Haunted car Au part 11

When Duke woke up, he remembered the fight he had with Bruce last night. All in all, it was actually what Duke wanted to happen in a way. Duke got full access to “fix” the Batmobile, but just the way Bruce made it sound was just… Infuriating. Like, sure, blame the newly 17 year old kid who had only moved the car, not even a hundred feet, for everything wrong with the car. Being benched until he figured out how to get whoever was possessing the car sucked though.

The good news is that the only people who would be awake to bother him or ask unwanted questions would be Alfred and maybe Tim. If Tim got on his case it would be simple to call in Alfred or to threaten him with calling in Alfred. The only other people that use the cave like the front door are Dick and Jason. Both would be up for hiding the issue from Bruce once explained. Dick would be a bleeding heart to a potential meta/alien kid getting stuck because of their powers. Jason would keep the secret just on principle, especially if told Duke got blamed for something he had no hand in. Jason would probably help set the kid up after he gets out of the car too, assuming Bruce doesn't pull a Bruce. It would be nice to not be the only meta in the family though, and the kid would already know about the family, but that would be the kids choice.

After a short breakfast, Duke made his way back down to the cave, only to hear a…Rave?

He made his way through the cave following the muted music to… the car…

“What in every hell are you doing?” Duke could not help to exclaim as he saw the Batmobile, for lack of a better comparison, dancing.

The car was strobing its headlights from the yellow driver's lights, to the brights, to the color changing LEDs Jason and Dick put in for a party prank that Bruce never removed, all to the beat of some techno that had to have been in Tim's Playlist. The car stopped in its perceived dancing to open its door in another mockery of a wave causing the music to become almost deafening as the door opened. Duke had to cover his ears as the kid in the car panicked and set off its alarm before turning everything off. If Duke thought the cacophony before was deafening, the silence after was even more so.

“Seriously, what the hell kid?” Duke said with as much incredulity as he could muster.

The car responded with a slow turning of its front wheels and a quieter sound of ‘Sorry’ by Justin Beiber playing, which could have been from either Dick or Steph’s playlists.

“You know what? I am not going to deal with song names and lyrics to guess from. Give me a second.” Duke went to the Batcomputer and found Tim's folder containing all of the sound bytes and clips that he uses when he gets real malicious with the power points for his team, the JL, or for Bruce when he is being exceptionally pissy, and downloads it onto a large USB stick. It took a little longer than Duke expected, but within an hour the USB was downloading its new playlist into the Batmobile’s radio storage. The sound bytes should be better than songs, right?

“GOOOOOOODDDDDD MOOOOORRRRRRNNNING GOOOOOOOTTTHHHHAAAAAAAAAMMMM!!!!!!!!!!”

I adore your loz au, and the frozen land rly reminded me of kamui from okami so I put on the soundtrack while going through your master post list ^^

One part that was particularly cool was your post about ghosts in the game and the potential of seeing a ghost out in a blizzard that could hint at some quest or bit of lore is just *chefs kiss* good

Thank you so much! I love Okami :^) I usually have a little playlist of my own playing in the background while I draw stuff for my LoZ thing!! Music is wonderful!

And thank you again! I'm very fond of the ghosts that can be found here and there. Since I keep thinking about this idea as like, a game playthrough, I'd want the ghost to be kind of a rare occurrence (there aren't a whole lot of them) but you'd be sure to run into at least a few of them in a casual playthrough. They usually stay in one area, some roam but most of them are stuck in one place doing the same thing over and over. This one is practicing his sword skills:

Most of the ghosts notice Link only if Link talks to them, but some of them are so wrapped up in themselves that he can't reach them. With the one above, Link can help him practice and spar with him until he gets better :) Helping them out with whatever they seem hung up over often helps them let go and cross over to the other side as well (whatever side that may be). Elio is a little scared of them but they're harmless :)

synopsis: you and ritsu have had a strange friendship/acquaintanceship for years. you invited her to take a two-week getaway with you, as you had planned to go with a different friend, but they bailed on you unexpectedly. you didn’t want to go by yourself so you decided to invite your childhood friend ritsu sohma.

(a/n: this is some pure self indulgent, tooth-rotting fluff. i love ritsu so much, she’s so underrated. also yes, in this au ritsu is trans femme and uses she/her pronouns. enjoy! ♡)

“Thank you so much for taking my dear Ritsu to Okinawa. I’m sure she’ll enjoy her time there.” Okami said to you with a bow. 

“Of course, Okami. Any time.” You responded with a smile.

Ritsu stood off to the side while you spoke with her mother, festering in her discomfort that she's going to have to share a confined space with you for over 40 hours and have to endure the awkward tension that you two mutually shared. But it wasn’t just the road trip there to Okinawa, oh no; you two were bound to spend an entire two weeks together in a shared space. 

(flashback) “Ritsu! Come here, Y/n is on the phone!” Her mother called from the front hall of their home.  Ritsu rushed down quicker than she'd like to admit. “Yes? What is it?”  “Y/n is wondering if you would like to join them on a little trip tomorrow!” Okami beamed. “O-of course I would!” Ritsu chirped enthusiastically. “Splendid! You hear that, Y/n? She said yes!” She nearly squealed into the speaker. “All right. I'll give you to her now. It was nice catching up with you!” Okami says to you before handing Ritsu the phone.  “H-hello?” Ritsu stuttered into the phone.  “Hi, Ritsu~” You greeted her in a playful flirting manner.  “Hey, how are you?” Ritsu asked. “Exhausted from packing. What about you, Riichan?” You inquired back to her.  “Oh, I’m good now that I’m talking to you.” She said with a smile you could almost hear through your receiver. “So, tonight your task is to pack two weeks' worth of clothes. Got that, Ritsu?” It was at that moment Ritsu’s eyes enlarged to be akin to the size of bottle caps. She could hear a pin drop.  “Ritsu, are you there? Ritsu!” You call out over the receiver worriedly.  “Huh? Oh, I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean to go quiet on you!” She apologised frantically.  You could only laugh softly over the phone. “It’s okay. Did your mother not… tell you the duration of the trip?” “No, she just asked me if I wanted to go; nothing about the duration of it!” She nearly shouted. “Huh… well, I understand if you don’t want to go. Take your time in making this decision, Ritsu. I’ll be by your place tomorrow morning at 11.” You tell her calmly.  “Alright. I’ll talk with my mother then.” Ritsu said. “Goodnight, Y/n-san.” She bid.  “Goodnight, Riichan.” You chuckled before she hung up.  Ritsu placed the phone on its holder before immediately zooming down the hall to find her mother. She found Okami in her bedroom and slammed the door open with a scream of, “MOTHER!!!” The older woman whipped around quickly with a hand to her chest like she almost had a heart attack. “For god’s sake Ritsu! What on earth was that about?!” She questioned, her voice raised. “You never told me how long Y/n’s trip to Okinawa was going to be!” She shrieked. “Well, it’s too late to turn back now. Y/n has no one else to spend these two weeks with. Their friend bailed on them at the last minute, and they already paid for two people to do activities with them.” Okami explained.  “But—“ Ritsu began.  “No buts, except yours in your room, packing your suitcase.” Okami tutted.  “Ohhhh!” Ritsu wailed, stomping her way to her room, though accidentally bumping into someone along the way and apologising to them profusely. Ritsu hardly slept a wink that night, for the thought of spending the next few weeks with you disallowed her from falling asleep. (end of flashback)

“Ritsu, come on honey it’s time for you to go now.” Okami beckons for her daughter to get in the car you now closed the trunk too, once you and her bags were loaded into it.

Ritsu begrudgingly gets into the passenger seat of your car, and soon you were off on your way to Okinawa. 

For a long while, you both remained silent. No one says a single word and Ritsu stares out of her window. 

Finally, you find yourself fed up with the silence and decide to at least play some music so there's some different sound besides the whirring of your car’s tires along the road and the wind howling around your car. You decide to hook up your music streaming service from your phone to the car’s radio, and the first song that plays is “we fell in love in october” by girl in red. 

Ritsu’s head picks up and she turns to look at you with a look of awe. “I love girl in red!” She giggled, which was a delightful sound that you adored. Whilst you couldn't really look at her, as you had to concentrate on driving, you could imagine her sweet smile. Soon she started singing the song playing. She was no singer, but damn it all you would still listen to her tone-deaf voice forever if you could. 

A few girl in red (as well as Taylor Swift and some songs from artists you enjoy) later, Ritsu exhausted her voice and fell asleep. 

You didn't notice it until you'd stopped at a gas station. You looked over at her slumbering form to your left. 

Her glossy lips were parted slightly, and her strawberry-blonde hair glowed in the golden rays of the sunset. Her head was leaning against the car window and tilted down slightly. 

You then realised you were staring. You got out of the car and did what needed to be done, before coming back into the car. 

Ritsu had woken up, and she was rubbing her eyes with her knuckles sleepily. “Sorry, I fell asleep.” She mumbled. 

“It’s alright. We’ll be stopping for the night soon.” You tell her, looking at the GPS which is telling that you are near a 24-hour rest stop in Nagaokakyo, just outside of Kyoto. 

“Wait, so… we’re- sleeping in the car?” Ritsu stammered after peeking at the GPS.

“Yeah. I got a futon and pillows back there. I'll roll ‘em out before bedtime once we have stopped.” You explained. “We can change and brush our teeth and stuff in the bathrooms there. We'll have dinner once we arrive.”

Ritsu looked out the window with an uneasy expression. 

“What’s wrong?” You asked, taking a glance at her through the rearview mirror. 

“What? I-It's nothing! I'm sorry for worrying you! It’s just-“ She tried coming up with an excuse but you spoke before she could come up with something. 

“It’s just for three nights. Then afterward, you’ll be in your own bed. Okay?” You reassure her. “I did this because hotels are expensive, and I wanted to be able to do more activities than blow all my money on hotel expenses. Besides, we can get on the road faster and we’re not risking losing valuables.” You pointed out to her. 

“Mmm… I guess you're right about that…” Ritsu mumbled admittedly.

After dinner (rice balls with a filling you had premade, while watching the sunset from the roof of your van), you go to the restrooms of the stop, put on your pajamas, and do whatever else you need to get ready for bed. When you get back to the van, you find Ritsu wearing the cutest little strawberry pajama set, and her long and light auburn locks are tied up in a bun held by a scrunchie. “I love your pajamas, Riichan!” You compliment her. 

Her cheeks dusted a sweet rosy pink. “Really? Th-Thank you, Y/n-san…” She stuttered, rubbing her forearm.

“Mhm! You look so cute in them!” You grinned, unbeknownst to the effect it would have on your friend.

Her blush grew more intense. One hand came up to make a pitiful attempt at hiding it. A sheepish smile appeared on her delicate lips and she gripped the hem of her top with her other hand.

You catch yourself staring again, and you look off to the side. “Alright, let's just uh- let's just get the futon set up.” You murmur in suggestion. 

“Yeah, yeah. That's a good idea.” She giggled.

“Yeah?” You said.

“Yeah.” She responded.

“Okay?”

“Okay.”

After—whatever the hell that was—you had a laugh and got to work setting up the back of your car so you could both sleep for the night.

You unrolled the futon and Ritsu put the pillows and blanket on it. You crawl onto the futon after Ritsu.

Once you’d both gotten in the van, Ritsu slipped her shoes off, then collapsed face first in your shared bed. She was zonked basically the moment her head collided with the cool pillow.

It was a quite hilarious sight for you. After your little moment of mentally chortling at the predicament, you joined Ritsu in bed, facing away from the middle of the bed just as she was, almost like you were in an awkward relationship with her—oh that's right; that's exactly what was going on here.

(another random a/n: the author was feeling like a salty, cranky, crabby little oscar the grouch, who thought it was necessary to add a bit of snark into this segment. now back to our regularly scheduled programming.)

“Alright, goodnight, Riichan.” You said to her before closing the trunk so no bugs, weirdos, or critters could get in. 

(time skip to your first morning at the hotel since the author is too lazy to write the rest of the drive. But, to put it simple and clean, the same thing that happened above happened the next two days of the drive; you sit in silence and occasionally turn on some music, Ritsu takes a nap, and you sleep in the car at a truck stop and have some homemade rice balls and you sleep on the futon in the car.)

Ritsu walked out onto the engawa at the back of the inn, the early morning sky gazing back at her. She shed her robe so she was stark naked.

The cool air of the early autumn caused goosebumps to sprout all along her body like daisies in the meadow after winter.

Your voice came from behind her suddenly, startling her. “I'm sorry?” She said.

“I was admiring the view.” You said.

“Oh, yeah. It's a nice sunrise. The sky is so pretty—” She began before you cut her off. 

“I don't mean just the sunrise. You are the quite spectacle yourself.” You chuckled. 

She whipped around with a face full of shock. “Eh?!” She sounded in confusion.

“You’re beautiful, Riichan.” You put it bluntly. 

“I…” She mumbled, her sage green eyes wide with amazement.

“Come on, let's get in the water.” You suggest, changing the subject and waving your hand in a ‘follow me’ motion.

She lingered reluctantly on the engawa while you got settled in the hot water. You then look back at her.

“What's the matter?” You asked.

“You… meant that?” Ritsu questioned hushedly, tears welled up at the corners of her eyes. 

Ah, she was feeling insecure. “Of course I do, Riichan. Now, come on. You must be cold just standing there naked.” You reassured her with a smile. 

“R-right. Sorry.” She apologized, promptly stepping into the steaming water of the hot spring. 

You hold out your hand to help her in, wanting to be chivalrous to her. 

She took your hand reluctantly as she wobbily sat herself down on a rock in the water. After a minute, you noticed she had a far-off look in her eyes. 

“Something on your mind?” You inquired her with genuine curiosity.

“Huh? Oh! I'm sorry! Was I spacing out? Am I really that bad of a travel companion that I'm spacing out on you?” She asked worriedly.

“No, I just wanna know… are you okay?” You questioned.

“I'm sorry! I'm sorry I'm making you waste your time worrying about me—” Ritsu shrieked, but you cut her off by placing a hand on her mouth. It was early in the morning and the last thing you needed was Ritsu shrieking and waking up the other guests at the hotel. Ritsu looked down at your hand on her mouth with wide eyes. 

Once you've deemed her calm enough to remain quiet for you to say what you want to say, you take your hand away from her mouth. “Ritsu, you've been excellent company for me. Don't worry that pretty head of yours so much, okay?” You reassured her. 

Her face changed from gobsmacked to a tearful smile. “This is why I love you. You're always so kind to me. Even though really, I don't deserve such kindness from someone like you.” She sniveled.

“What do you mean? Of course you deserve to be treated kindly! Don't you say such self-deprecating things about yourself because damn it all—!” You scolded as quietly as you could before finally realising what she said. “Wait… you love me? Like… in the more-than-friends kind of love me?” You questioned. 

“Yes… I do. I always have.” She admitted sheepishly. You had an unreadable expression of either thought or revolt on your face—it was the latter, according to Ritsu, at least—“I'm sorry! You must not like me back in that way! If that's the case, I'll never mention it again! We can even cut con—” She babbled on before you cut her off with a kiss. 

“I hope that answers your question.” You panted after pulling away. Unfortunately for you, it didn't. “I've… also liked you in that way for a long time. I've just… never found the right time or words or actions to tell you how I feel. I didn't even think you would like me like that.” You confessed, looking down at your bare thighs, the view of them distorted and abstracted by the ripples of the springwater.

“Y/n-san...” Ritsu whispered, cupping your cheek with a delicate hand of hers, having your head lift back up to look her in the eye. “I mean it; I love you.” She persisted with a pout on her face, her brows scrunched together.

You chortle at the adorable expression. “My stubborn girl.” (translation: ”I love you too.”) You leaned forward in your spot to push her long locks behind her ear and kiss her cheek. Yeah, you thought to yourself, the rest of this trip is gonna be great with her by my side. girl in red was right; we fell in love in October. And she is my girl now.

windforce defeated orochi 100 years ago; she lets banhammer go to nippon to fight off evil and do what he please within reason. banhammer visit sword, rocket, and medkit in the village. medkit always heals and patches up the trio up after their adventures; they collect herbs and other plants for medince for medkict; medkit started to feel more close to ban but never said anything, he doesnt know how to show that he might be in love. one day ban, sword and rocket went on an adventure away from the village to go all over nippon. medkit heard rumors in his village that orochi is awaken, he started getting worried and went to a shirne late at night for windforce and gave her an offer; he asked her if she can protect sword and rocket, medkit doesnt want them to get hurt or separate from eachother. he offered his life and a magatama that gave medkit good luck.

ban, sword and rocket, had fun with exploring all across of nippion. ban started to think about medkit, every night when the duo are a sleep. he thinks about med, he doesnt know why he does but he thinks about him. after many nights of med living rent free in his mind. ban asked sword things about medkit, sword started to get suspicious about the many questions about medkit. he teased ban and ban asked how did he knew. sword and rocket help out ban to get stuff for medkit

at the village a loud boom and a arrow zooming past many homes hitting medkit's home. everyone crowd around medkit home whispering that they are going to lose their doctor to orochi, whispers of worry and pity for the doctor. medkit mind is racing, thank god that sword and rocket are okay, they will be safe with ban, but he will never tell ban about his true feelings; skateboard asked medkit if he is okay, it took all his power not to breakdown. he asked slingshot and skatebroad to write a letter to the adventuring trio. the next day he gets dress in a white kimono. walking to the moon cave, he waved good bye to the village people

ban, sword and rocket are heading back to the village when skatebroad gave them a letter and tells them im sorry. confused they readed the letter, ban heart drops

he pushes away everyone, rushing to the village the other rushes after him.

ban made it to the village he ran to medkit home and saw the arrow, he asked around where is he over and over again they told him at the moon cave, he rushes there. sword rocket and skatebroad follow suite. getting closer to the moon cave he sees medkit, he yells for him to stop, medkit turn around and gave him a warm smiles and ask him to look after sword and rocket as orochi grabs him pulling him into the darkness. ban dashes trying to grab medkit but he miss.

what happens here is similar to okami in the moon cave story area, ban see orochi and fought him, using every once of power to defeat him, sword, skatebroad, rocket and slingshot join in the fight and was able defeat orochi. ban saw medkit and gave him a kiss and a hug medkit hug and kiss him back

i plan to add more detail in parts of the story, then comic time eheheh

Dimension 2020 AU: Revamped I/Z au featuring my Z¹msona/OC Twenty rewritten (as when I was younger the au was poorly written/executed). The new summary of this story is as follows:

"After being lost and found as a mere smeet, Twenty is finally able to move past the incident from years ago and live a normal life among other young irkens within the academy. Everything is going very well...until one day..... everything begins to go wrong."

So, these are just mainly little unintelligible spurts, and the context is jumbled, sorry kdfjssjhbf I'll try to explain more than what the spurt says. -Mika MHA OC angst w/ her mom to an audio I saved ("I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you cry. Please don't cry" child her, when her mother is still alive.) -(Note to myself) Draw Izuku as Beetlejuice. Just do it, don't question yourself. And it better be colored! (What was I doing? I dunno??) -Warrior cat ocs. One is a warrior and falls in love with a kitty pet, and sneaks out to meet them as usual, but they're attacked by dogs and one of them dies. . . :/ (This is to an overarching story lol) -Paige's mom had her go to piano lessons when she was younger. -Okami's dad died saving people from a villain attack. (He's a police officer. Okami looks up to him a lot, and he's the reason she wants to be a hero) -Okami AU where she's accidentally adopted by the League Of Villains (Purely just so I can cause chaos and make them annoyed lol. A Big Changes to this Blog that was Long Overdue...

Hello Everyone…

It's been quite a while since I last posted anything on this blog, well beside repeats of Desolate Paradise content.

You see, a lot of stuff has changed over the years since I first started this blog in 2016 to now 2024, man a long time huh? Anyway, I never expected the good, the bad, and the ugly things and how it would affect my life. I won't get into the details, but basically I'm just like anyone else in the world that deals with hardships and loss. I found it hard to stay passionate and creative with my art and my mindset, that it got to a point where I had enough…

I stopped doing everything that I loved the most and took a huge break from it.

While I was stewing, reflecting, and just recharging my batteries, I was doing other hobbies during this time that I enjoyed. I was writing for a while through the many fandom Au's I've created and I slowly started getting my spark back and my creative juices flowing again.

I started doodling, sketching and doing art again, even though they may not be the best of what I've done before. I'm still happy with them and it's getting me back to what I love doing most.

I then reached a decision on what I want to do with this blog to not only solve the inactivity but also better myself in the process.

The Big Changes to this Blog

These are the "Big Changes" that will be happening to the The Lone Wolf Artist Blog…

As I mentioned before I do have other hobbies that I have developed over the years that I love doing behind the scenes, such as:

These are the few prime examples of things I like doing that has expanded my creative space and mindset besides drawing all the time. The reason I haven't posted these types of content was because I was too focused on making masterpieces and trying to keep up with drawing inactivity on this blog.

I started to learn that it was making me unhappy and too stressed out, but that's all about to change for this blog with these hobbies and the other fandom's I'm interested in too! You see the The Lone Wolf Artist Blog is gonna be my personal space for my other hobbies and the other fandom's that I enjoy beside Motorcity, like:

These are the few examples of the other kinds of fandom that I enjoy and love. My interest goes beyond just Motorcity. I have written many fandom Au's stories during my huge break and I'm dying to bring them to life!

Basically this blog is gonna be a place where I get to do what I want to do and you guys get to see the kinda stuff I created through my written fandom Au's stories instead of focusing on one fandom!

Now the Future Changes of this Blog

Now with these big changes happening with this new direction to the Lone Wolf Blog, it doesn't stop there.

You see I do have other changes that will be coming in the future too! Such as:

1: Question Box Opening [Reason for the Idea: It is where you guy's can ask me questions. (FYI: Their will be Rules to prevent Chaos.)]

2: Request Box Opening [Reason for the Idea: Where you can request drawing ideas for me to draw with rules too. (FYI: I'm a bit undecided about the idea right now. If this idea becomes official, it will be a Limited Box Opening of how many I would take; basically an on and off box.)]

3: Previews of W.I.P.S. Artwork's [Reason for the Idea: I know my art takes a lot of time and patience that causes these long pauses in my blog activity, so maybe I'll post some W.I.P'S of my art content process time to keep up the activity.]

4: Previews of W.I.P.S. Animation's [Reason for the Idea: I sometimes dapple in animation every now and then, maybe I'll post some rough animations that I'm really proud of through my simple animation journey.]

5: Short AU Stories [Reason for the Idea: When I'm not drawing or my hand is slightly sore, I like writing small stories in between from my AU's, maybe I'll post these little stories, but no promises I'm not the best writer but not awful.]

6: Small Comic AU's & Scene's [Reason for the Idea: I write a lot and sometimes I like to take the time to bring these scene's to life.]

7: Gaming Clips [Reason for the Idea: Sometimes during the weekend breaks, I play games to give my creative brain a break. Every now and then I capture awesome, funny and goofy moments during my playthrough's that I'm wiling to share.]

These are a few of my suggestions… I will makes post's when I make the final decisions.

Now The Desolate Paradise Blog Issue

The Desolate Paradise Blog (AKA: Motorcity X Wolf Rain's AU Crossover Story) is going be on hiatus in indefinitely…

I made this decision because I want to focus on my other fandom AU's without focusing on this one all the time and causing me to be stressed out and trying to force myself to keep working on it. It wasn't fun anymore and that's not what I wanted for this AU…

So I'm going to put it on hiatus effective immediately, will it return?…

I don't know right now. For now its on pause and needs to stay like that, until I'm ready to come back to it or.. maybe give up on it entirely…only time will tell.

LAST ONE LEFT AU

LOL, or Last One Left is a ROTTMNT AU that posits an answer to the “what if” scenario of Hamato Yoshi not being mutated during the first collapse of Baron Draxum's lab, leading to him not taking the children in the process; instead coming back to the human world and continuing his career as a movie star. Meanwhile, the Baron trained the 4 turtles into a group of elite warriors bent on protecting yokai-kind from the menace of the surface.

This AU is a collaborative project between me and @discardedmilkywaywrapper, we are gradually developing it in our own time, and would prefer no questions about it for the time being, unless it's something regarding the current artfight event, over which you can reach me, and I will see if it's something we are willing to disclose. Otherwise we politely ask that you please do not message us about it until we have our information properly organized, we will make it clear when it's so.

She thought she was living the dream when she landed a job as a production assistant/coffee intern in the latest Lou Jitsu movie, what she was not expecting was to be thrown into a world full of evil ninja clans, mutants and mystic powers as a side effect. She, completely incidentally, proved herself to her idol by the way she dealt to with being unexpectedly thrown into this world; and the aging Yoshi gave her the offer to become his protegé to learn the ways of his clan. Needless to say she jumped at the chance. Hey, this metal shard that just got stuck on her bat is making this battles with supernatural beings really easy for some reason.

Note: In this universe, given Draxum named the turtles, instead of having their names be inspired on Renassaince painters, their names are inspired of yokai from history.

Raphael; or rather Yonakishi

The tall and quiet leader of the turtles, he speaks in short, precise sentences, he seems to have two modes, icy stoicism or searing rage.

So you see, given he has a baby face and is a sweetheart, the Baron gave him a mask that totally reshaped his face, and trained him to keep quiet in public. Despite outwardly looking so straightlace, Yona has been questioning the teachings of his father lately; he wants to be a hero and do the right thing, but is the destruction of humanity really a noble goal? Doesn't help he is slowly growing to admire that Lou Jitsu and his aprentice with their bold and unorthodox fighting styles.

Leo, or rather Mononoke

The face of the team, Mono does most of the talking for the turtles, from bartering to intimidation, he handles himself like a teathrical villain, building up on his father's presentation, but with more ✨️ PIZZAZ! ✨️

Mono believes being the best mystic warrior of the city is an amazing gig, a position his younger brother hasn't contestes due to having more fun not hamming it up; famous in the underworld, a cool vigilante on the surface, he takes it all in stride. Despite his cocky attitude and self appointed “loose canon” status, being raised by the Baron made him feel like he is always competing for a “The Best” title, and his brothers are all great contenders, so he has to stay on top of his game as the team's strategic mastermind to get that title. Completely unaware he is already slipping.

Further Notes:

Donnie and Mikey are named Zorigami (Zori, or Zee) and Okami (O.K.) respectively.

April only uses her vigilante costume in missions, and just uses her canon clothes in regular day to day life.

I do have a Lou Jitsu design, but given his appearance changes are very minor, I did not make a character ref for him (I didn't originally intended to upload the AU to artfight xP).

Haunter car au, pt 7?

Ngl, the past few chapters have fought me harder than giving the half feral cat my brother brought home a bath. I have deleted 3 potential full chapters and have needed to rewrite my bullet points. That being said, the likelihood of more than just Constantine being run over just went up.

P.s. my buffer chapters also got caught in the deleting because that flow was not having it. The only solace is that my last post was actually the perfect place to change direction. Have fun with a short Bruce chapter, cause Danny is going to have all the fun next chapter.

Bruce was in pain. Alfred gave him some of the good pain medication, but did not think the bruised to the point of almost fractured ribs and sprained shoulder needed the iv pain medication. The concussion was also minor, so Alfred gave him the mandatory 8 hours plus 6 more for the concussion, and added a ban on patrol for a few days because of the ribs and shoulder. Bruce could still check on cases and basic maintenance of gear until the stoic butler mother-henned him back to bed. Alfred had mentioned that the Batmobile was reported to be feeling a bit off by Duke, but it was followed up by Alfred asking telling him to park better next time.

Bruce made his way down to the cave to find Duke exiting the Batmobile. 

“Duke, Alfred mentioned something about the car. Do you know what was causing the problems?” Bruce was hoping that it was a simple fix.

“Ye- yeah, I think I want to try my hand in its maintenance though. Do you think you could have this one labeled as off patrol until I get it back up to snuff?” 

“We could work on it together, do you want to get it on the lift?” 

Bruce wasn't completely sure what response he was expecting from Duke, but a startled panic was not on the list.

“Uh-um, Bruce, you have a concussion working with any sort of machinery would be bad. Maybe next time you do a tune-up, I could join you?”

“Duke, what is wrong with the Batmobile?”

“I- I, uuuh.”

It’s a logical consequence of not exercising self restraint. He wasn’t jumping up and down, but he felt accomplished on the inside giving his wife something she’s always wanted. He’s adding food from his plate to hers from then onwards to keep her and the baby well fed

He’s relieved. Gou’s been sick, and now this all makes sense. They’re going to have a baby! He is happy and a little nervous about it, but he knows he can ask his brothers about what to do next.

Madara (Katsura’s husband)

“I suspected as much” he’s smug about it because he knew she was pregnant before she did. He’s getting an heir, so he’s satisfied

Kagami (miu’s husband)

He’s confused. He thought pregnancy was supposed to be a joyous occasion, but Miu is crying and blaming him for impregnating her? It takes a few days for the news to truly settle in, but he’s excited for this new adventure and will talk Miu down from her dramatic edge she’s not her grandmother, he’s not letting her go on missions pregnant. Sorry, dear

Rei (Sora’s Husband)

Scared and guilty feeling. Sora’s the one good thing that’s happened to him and if he lost her he’d be a wreck. It’s his fault not really, she wanted to start a family and he’s going to make sure she stays happy and healthy

Sakumo (Kōmori’s husband)

He’s caught off guard by her stating she has been sensing a a faint chakra growing in her over dinner. It takes a second to realize what she meant, but he’s happy. Happy enough to cry and kisses her sweetly

Suzaku (Erika and Aja’s husband)

He’s happy at first! Erika was the first to announce her pregnancy, which made Aja a bit sad as they’d planned to be pregnant together. Then he’s stressing. It wouldn’t matter to him if Aja was unable to carry children, but it mattered to her. So the relief he (and Erika) felt when it actually happened a few months later for Aja was enough for him to laugh. Two pregnant wives under one roof is stress he welcomes if they’re happy.

Orochimaru (Tora’s situationship)

Didn’t find out he was father until the child was a toddler. He found it to be an interesting development coming from Tora

Manda (Sho’s husband)

He’s a little embarrassed. It means everyone knows they’ve been having unprotected sex 💀 But he’s really happy! Building a family with Sho is beyond his wildest dreams.
