Two little mermaid holiday dolls from 10 years apart

so fun fact sense the little mermaid released in 1989 Ariel as had six holiday dolls

one by tyco in 1991

Four by Mattel in the years 1997

(<-this one was an Avon exclusive for the holiday stockings dolls )

2000 2013 & 2023

And one by the Disney store in 2020 (which I am excited to say I recently got my hands on )

They also had a Valentines Ariel doll in the year 1997, but she’s not considered a holiday doll because those usually refer to the ones released for Christmas

Made this post today and cross posted it to the Barbie Reddit asking what your favorite iteration of the Disney princess Barbies is but I guess they felt that they’re not Barbies because they removed it saying that they thought it would be better for Reddit simply labeled dolls

which led me to then making this post this evening 

Which is just me asking 

Because I’ve always considered them Barbie dolls, but I get the feeling that some people don’t and I’m curious if I’m the weird one here

Also, I’ve had a several post removed lately from the rainbow high and Barbie Reddit because they think I’m not on topic enough and I’m starting to be concerned that they’re going to think I’m a troublemaker that is not my intent. I just apparently don’t understand the rules well despite having read them several times
