Flash Characters and the Myers-Briggs Personality Test

I ran the Myers-Briggs Personality test over and over again so that I could get the results for as many Flash characters as I could think of. Here's what I found:

The Top (Roscoe Dillon) 

Architect

INTJ-T

Rational – People with the INTJ personality type (Architects) pride themselves on the power of their mind. They can reframe nearly any challenge as an opportunity to hone their rational thinking skills and expand their knowledge – and with this mindset, they can devise inventive solutions to even the most arduous of problems.

Informed – Few personality types are as devoted as INTJs to developing rational, correct, and evidence-based opinions. Rather than hunches or half-baked assumptions, they base their conclusions on research and analysis. This gives them the conviction that they need to stand up for their ideas, even in the face of disagreement.

Independent – For people with this personality type, conformity is more or less synonymous with mediocrity. Creative and self-motivated, INTJs strive to do things their own way. They can imagine few things more frustrating than allowing arbitrary rules or conventions to stand in the way of their success. Observations:

Linda and Captain Cold have the same personality type--both are ISTJs. So apparently they share more than just their love of hockey. I also feel like Len got more introverted as he got older; younger Len might have ended up with a different personality.

Lisa and Iris have the same personality type as well, with both being ENFJs. This...makes a lot of sense, actually.

The Entertainer (ESFP) personality type seems to be the most common: Wally, Joan, Owen, and Evan all share it.

Is anyone really surprised that Digger and Alvin have the same personality type? (Axel shares the ESTP personality too.)

Hartley and Barry sharing a personality type took me by surprise. Both are INFJs.

The Rogues are shockingly diverse in terms of personality. Of the 11 Rogues, there are 9 separate personality types (Digger and Axel are both ESTPs; Evan and Owen are both ESFPs).

Evan was, by far, the hardest character to come up with a result that felt right, and I'm still not entirely convinced that my final result for him is correct. Part of the problem is that Morrison Evan is so much more personable than, say, Geoff Johns' Evan.

Other characters who were difficult: Weather Wizard (I couldn't believe the result I got for him, but I ran him three different times and got the same result every time, so I guess he must be an INFP) and Barry Allen (I had a hard time balancing his analytical nature with his compassion and love for comics, and it was difficult to figure out how creative he is).

Day 31 Happy Halloween (Everybody) Fem!reader

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the street, I received a text from Nathan that made my heart race. “Halloween party at my place! Costumes required. Don’t be late!”

I quickly glanced at the time. There was barely an hour until the festivities began, and my mind raced through costume options. I had planned to wear something simple, but Nathan’s parties were never ordinary. He and his alter ego, Phantom, always went all out, and I wanted to fit in with the creativity that surrounded them.

Once I settled on a witch costume with a stylish twist, I headed out. The night was crisp, the air fragrant with fallen leaves, and the streets were lit with flickering jack-o'-lanterns. Nathan’s house was alive with music as I arrived, a blend of eerie soundscapes and Halloween hits that filled the air.

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a kaleidoscope of costumes. Nathan, dressed impeccably as Phantom, had dark, flowing clothes that swirled around him like shadows, his eyes glinting mischievously. He welcomed me with open arms and a grin. “You made it! You look amazing!”

“Thanks! So, who else is here?” I asked, scanning the room filled with revelers in various costumes.

“Let me introduce you,” Nathan said, leading me further into the house.

In one corner, Hunter Hughes was decked out in leather and gear as the Werewolf Hunter, his intense gaze matching the rugged persona. Nearby, Sam Golbach floated around as Ghost Sam, a white sheet with a playful twist, making everyone laugh as he pretended to scare them.

“Over there,” Nathan pointed to a group, “is Chris Evans as Incubus Chris. He’s got some serious charm going on tonight.” Chris winked at me, a playful smile plastered on his face, making my cheeks warm. Next to him, Robert Downey Jr. as Ghost RDJ was throwing in sarcastic comments, creating a ripple of laughter.

Further down, I spotted MatPat, embracing his alter ego Madpat with enthusiasm, while Dan Ewing, as Vampire!Dillon, was enthusiastically trying to convince people to let him bite them for a “taste of the vampire life.” Ari Boyland, fully in character as Demon!Flynn McAllister, was engaging in a dramatic duel with a fake sword, clearly enjoying the chaos.

The party buzzed with energy. I marveled at Jacksepticeye, whose alter ego, Antisepticeye, was creating delightful havoc with his antics. Colby Brock, channeling Demon Colby, entertained a small crowd with eerie tales, while Milo Cawthorne, in his Killer!Ziggy Grover attire, crafted elaborate mockery of slasher films.

“Hey!” Nathan called, pulling me from my thoughts. “You’ve got to meet the Kratt brothers!”

Martin Kratt stood nearby, donning a Cyclops costume with a large eye that seemed to follow everyone, while Chris Kratt was busy trying to hypnotize a group with his ‘mind control’ skills. Their playful banter had everyone in stitches.

As the night continued, Jesse McCartney arrived, styled as the Headless Horseman, complete with a pumpkin for a head that he cleverly used to talk and sing with. Markiplier, embracing his Darkiplier persona, added a touch of drama to the atmosphere with theatrical gestures and booming laughter.

“Come on!” Nathan pulled me into the crowd, laughter and chatter swirling around us. We danced and mingled, caught in the revelry of the night. Each moment was a tapestry of costumes, laughter, and the vibrant spirit of Halloween.

As the clock approached midnight, Nathan gathered everyone for a toast. “To friendship, creativity, and the spirit of Halloween!” His voice rose above the chatter, and everyone raised their drinks, cheers echoing through the room.

I felt an overwhelming warmth as I looked around. Surrounded by friends in their various personas, the night shimmered with a unique magic. Halloween had never felt so alive. With Nathan at my side and a room full of incredible characters, I knew this was a night I’d never forget. Happy Halloween, indeed.

Ayer quería publicar la impresión de esta película que he visto estos días y no pude porque me surgieron imprevistos. Sí, he de reconocer que muchas veces tengo que ver las películas a trozos porque el tiempo no da, y que gracias a las suscripciones de streamings puedo iniciar la película donde lo dejé.

Bueno, esta película la vi en su día hace un porrón de tiempo y la verdad que no la recordaba muy graciosa. En cambio ahora, por sugerencia de la plataforma de Disney+, la he vuelto a ver junto con mi pareja y nos hemos reído bastante de muchas escenas e incluso algún que otro susto con la anciana vecina de Mary (Cameron Díaz).

Es una película muy entretenida, donde combinan las consecuencias de ir mintiendo sobre mentiras y el resultado de una mala racha constante.

Ted (Ben Stiller) se enamoró de su compañera de instituto. Pero a causa de la muy mala suerte, su primera cita se fue al garete. Seguidamente hay un salto temporal y Ted decide volver a buscar a Mary, para poder volver a tener contacto con su amor verdadero.

The Rogues of Earth-93473.

Pied Piper: Hartley Rathaway; he has a magical talking flute with a maleveolent mind of its own. His family was very wealthy a few generations back, but grandparents with no money sense and parents with rather bad luck meant that he grew up poor. (Based on "Pay the Piper", a fanfic I wrote).

Weather Wizard: Dr. Claudio "Clyde" Mardon, a meteorologist whose life and reputation were ruined after he refused to allow his weather wand to be marketed as a weapon to shady private military contractors by Lex Luthor----who promptly launched a smear campaign against him that made it impossible for him to work in his field. He accidentally killed his brother, Marco "Mark" Mardon (after the latter tried to hide out with him while on the run), and ended up going to prison for two years for possession of what was seen as an unlicensed deadly weapon. Much more intelligent and powerful than his main-universe counterpart, and also much more ambitious. He seeks to take over the world so that he can make things "right" and ensure that no one else will have to suffer. Arguably somewhat delusional, but nevertheless incredibly skilled at using his wand. (Based on "Twister", another fanfic.)

Captain Cold: Leonard Snart. He's mostly the same as his main-universe counterpart, but is also the older half-brother of Roscoe "The Top" Dillon; the two of them share the same mother. As such, the two actually get along quite well in this universe, and actually co-founded the Rogues together.

The Top: Roscoe Neyle Dillon. Similar to his main-universe counterpart, although less ambitious and ruthless and even more prone to mental health problems. He's also the younger half-brother of Leonard "Captain Cold" Snart, and the two get along well. He is the boyfriend of ice skater Lisa Star, who is the counterpart of the main-universe Golden Glider. She is not a criminal, as Roscoe has not yet died, and she is not related to Captain Cold in this universe.

The Mirror Walker: Evan McCulloch, age 12. More or less the kid sidekick of the group. He is from Scotland, but ended up in the US when one of Dr. Samuel Joseph Scudder's mirror inventions went wrong. Already traumatized from his experiences in the orphanage where he grew up (basically the same ones as experienced by his main-universe counterpart), Evan reacted to his sudden teleportation to another country by panicking, grabbing some of Dr. Scudder's mirror technology, and then disappearing into the Mirror Realm. The Trickster: Jenette Jesse. Basically the same as her main-universe counterpart, just a woman. Naturally, she uses her status as "a girl" to her advantage whenever she can.

Captain Boomerang: George "Digger" Wiggins. The son of W. W. and Betty Wiggins. Unlike his main-universe counterpart, Digger grew up rich, since his mother married his biological father after divorcing her first husband. He has an Australian accent due to spending half his childhood in a penthouse in Melbourne. He turned to a life of crime partially due to the antics of the Pied Piper's malevolent flute, and partially out of boredom. He and Pied Piper are actually good friends due to the fact that Piper used to work for him.
