Hedwig honestly. She'd stalk on social media, pay people to get information and follow you around, I agree with Dr kry stalking as well but it'd make him crazy, he doesn't trust anyone else so he'd do it himself and end up being exhausted from sleep deprivation and drive himself crazy and probably end up exposing himself. (Not related but I personally have a Hc that hedwig was the kind of kid to look up " girls kissing" and have a complete panic attack after, like would factory reset her phone to get rid of the evidence)
