldigun touch. Even tho Clyde thought it was sneaky, Lankmann knows it and Alex are friends. Lankmann wants Alex so he can find a cure for himself, and for those effected by Veldiguns. (I hope im doing this right. Im not entirely sure how it works)

Its a real Last Of Us situation. To find the cure Alex must die.

Now, from this point on everything is up to you. What happens, how Clyde feels, how Alex feels. Theres always the possibility they are just flat out immune, or they are already turning into a veldigun. Who knows! Tho, when it comes to the second option, i think it would be funny if Lankmann had a Silco from Arcane type of tantrum. Like the scene of Silco freaking out and kicking the shit out of one of his lackies. That type of tantrum. A creepy, violent tantrum that quickly turns into angry and methodical scheming.

Specimen 03

The last thing they could remember was running. Alex and Clyde had been found by the police and they did the usual thing and ran. But, at some point, Alex had felt a sharp pain in their shoulder. Before they know it they were waking up here. Hands restrained by full cover hand cuffs, and an extra set of cuffs wrapped around their ankles.

The Lankmann foundation had caught them. Alex couldn't help but wounder where Clyde was. Did it escape? Did it try to save them? Frankly they didn't care if it did try or not, they'll be happy just knowing it got away. It was probably going to kill them once they saved Winfrey anyway... speaking of Winfrey. The humming and singing it would usually do floated through the halls, so atleast Alex knows they're in the Asylum. If it wasn't already evident by the medical garments they wore.

Shuffling on the floor they soon realised the chain around their legs connected to the back wall, the furthest they could get was the middle of the room. It was a single person cell. Rubber floor, roof, and walls. A single mattress, and the front wall was made of glass. Greate.

As they searched the room they heard the heavy and familier sound of a door opening. Turning around they were met with a bandaged face caretaker standing right outside the glass. "Specimen 03," it said, "You are expected to follow me. Any resistance will be met with force."

Alex glared at it as it entered the room slowly approaching them, "how about you suck my d-" before even finishing the sentence they were met with a fist to the face, "shiit" they slurred recovering from the impact. They were swiftly hoisted up by the arm as another caretaker entered and gripped their other arm. Then the two began to drag them across the floor.

The shackles were too tight to really do anything, struggling will only cause more problems, so Alex just let it happen. Looking around they noticed the multitude of body scans pinned to a cork board, all of them with writing and circled spots on them. All invasive scans of Alex's body. Gross. As they were dragged out of the doors a large signe above the door read "Specimen 03, The Immune." Oh. Thats what they want with them. Alex felt a pit form in their stomech. All the scans pointed to their abdomen and head... Alex Began to struggle.

Im playing off the idea Clyde's deffinition of caring is different, but this time we got it genuinely not realising humans have a different form of caring and now it feels bad.

Clyde sat in the nest. It was tired, so tired, but it couldn't sleep. Earlier in the day Clyde had said it didnt care about Alex, they had chuckled and said, "oh really?" To which Clyde replied, "I don't even know what caring means."

Then, Alex told it. "Caring is when you love someone so much, you never want them to get hurt. You never want them to be scared. You never want to let them go... but it's also realising that at some point, you'll have to let go. Wether you like it or not." They had glanced back at it, and in that moment it understood. Now it sat here, just thinking. The little ones... Clyde cares about them, but they didn't see it that way. Now it understood why. Humans care differently.

Clyde knew it ate Alex's brother, someone Alex cared for, someone Alex didn't want to let go of, someone Alex had to let go of because Clyde cared too much.

Now, glancing back at the sleeping figure beside it, Clyde had to make a choice. Does it care about Alex like a Veldigun, or does it care like a human?

DOAI Sitcom au x Resident Evil

Leon felt... odd... He was so used to constant fighting and running, but right now it was just peaceful. He sat in an old barn surrounded by monsters. Back in the day he would have pumped thease creatures full of lead, but now he finds himself being part of their 'team' if you could even call it that.

Previously he had agreed to take a mission in Eastridge county as a way to find his missing cousin, Alex. They had disappeared suddenly and was last seen with the 'eastridge demon', but turns out they were working with the demon. The real threat was the Lankmann foundation. Pieces of shit work with Umbrella and use their 'patients' as test subjects. Alex was the only one to realise and had a target on their head for it.

As it turns out, the 'demons' are fully conscious and aware beings capable of emotion, and boy were they emotional. This Klaus guy missed his father, to the point of nearly killing Alex. Mortimer, a former human, cares deaply for his drawings and the time it takes to make them. He also seems to have a family-like relationship with Alex. Simon refuses to harm humans. Flock is just a bird. Then there's Clyde. It clames to not care for Alex, but it's pretty clear that's a lie. Considering it very protecticly curled itself around Alex as they slept in that odd nest it built.

The flip in sleep schedule was an adjustment too. Veldiguns are nocternal. It's also easier to move and sneak around at night. So Leon and Alex both sleep in the day, spend some time with eachother after waking up, then go out searching for clues and evidence once the Veldiguns all wake up. Also shopping. The local convenience stores are oddly comfortable with the gaggle of creatures just showing up, they even know some of them by name.

Leon really doesn't know what in life led to this point. In all honesty though, it's nice. He lays back down in his makeshift bed. Yeah, its odd being surrounded by a bunch of snoring monsters. But he can't remember the last time he was this safe. He'll take down the Lankmann foundation, save the veldigun trapped within, and finally free the people of Eastridge from the overbearing power of Dr. Lankmann. Even if he dies trying.

So. Modern Prometheus au right? For fun (non canon) draw Alex, Clyde, Pastra, and H!Lankmann in an pixilated rpg style (think deltarune, they do not need to be pixilated) game. But, they're in a boss fight with you/your sona as the boss.

The background can be your hall in the office building, or a setting from doai. You can attacks if you want, you can use any UI from any game, you can show multiple phases, heck you can animate an idle animation. I just thought it would be fun.
