A/N: Just a small thought I've had for a little while now. It's a little short just cause I don't have too much time to write at the moment but I really needed to write something so here it is lol. I hope you enjoy! (also I didn't read this back over because I'm posting this while I hide away from family, but I'll look it over later)

We all know Luffy loves physical affection

He’s attacking you in hugs any chance he gets

Holding your hand and hanging onto your front and back like a stretchy limbed baby koala 

But I think he’s also a big kisser

And not just small little peaks on the cheek

No no

Big old, wet, smacking kisses

Those attacked hugs that send you flying into things and onto the ground are going to be accompanied by kiss after kiss after kiss

Kisses to your cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, neck, collarbones, shoulders, and lips

He’s kissing you anywhere he can get at

Kisses are just another form of affection he thinks he should be able to give to the people he loves

He has no true sense of boundaries whatsoever so if you're not into his type of affection you’re gonna have to shout it at him 

He may look at you like a scolded little puppy

But he’ll find another way to shower you in love in no time

The first time Luffy kissed you, you were stunned. You weren’t sure if he had meant it romantically or not, but you allowed it because it made you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Luffy always had that effect on you. On everyone he cared for, it seemed. 

He was happiness incarnate and his kisses only further solidified that. 

You found yourself seeking Luffy’s affection more and more, especially after days when everything seemed to be wrong. 

And Luffy, of course, was always more than happy to shower you with hugs and kisses

But today, you weren’t the one doing the seeking. 

No, Luffy was on the hunt for you. A hunt you were only alerted to by the cheerful shout of your name from across the deck of the Sunny. 

You perked up instantly at the sound, knowing what was to come in mere seconds. 

Robin perked up as well, blue eyes looking from the book she was reading towards where you sat next to her. A small smile tugged at her lips as Luffy shouted for you again. 

“Looks like Captain’s searching for you.” She mused, watching as you quickly placed your drink down before going to get up. 

“Yeah and I better--” But before you could even finish your thought, your name was shouted once more. A shout that was growing closer in a split second you didn’t even have time to try to stand up before Luffy was flinging himself at you. 

An Oofed huffed of air was knocked out of your lungs as you were shoved right back into your chair, the wood it was made up of groaning at the sharp movement. 

Arms were stretched round and round your waist, hand holding you tight. Legs did the said as kiss after kiss was planted to your face. 

“Lu--” His warm, chapped lips kissed your own. “--ffy.” You finished when lips kissed at your cheek. “What’s all this for?” You asked when he nuzzled his face into the crook of your neck. Luffy gave that mishvious laugh of his, lips kissing at your neck. 

“I was just thinkin’ about how much I love you.” He pulled away to smile brightly down at you. “Just wanted to let you know.”

It’s cold out.

Short summary: Tom doesn’t quite approve of your way of coping.

A/N: just a small drabble to honour 3rd of December. fluffy fluff Tom.

It’s cold outside as you wander around Hogwarts’ grounds, the snow crunching under your feet. Something you have, unlike most other people, found solace in during this time of the year. Christmas, a festival of love and peace. You exhale deeply at that thought, your breath forming a small cloud in the crisp winter air.

Ever since you were left behind at Wool’s orphanage, Christmas has been meaningless. The best – and only – present you’d received was your Hogwarts acceptance letter, which meant you could finally leave that place behind.

You sit down on the curb of the well, the frozen bricks numbing any feeling you had left in your legs. Maybe that was why you love winter after all. A thick layer of powdered snow covers the otherwise lush green grass, your winter boots working to free some of it. Your fingers feel stiff as you brush snowflakes off your already soaked trousers, knowing it would soon be time to go back inside, returning to an empty dorm. Your friends have gone home for the holidays, as they do every year. They had asked you whether you wanted to join them, but you declined. As you do every year.

You close your eyes, focusing solely on what you feel and hear. A gentle breeze brushes against your rosy cheeks, sending a shiver through your body. From a distance you can hear the students’ owls. You smile softly. You had never needed an owl.

Then, you hear calculated footsteps advancing towards you, overshadowing the birds’ hoots. You know who it is.

Tom, who just like you had come from the orphanage. You two have gotten on well ever since the day you received your letter, although he was quite reserved and rarely spoke. Sometimes, when he sensed you were outside in the freezing weather he would join you, tell you to come back inside. Mostly, you would listen.

He sits down beside you, as he always does. Slowly, you open your eyes and turn to face him, but he doesn’t reciprocate. You take in his form as he is sitting there, hands hidden in the pockets of his signature black coat that he is wearing over his grey sweater. You have always adored the way he puts himself together.

Then, he breaks the silence between you two with his usual phrase. “Let’s go back inside. It’s cold out.”

You shake your head. “I would like to stay.”

Tom nods slightly, and you both sit there for a few more minutes before another soft breeze of wind brushes past you and you can’t help but shiver. He then turns and even though you weren’t looking at him, you could feel his eyes burning through you. Finally, he sighs, withdrawing his hand from the pocket. Tom shifts his gaze down to his black leather shoes, and carefully reaches out to envelop your hand in his.

“You are freezing.” He remarks, squeezing you slightly. In contrast to yours, his hand was warm, almost burning on your numb skin. Tom has always kept his safe distance to you, which you didn’t mind. But this? It was the best feeling you could have imagined.

“I don’t mind, you know I don’t.” You whisper, and he huffs slightly in return, pulling his hand back. “But I do.”

You miss the warmth of his skin on yours as soon as you are exposed to the biting cold again, turning your head towards him as he stands up. Tom then rids himself of his coat and wraps it around you, the thick fabric immediately returning some of the heat to your body. Before you can say anything, he pulls you up by your hands, even then feeling the warmth radiating from the brunette in front of you. He looks down at you, a soft smile visible on his lips.

“Come on now. Or it’s me who’s freezing to death.”

a charm caster and rune master, yet her calling resides in the natural, elemental magic of alchemising the world—the ancient practice of reinvention and conversion—to make the most simple of matter morph into gold, just as she morphs her emotions, into the sweet release of ocean tears that run down the crevices of her face. regardless of what her dear brother calls her .. a flobberworm

a deeply feeling individual in a world where feelings channel the magic that runs through your veins, the power that pumps through your blood. a mermaid cannot change her given scales, much like a girl cannot abandon her inherent disposition—the siren song of finding meaning in the tiniest of moments is like a curse that infects her soul’s eye.

however . she stokes the flames, she keeps her fire alive, unwilling to snuff it out for anything, even the prickling presence of nauseating perfection that is the youngest Black—not even his moss grey eyes and dark curls could soften the sneer that folds on her lips when they encounter each other, whether in a corridor or a classroom, in a prefect meeting or on the quidditch grounds.

at least with every match, she has her chance to soar in her element, to claim the spotlight, to steal the gleaming snitch. she has her chance to stand out from the shadows and become something to be revered, something to be her own.

this is one of my absolute favourite dr's — something that i've worked on for years (much like my arrowverse dr) and on top of that, yet another dr that has a fan fiction based off of it that i'm currently writing and . yet to post .. oops?

this dr's story is only slightly changed from the fic , following the same trend of less trauma, more mystery and an overall safety net for all the people that i hold dear !!

okay i actually had no intention of this becoming a writing blog at all, i was just desperate for Mydei x reader content so i said fuck it ill do it myself but i received overwhelming positivity in response and many people sent me asks saying they'd like me to make an official post stating my request status and ask rules and such,, so i wanna first say thank you so so much and i really hope you enjoy your stay on my blog ! here's a proper introduction post !!

i'm a person who is massively hyperfixated on HSR and has been since it's pre-release. i spend too much time analyzing the characters and trying to learn and understand all i can about it's lore, so i'm a bit picky when it comes to how i write and characterize the characters! as i mentioned, i write for anyone! but at the current moment my biggest interest is the Chrysos Heirs so feel free to flood my inbox with thoughts about them !! ill probably be writing about them the most tbh, but i'm also a massive Stonehearts enthusiast! i love them all very much, as well as the Stellaron Hunters and the Astral Express!

It's Cold

Summary: It's cold on the island your crew has sailed into and Zoro refuses to wear his jacket.

A/N: It's snowing in my part of the world and after seeing one of the prompts from this prompt list, I had to write this little fic. I hope you all enjoy!

Your crew had yet again landed on an island perpetually thrown into winter. An island with winds so frigid it cut through the skin, knee-high snow that would make any journey monstrous, and a cloudy, gray sky that never seemed to have met the sun.

And yet Zoro still refused to put a jacket on. 

“It’s cold, Zoro.” You huffed, thrusting his coat out for him to take. He crossed his arms tight over her chest in refusal. You could already see the bits of skin his short-sleeved shirt didn’t cover growing red from the biting wind.

“This is what you call cold?” He scoffed. “This is nothin’.” He brushed you off with a shrug of his shoulders.

“Not cold?” You bit just as sharp as the cold at him. “You’re one big fat liar.” Zoro narrowed his eyes at you. 

“Am not.” 

“Are too.” You childishly shot back as you all but lunged at the swordsman. Zoro gave a gruffing growl as you tried to wrangle the jacket onto one of his arms. Zoro moved and you held on tighter, the swordman all but swinging you around with him. 

“Hey!” Zoro shouted, tossing you off in a not-so-gentle way. “Knock it off.” 

“No. Not until you wear a jacket.” You huffed back, the cold air turning your words into a could of white before you. Zoro watched you, his annoyance growing with every second that ticked by. 

“Not gonna happen.” He insisted. “It’s good for endurance.” 

“Not when you're getting hypothermia on top of it.” Zoro rolled his eyes at you then. 

Rolled them. 

Like he thought you were being over dramatic.

“You remember Drum Island?” You stabbed a finger into his solid chest. “Remember how you got lost in sub-zero temperatures with no shirt on? Remember how you whined like a baby about how cold--” 

“I did not whine like a little baby.” Zoro huffed, smacking your finger away. “I don’t need a damn jacket.” 

You watched Zoro for a long moment. 

A moment you took to shoot dagger-sharp eyes his way. Eyes full of dissatisfaction of his continued stubbornness. Eyes that had slowly but surely begun to make Zoro squirm. 

“Stop that.” He gruffed at you. 

“Stop what.” You shrugged, slinging his jacket over your arm neatly. 

“That look on your face. Stop it.” You shook your head, starting for the rest of the crew waiting for you two, already having made it to land. 

“What look? I have no look.” Zoro gruffed once more before quickly making his way to your side. 

“You want me to wear that jacket.” You shrugged. 

“Yes. It would make me very very happy if you did but what can I do about it? You have said no over and over again. You win. I don’t care anymore.” Zoro all but ground his teeth as he continued to follow you off the ship, Brook’s Yohohoing laugh floating up their way. 

You looked calm. 

Too calm.

A calm you would never feel unless he put that jacket on. 

It was suspicious…but a pinched twitch of your lips told him you were far from calm.

“It’s not that cold.” He huffed, scratching the top of his green-haired head.

“It's very cold.” 

“Maybe.” You glanced up at him, brow cocked. 

“Oh?” Zoro grit his teeth, dark brown, near black, eyes glancing away from you. 

“Snow is cold. There’s snow.” He muttered. 

“Good job! You're right.” You said in mock cheery praise. Praise that was very much done condescendingly. Done to make him feel stupid.

Zoro wasn’t stupid….not all the time.

“Well, now I’m really not gonna wear the damn thing.” And you shrugged it off. Like you really didn’t care now. 

“That’s fine.” And Zoro watched as you placed the jacket on the railing of the Sunny just before you started for the gangway. It stopped Zoro right in his tracks. 

“Wait--you’re just gonna let me go off without a jacket?” You nodded, climbing up onto the gangway. 

“Yep.” You gave the word a nice pop. 

Zoro froze completely then. Like he was now refusing to even leave the ship. 

“But it's cold.” You paused in your exit. 

“What?” Zoro gave a dramatic grumble. 

“You damn well heard what I said.” You turned on your heel then, leaning forward a bit as you cupped your ear. 

“I really didn’t. You’re gonna have to speak up.” Zoro gave yet another grumble as he looked away from you. He crossed his arms, all but ground his teeth and--

“It's cold.” You couldn’t help the satisfied smile that pulled to your lips. 

“That it is. And…?” You pulled your hand from your ear only so you could egg him on. 

“I’m not gonna wear that jacket 'cause it's cold.” He huffed, looking back to find you now sporting a deep frown. 

“Then--”

“I’m gonna wear it to make you happy and to stop you from looking at me like that.” You felt your heart give a little start at his words. Words he didn’t really find to be that big a deal but meant the world to you. 

You hopped down from the gangway, grabbed the jacket, and held it open so you could help Zoro put it on. He huffed, but let you slip the furr-lined jacket onto his thick arms. 

“It does make me happy.” You sweetly said. A sweetness that seemed to melt the hardness from Zoro’s face. 

You zipped his jacket up, but instead of letting the metal zipper pull go, you yanked him down so that he was on level with you. His dark eyes widened the smallest bit at the action. Eyes that seemed to grow even wider as you nuzzled the tip of your cold nose against his, which was annoyingly warm despite the cold surrounding you both.

“Thank you.” You smiled, finding a small dusting of pink had begun to coat Zoro's cheeks just how the snow coated the Sunny’s deck.

“Whatever.” He grumbled, eyes glancing away from yours looking all too cutesily shy.

She was born in America and attended church, but do to unknown reasons to the community, they moved. Gabriel (Miki's bio dad) insisted there was an evil happening in the church. Miki was 3 when they moved to Yokohama in a sort of cramped apartment but they made it work. As of now she resided there until running away with a vampire. Now with the Port Mafia.

Summary: Zoro hates it when you are mad at him...so why is it so hard for him to apologize?

“Why are you still pissed off?” Was the first thing out of Zoro’s mouth after thirty minutes. Thirty minutes of him standing before you in complete and utter silence. Not a single peep out of his mouth for thirty minutes as he watched you comb through Chopper’s fur, the poor reindeer molting so bad he had asked for your assistance in easing the itch a bit.

You quirked a brow up at him, keeping as silent as he had.

Zoro gruffed at his. 

“Really?” You turned your eyes right back down onto the reindeer in your lap, whose anxiety seemed to be growing the longer he was between you and Zoro's angered tension.

Zoro scoffed. 

Scoffed.

“It’s not even a big deal.” 

“You think so?” You were quick to shoot back. Zoro’s brows furrowed together at your tone.

“Yeah. Yeah, I think so.” You plucked a clump of molting fur from the comb, tossing it into the trash bin next to you.

You gave him a simple nod. Just one. 

“Okay.” Silence fell over the deck of the Thousand Sunny once more. Well…as quiet as the Sunny could be. You could hear Sanji shouting something at Luffy from within the kitchen as well as the clinking and clanking of Franky and Usopp tinkering. 

Zoro watched you for a long moment, muscular arms crossing over his chest. Watched you as if he was trying to figure something out.

“...okay?” You gave a small shrug. 

“Okay.” You repeated. Zoro’s brown, near-black eyes continued to watch you. 

“...why do I feel like you’re still pissed?”

“Take a wild guess.” Zoro grit his teeth.

“Hey. I didn’t know.” Chopper was wiggling in your grip, his nerves bubbling fully to the surface then. 

“Heh, heh…I think Robin--” The doctor started but you cut him off, running the comb back through his fur to keep him there.

“You didn’t know? Really? That’s the best you can come up with?” 

“I didn't!” He huffed back, uncrossing his arms again.

“You were there when I bought it!” The swordsman gave the back of his green-covered head a scratch as if he was trying to wrestle up the memory. 

“I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” It was your turn to scoff. 

“Oh, I don’t know, maybe apologize. Maybe actually take responsibility for it?” Chopper was once more wiggling in your grip, more nervous laughter falling from his lips.

“Guys…guys I’m sure--”

“You want me to apologize?” Zoro asked like it was the stupidest thing in this world. 

“No. Not now. You don’t think you did anything wrong.” 

“I know it wasn’t great.” 

“Then fess up and apologize.” You bit.

The deck fell quiet once more. Even Chopper held deathly still in your arms.

Zoro watched you, his gaze still narrowed like he should be the angry one.

“Fine.” He grit out like it was painful. 

He was probably the most stubborn man you had ever met. No. No scratch that he was the most stubborn man. There was no way he was really going to do what you asked of him. 

“Yeah?” You cocked a brow up at him. 

“Yeah.” He confirmed making you all but roll your eyes. You gestured for him to go on then with your hand. “I’m sorry.” You gave a small nod. 

“Okay…for what?” He went to open his mouth but you were quick to speak again. “And say sorry again before you tell me what you did,” Zoro grumbled.

“This is stupid.” 

“Then don’t do it.” This only made him grumble all over again.

“I’m sorry,” He began again, “for…” Another grumble in frustration. “For drinking your wine.” 

“You should be. That wasn’t that cheap shit you buy.” Zoro rolled his eyes right back at you.

“It was only 20 berries.” 

“The good stuff.” You were quick to correct him. Zoro sighed. 

“Whatever.” The deck went quiet again. Zoro continued to stand there, looking like he was still trying to figure you out as you went back to combing through Chopper's fur. The doctor had given a great sigh of relief at the tension being lifted. “Are…” Zoro started up again. 

“Are…?” You spoke, glancing back up at the tanned swordsman. 

“Are you still mad at me?” He mumbled like he was embarrassed to ask. Mumbled because he truly hated when you were mad at him. It was a fact that, once you figured it out, loved to use to your advantage. 

“Give me a little kiss and I won’t be.” Zoro’s shoulders seemed to slump in his own relief at your words. He was quick to kneel before you, lending over Chopper to fit his warm lips against your own. 

“EW! No! Stop!” Chopper complained, starting his wiggling back up all over again. You let the doctor go, who was quick to rush off, fake gagging as he did.

“I’ll get you another bottle,” Zoro murmured against your lips. You nodded, cupping his cheeks in the palms of your hands. 

“Thank you.” You claimed his lips once more, your skin warm and buzzing as he kissed you right back.
