Yandere Silver Headcanons
adhlbfypfqeyvf If you want to know why this is coming out of nowhere... I've been cooking (talking) with friends about this concept for over a month and now I'm going to dump it all onto you 𤥠This interpretation of Yan!Silver is in part based on Elbert Greetia from Ikevil đ so uh⌠be warnedâŚ
Regular Silver, staring at this monstrosity: đ¨ TRIGGER WARNINGS: (slow burn) yandere themes, (unintended) emotional manipulation, gaslighting, spying/stalking, unhealthy possessiveness and obsession, mentions of blood, (Silverâs) delusions, minor character death
***PLEASE NOTE: writing yandere content is NOT the same as supporting or approving of these behaviors irl. This is also NOT what I believe Silver is canonically like; this is only meant to be a creative reimagining/"what if" scenario.***
Curiouser and Curiouser...
It all starts off like a fairy tale come true. But like Hansel and Gretel stumbling upon the witchâs candy house or a frog set into a simmering pot, the heatâthe horrorâisnât fully cranked up in the very beginning. A dream doesnât start like a nightmare, the nightmare comes later. And you, like the fool you are, were lured in by the promise of sweets and a prince.
The boy you've been crushing on for the last several weeks shyly approaches you and confesses. Handsome, earnest Silver takes your hands in his and gives you that lopsided smile you've been admiring from a distance. He swears himself to you as your loyal partner, vowing to protect you from the things that slither in the dark and prey on the unsuspecting. To keep you from hurt and sadness forever and ever.
You're giddyâpositively over the moon and the starsâto finally (and proudly!) call yourself his. Every time you look at him, you swear it feels like a thousand butterflies are fluttering in your chest, or like youâre losing yourself in the aurora of his eyes.
You tell him his eyes are mystifying and unique, that theyâre something you could stare at forever. He doesnât seem to get it at first, but is pleased nevertheless and thanks you for the compliment.
Itâs not until a few weeks later that the ramifications come. One day, out of the blue, Silver gifts you with a piece of jewelry (a ring, a necklace, an earring, etc; whatever your preference is!). Embedded in it is a clear gemstone that refracts the light in pastel pink, baby blue, and pale purple⌠exactly like his eyes.
He helps you secure it on for the first time and oh, how gentle his touch is as his fingers brush against your skin. Silver gives that small smile that melts your heart. âThere. This way, youâll always have âmeâ watching over you,â he says, lightly tapping the aurora-colored jewel, âeven if I am not right at your side.â
Sometimes you feel Silverâs own gaze lingering on you too. You know him to be an airhead or half asleep most of the time, so the thought never occurs to you that this spacey behavior is odd. But once or twice, when youâre stealing glances back at him, you notice a seriousness set in his eyes, a darkness creeping into the light. The same deadset look that scares off children and makes others mistake him for someone far more aggressive than he actually is, you think.
He lingers close when you walk to and class together, his protective instincts sending him into action to catch you if you so much as stumble, and remove errant leaves and petals that tumble onto your hair. âI have you,â he reassures you, oblivious to the electricity in his touch and how it makes you leap. âDonât worry.â
Silver acts as though youâre as delicate as glass and as pure as freshly fallen snow. Itâs not uncommon for him to praise your positive traits (while totally overlooking your flaws) or talk about how good of a person you areâand that also drives him to keep you that way. Untouched, untroubled. Heâs so quick to steer you away from stressful situations or charging in to settle an issue himself, typically by talking down the aggressors. Thatâs thoughtful of him⌠right?
He has the habit of falling asleep on you when he gets to be comfortable. You usually donât mind it, but sometimes he gets a little too clingy in his sleep. Itâs hard to pry him off when he looks so peaceful and mutters your name under his breath while he has your body in a death grip.
Silver takes you on quiet nature strolls. You often drift off the beaten path and wander deep into the woods behind NRC, far, far away from the other students and staff. The sun sinks and sinister sounds come from the darkâyou get nervous and leap into his arms, asking Silver if you should turn back now. He agrees every time, walking you back and wishing you sweet dreams. By the time you collapse into your bed from exhaustion, you donât realize he has stolen you away for the entire day for himself.
Itâs strange. You start to get the sense that youâre seeing Silver in your dreams just as much as you see him in the waking world. Rarely do you fully recall the details of your dreams, but thereâs always that vague feeling of catching a flash of silver hair or feeling the heat of his eyes uncomfortably pressing into you when you wake up.
You tell him about this and joke that maybe heâs using his UM to haunt your dreams. âItâs impossible. Youâre not Rook-senpai,â you laugh. He chuckles at the idea. But oh, how weird. Somehow the conversation tends to steer toward whatever you happened to recall of last nightâs dreams. If Rook appeared in your dream, Silver coincidentally slips him into the discussion. Lightly probing questions like, âWhat is your opinion of Rook-senpai?â and, âAre you comfortable around him?â
Silver tells you about the stories his father has shared with him from his travels. Many are folklore from different regions in Twisted Wonderland, but more recently he has been fixated on fairy tales from the Shaftlands. âA couple finds true love and live happily ever after, nothing able to tear them apartâŚâ he says dreamily. âIt sounds just like us.â
Silver appears stoic on the outside, but you know thatâs not the case. A few months into the relationship, you become acutely aware of his insecurities and his low self-worth. Not strong enough, not long-lived enough, not alert enough, not⌠enough. He will never be able to repay his debt to his father, Silver has confided in you many times.
âItâs okay. Youâre here now, and youâre doing your best to keep the people you love safe.â You do your best to soothe him in those moments of weakness, for which he is thankful for. With shining eyes, auroras in the dark, he whispers, âYouâre so kind to me.â Raptly, as if beholding a higher being. âWhat did I do to deserve someone like youâŚ?â And there it is again, that seriousness, the light fleeing from him, as he vows to repay your kindness.
Youâre acquainted with Silverâs animal companions and get along with them. Now youâre noticing them everywhere, not just around Silver. In fact, you see them without Silver. Birds in the trees, a rabbit hopping alongside you, the stag poking its head out from the bushes.
Then those animals reappear when you meet up with Silver later, looking all innocent, while Silver asks you about your day. If thereâs a slight discrepancy (due to poor memory) or a detail you overlooked, heâll gently correct you or clarify. âBlueberry muffin? As I recall, you had a cranberry muffin for a midmorning snack.â/âAh, you forgot to mention you asked Ace if you could borrow a pencil for the exam.â You blink, surprised. How did he come upon all that information? How can he recite your day better than you can? It doesnât hit you until much later that his animal friends have been serving as his eyes and ears.
He sincerely apologizes to you when you confront him about it. âPlease tell them I donât appreciate them snooping!â you cry out. Silver promises heâll ask them to curb their curiosityâand while itâs true that you no longer see the animals following you, you can still feel their beady gazes around every bend and corner. Paranoia claws at your scalp, and you try to calm your doubts with one thought: No way would Silver be encouraging this. I must be imagining things.
You try to get your mind off of your worries by hanging out with your classmates. Sebek, ever boisterous and over-the-top, uplifts your mood. Pretty soon, youâre chatting away with him at the lunch table (even if he loudly refers to you as a HUMAN), paying no mind to the shadow that has fallen over it until a deadly quiet voice speaks up.
âSebek.â It is so cold, so hollow, it startles both you and Sebek when you realize the speaker is Silver. âI donât like it when you talk with them like that.â Sebek makes to say sorry to his fellow knightâor is it to challenge him? You never find out, for Silver has grabbed you by the wrist and is yanking you away from him.
He doesnât let go until youâre in a secluded area of the courtyard. Thereâs a red mark left behind, and it causes tears to well up in him. Silver collapse like a house of cards. Heâs extremely apologeticâhe has hurt you, hasnât he? He failed to protect you. How terrible. He shouldnât have done that, shouldnât have been so petty and jealous.
It breaks your heart to see Silver a mess, blaming himself so profusely for what happened. You do whatever you can to calm him, and eventually the conversation somehow turns to you accepting some fault. Itâs not, though, the little nagging voice in your head protests. You silence it, prioritizing the emotionally vulnerable Silver. âIâm sorry, I should have considered your feelings and avoided giving Sebek the wrong message. Iâll avoid getting all buddy-buddy with him in the future, okay?â
And it happens again, again, again. One by one, your friends are cut off from you in a similar manner. Itâs always something they do or say that concerns your boyfriend, something that impedes or disrupts that pristine, picturesque fairy tale he has laid out in his head.
Silverâs presence in your life becomes increasingly invasive, like unwanted briars creeping into a garden, thorns cutting off your access to air. Heâs soon consuming every second of your day, whether physically beside you or planted in your worried thoughts like a demon disguised as a guardian angel. You canât do anything anymore without feeling anxious and watched.
He starts to talk about⌠strange things. Tall towers, glass coffins, the bars of a bird cage. All manner of motifs pulled from fairy tales, items and places meant to keep a character shackled and stowed away from the world. âI feel bad for the person locked up in them,â youâd tell him. âSometimes,â Silver murmurs mysteriously, âpeople will take drastic measures to protect the ones they love.â You cannot explain why, but those exchanges leave you feeling immensely uneasy.
You timidly share your experiences with people you think are safe. Silverâs dorm members, his friends, his family. The people who know him best, who can maybe talk some sense into him. To your dismay, your concerns fall upon deaf ears. You earn many blank looks and dismissive comments, all citing Silverâs good nature. (âHe loves you very much. This is his way of demonstrating that, heâs just sort of clumsy with it. Give him another chance.â/âThat doesnât sound like him. Are you sure youâre remembering it correctly?â/âYouâre overreacting.â)
It beats down your spirit, starts to make you question your own judgment. You second-guess your words and actions. Is your perception of reality right when everyone else is telling you that youâre wrong, that Silver could never harm a fly.
Then comes the guilt like a wave crashing into you as you think about all the good times youâve had together. Rose-colored days under a balmy blue sky. Your thoughts are like a brewing storm, and every evening when you tuck into bed, dread, unease, and uncertainty follow you.
Youâre waking from the lovely dream that was a whirlwind romance, seeing Silver for the imperfect and obsessive person that he is. Unfortunately, you donât have the heart to bring up the tough subject with him. He looks so darn happy with you, continues to dote on you and act the part of a valiant knight. Your mouth will open, then close again before any words can come out. It hurts, it hurts, and it is eating you up from the inside out.
You bottle it up for Seven knows how long, but it comes torrenting out one night. Silver is walking you home as per usual when you blurt out the suggestion of taking a break from each other. He stills, hurt crumpling his face. And then he has you by the shoulders, softly demanding to know what is wrong, has someone made you feel unwell? You, itâs you, youâre suffocating me, you want to say, but you cannot.
Silver presses and you resist, the two of you taking up the middle of main street with your desperate quarrel. Heâs becoming increasingly frantic and desperate, his eyes dark and obsessive. Itâs then that a passing mob student angrily speaks up, giving you a rough shove. You meet the hard ground, pain shooting through you. âMove already!â he gruffly stomps byâbut heâs caught by Silver, his expression like clouds that have drowned out the moon. âYou put your hands on them just now,â he says evenly. âPlease apologize.â
âLike hell I will! They shouldnât have been in my way,â the mob student grumbles. He attempts to leave but to no avail. Thereâs Silver walling off his escape route, an icy fury overtaking him.
You canât bring yourself to watch what happens next. Wrenching your face away, you do your best to block out the horrible noises that come. The crunching of bones, the dull thud of flesh against something solid, agonized screaming. And then itâs silent.
You slowly gather the courage to dare a look at the scene. The world tilts, and bile rises in your throat. Silver calmly stands over a fallen figure. The streetâand himâare painted in red. The mob student isnât moving. Not anymore.
He smiles. The small, awkward one that once made your head buzz and cheeks flame. It only yields a gaping hole in your heart now. Silver strolls toward you, caked in blood but acting as though he isnât.
Youâre too paralyzed with fear to attempt backing away or rejecting his advances when Silver tenderly embraces you. You tremble violently, hiccups and tears spilling out.
A hand strokes your hair, his voice a lullaby to soothe you. âShhh, shhh, shhh, itâs okay. Youâre safe. I took care of the big, scary monster. You donât need to look at itâitâs not fit for your eyes.â
Silver holds you and allows you to sob until youâve tired yourself out and into a dream. He will carry you home, setting you down on your mattress like laying a corpse in its glass coffin and taking in the sight of you from the foot of the bed.
Not realizing that he, the knight, is the monster that keeps his beloved in a gilded cage. His arms and body, the bars that lock you in. Irony is a cruel mistress, and twisted is the love that it propagates.

King Magnifico Backstory : Part One
Ok! Here goes part one for my ideas for Magnificoâs backstory with the DisneyVerse! I based it on the fairytale âThe Carnation/ The Pinkâ as recorded by the Brothers Grimm, the tale of a young man whoâs every wish comes trueâŚ
Link to the fairytale Iâve based this on here
Once upon a time, a lonely, childless queen wished upon a star, and the star answered. The Fairy of the star said that for the Queenâs great kindness and pure heart, the child would be blessed with beauty, charm and that he would have the power to grant the wishes of his people, in order to bless the kingdom he would one day inherit.
(This is me justifying that âMirrors love my face/got these genes from outer spaceâ line xD)
The queen was overjoyed with her son, and marveled at the magic he already displayed. She intended to keep his gift secret from the kingdom until he was older, in order to protect him, but it was too late. Word of his gift had leaked out, and one day the child was kidnapped.
He grew up under the watchful eye of his âparentsâ, granting them whatever they desired, wish after wish, day after day. Gowns and jewels, a manor house on the kingdomâs border, a fleet of fine hunting hounds to tear up the countryside. A covering of protection from any who might try and discover their whereabouts.
The child gave it all to them, for he felt the power of Love inside him when he used the gift that was meant to bless, and thought the love came from them.
They told him to never be selfish and wish for himself, though this was only to keep him from one day wishing in anyway that might undermine them. They lived in luxury and he in loneliness, for they of course allowed none to get to close to their prize lest another steal their good fortune.
Finally though, when the boy had become a youth, his loneliness became too great, and he wished deep in his heart for companionship. And the wish was granted. A beautiful young woman stood before him, shocked to be suddenly in a strange place before a strange man. But the youth was so comely, and spoke to her kindly and with assurances she would be safe with him, that soon she lost her fear. She still wished to return home, but the youth persuaded her to remain with him a while longer.
(Heâs not evil yet obviously, but heâs always been a smooth guy and now heâs got a taste of having something he wants heâs loath to let it go. Which is understandable but can and will of course turn darkerâŚ)
For a time the youth hide the girl within the hallow of the pink rose bush in the center of the garden, and their loved bloomed with the roses they both found sanctuary in.
But eventually they were discovered by the youthâs âFatherâ. The boy confessed he had wished for a companion, and the man feigned acceptance. He asked the girl her name and origin, and she told him she was called Amaya, and that she hailed from the Kingdom of CĂłrdoba. Upon further questioning, the man realized his stolen âsonâs wish had pulled a woman to him from a completely different world.
Realizing the youthâs power would soon grow out of any control they could exact over him, the man and his wife determined to cut their losses and finally do away with him, lest their treachery be uncovered. Unbeknownst to them, the youth had overheard their plot, and began to plot his vengeance against the people he had believed to have been his parents.
Meanwhile, the leacherous man had taken a fancy to the girl, Amaya. He told her that if she aided him in getting rid of the youth he would aide her in returning back to her own world. Amaya had no interest in either the foul man nor in betraying the youth she had come to love, but she knew if she did not do as the man asked both she and her lover would be killed. So she took the heart of one of the manâs beloved hounds and brought it to him, claiming it to be the heart of the youth.
She rejected the manâs advances though, refusing him vehemently and reminding him their bargain was for him to help her to return home. Pretending to accept her rejection, the man waited until night to steal into her rooms within the manor, with a dagger drawn to plunge into the sleeping girl.
But he was met with the livid face of his erstwhile âsonâ instead.
âSo, âFatherâ, at last you show your true face. Your heart is a coal of envy, your wishes are cruel and selfish, you would take and kill with no more thought then your beloved hunting dogs do. So I wish that your outward self might reflect the beast within you!â
And with those words, the manâs bones shook and snapped, his hair darkened and spread, and soon enough a great beast spawns tearing around the manner, fire pouring from its insides as it burned all the ill gotten gains in the manor, and itself along with it.
The youth attempted to return to his true mother, but tragedy has struck while he grew up ignorant of his heritage. The King, furious that the son he had waited so long for had been stolen, blamed the Queen for the tragedy, and locked her within a doorless tower. A bird came twice a day to bring her food, but her heart was broken, and she eventually wasted away. The people, who had loved the kind queen, rose up against the cruel king, and the kingdom was left broken and destroyed.
The youth had no wish to stay in this place, full of the memories of all the good that had been destroyed by two greedy thieves. The youth, a man now, innocence scorched from him, kept a part of the banner that once hung in the grand hall to remind himself the folly of granting the wishes of the undeserving
He was ready however to grant the wish of the one who had not betrayed him, his beloved Amaya. Her wish brought them a ship that would carry them across the waves of sea and space, and together they sailed off into another worldâŚ

Don't mind me, just thinking about the fact that Aladdin has a heart for children.

Why is if Iâm not here to hold her hand, will she grow to understand? such a hard lyric, and WHY is it from MOANA 2??????
#listen to me right now#Moana 2 isnât better than the original#HOWEVER#the themes alone are insanely mature for a Disney movie#theyâre throwing a Disney princess into literal life and death situations#SHE SPENDS THE BEGINNING OF THE MOVIE CONTEMPLATING HER POTENTIAL DEMISE IF SHE GOES ON THIS NEW ADVENTURE#MAUI TELLS HER SHES GOING TO DIE MULTIPLE TIMES#unless youâve seen this movie I donât think you get why Iâm going insane here#moana 2#also the bad guy is a god#and he has no redemption arc#so cheers for a real villain#I have a theory he tried to kill Moana before she could even start her journey but thatâs another topic

Kill the notion that Star Wars needs to step away from force users. I donât know about you, but I love to see space wizards fight with glowy swords. The only thing that needs to change is the good/evil dichotomy of the Light and Dark sides of the Force. Give us a show about a Padawan who tries her hardest to be a great Jedi so she buries her emotions so deep within herself that she loses herself and becomes complacent with Jedi/Senate corruption and turns to the dark side to reconnect with herself and rediscover what made her want to be a Jedi in the first place. Give us the story about a child whoâs sibling is taken by the Jedi so they ally with a Sith to break into the Jedi Temple and rescue their sibling. Give us a movie about a Dark Lady of the Sith and her apprentice defending their home planet from being absorbed into a sector of the Republic where their historical oppressors would hold their seat in the Senate.
All those stories could feature epic clashes between Force Wielders without contributing to the perceived stagnation of Star Wars shows featuring Jedi and Sith.
#star wars#the jedi#the sith#the Force#I will never forgive Disney for canceling the ONE show that seemed to be doing this#adding complex characters and interpretations of the Force does not make Luke less heroic or Sidious less evil#if anything it makes them more heroic/villainous#Luke isnât heroic because heâs a Jedi heâs a Jedi that chose to be heroic#Sidious isnât evil because heâs a Sith heâs evil because he took an extremist interpretation of the Sith Code to justify tyranny#to me the Sith Code is all about getting in touch with oneself and resisting the boxes society tries to shove you in#through strength I gain power/through power I gain victory is the only line that can be interpreted to justify might makes right#but immediately after it says through victory my chains are broken/the Force will set me free#how Iâm the world does that justify oppression and tyranny#itâs literally breaking away from societal expectations#and Qimir understands this#he just wants to love Osha and use the Force without being hunted by the Jedi#does he do bad things like murder? yes but when the government wants to kill you for your religious beliefs you canât be a perfect victim#but he also does good things like helping Mae after the death of her entire family and keeps Osha safe and loved after she killed Sol#I need more Sith like him because he gets it#Dooku I think got it for a while before he was twisted into villainy by Sidious

Favorite Meticulous Schemer Villains
David Xanatos - Since the dawn of fiction, villains have always been obsessed with what they seek to gain. What makes David Xanatos from Gargoyles such a stand-out villain is that he also dares to obsess over what he might lose....and then over what he might gain in the process of losing. That's Xanatos' claim to fame: setting the board in ways where he might succeed in his villainous endeavors, but if he fails then he will be guaranteed to still gain something from the experience that he can use to win at a later time. He picks his battles carefully, keeps his enemies closer than friends, and is a wealthy capitalist who does not believe in zero-sum games: even the loser can gain advantages and build up their assets so that they can emerge the ultimate winner. And through all of this he's so suave and charming, while at his core still being a vulnerable human being with his own share of fears and loves. Jonathan Frake's voice is the cherry on top of what is the quintessential Magnificent Bastard.
Light Yagami - "Just as planned!" or "Exactly according to plan!" or "All according to keikaku!* (Translator's note: Keikaku means plan)" were popularized by this guy for a reason. While Xanatos' meticulous scheming is more or less in his nature, Light's is a matter of circumstance - as an unidentified but extremely wanted serial killer, he has to think long-term and be quick to adapt short-term in order to avoid being caught. And the kind of schemes he concocts, the sheer breadth and audacity of his planning...it really needs to be seen to be believed. His worldly knowledge, ability to be charismatic enough to manipulate people as pawns, and of course the Death Note in his possession are all invaluable tools in Light's arsenal, and boy does he make the most of them. And at such a young age, as well! What David Xanatos was for the West, Light was for the East: a true trailblazer in intelligent villainy.

oh the funniest part to me is that it wasn't even on anon. i was reading some of your old posts and you were agreeing with someone about vacuo stuff and i wondered if they had any other rwby takes so i went onto their blog's rwby tag and WHAM! "some fans say TERRIBLE things like [direct paraphrasing of you]".
the second funniest part to me is that a bit further back theyre like "im so mad grr because they have sensible takes except for the salem apologia" and its like, saying that about the salem apologia guy is really funny first of all, but also if they like the rest of your takes that much then what even is the problem. i like your analysis a lot but theres some stuff i disgaree on cos there's bound to be and i just simply don't loudly announce it. like grrr hiss farran is so based and correct except for that thing she said last tuesday, grr this means she's evil. like okay?
snrk. oh that one
(salem hater entering the salem apologia house) by TALOS this cant be happening!
yeah itâs funny. obviously i donât need or expect everyone to agree with every aspect of my reading of the storyâcome to that there are no end of arguments iâve made that iâm dissatisfied with and it isnât like i havenât changed my mind about anything or discarded ideas that i felt on reflection werenât really supported by the text, or flat out had major theories disprovenâbut the sympathetic reading of salem is the central conceit, here. if i turned out to be incorrect on the matter of salem 1. still wanting freedom, not annihilation, 2. being justified in her rebellion against the brothers, and 3. havingâŚemotional depth at all, i would consider the rest of my analysis to be null and void because itâs all predicated on those presuppositions. you canât rip out the foundation and expect the house to keep standing!

kinda wack how the devil's pitchfork evolved from the bident carried by Pluto, so Grim, whos tail references that devil's pitchfork, ironically has more hades imagery in his design than Idia, who is literally supposed to be based on Hades
#damn theyve both got the blue flame thing going on too#i wonder if grim was originally planned to be in idia's place lol#as the guy who woke yuu from their coffin and lives in a mansion full of ghosts and keeps eating rocks..#Grim is arguably MORE cthonic than Idia#hm. i wonder if this is the kind of thinking that lead to the dionysian mysteries#shitpost#twst#twisted wonderland#WHAT does idia have in common with the mythological god hades...#actually wait. does idia have anything in common with the movie hades either?? just the flame hair...#damn. the writers saw the campiest most powerful disney villain ever... a GOD of DEATH... and turned him into a swagless nerd#maybe i need to learn more about idia. i haven't seen anything past book.. 5???? damn i'm REALLY behind
