Ford and Dipper bonding: watching entire Ghost Harassers and Lord of the Rings marathons together, invention buddies, cryptid hunt buddies, Ford helping Dipper create his own high-quality journals
VS
Stan and Dipper bonding: boxing buddies, fishing buddies but they spend the whole time having bitch sessions where they rant about things that annoy them, secretly watching The Duchess Approves together (Dipper accidentally gets invested when he catches the tail end of it one day), blasting BABBA albums while they do random stuff around the house when no one else is around (Stan was either a secret fan the whole time OR he came around to the band like he did with The Duchess Approves)
