Presenting a Fakemon Mega for my Digimon partner line. The brain goblins have blessed or cursed me this night, we'll see which. Enjoy my imagination running for a bit. Hecatemon (Triviamon if using Roman naming) Mega Level Data Wizard/Puppet/Deity ------------------- Originally hailing from the Digital World: Iliad (same as the Olympos XII), Hecatemon had made Witchelny it's primary residence some time ago. Legend has it that it was this 'deity' that first introduced the high-level programming language 'Sorcery' to Witchelney. But sources on the truth of that statement have been lost to time. Legends also state it may be an alternate form of two other Deity Digimon.

Much like it's real world equivalent, Hecatemon is a Deity Type Digimon known for it's ties to Crossroads, the Moon, and of course 'Sorcery' or Magic, among may other domains. It is said that Hecatemon will appear to residents of the Digital World during times of great change and help lead them across the threshold of their obstacle with it's twin torches and mischievous nature in tow. --------------------- And that's what I have for now! Maybe I'll expand on this someday.

Well... It was more than just a few hours!

You see, we were wandering around in the Digital World, him with his Dukemon and me with Canoweissmon and Siriusmon. "D" has been talking about how new Digimon were discovered a few months ago, some of those Digimon are rumored to come from Witchelny, another Digital World that hasn't been explored that much yet, some Digimon like Wizarmon and Witchmon are confirmed to come from there, this Digital World also houses a pretty rare Dukemon variant "D" had his eyes on, Medieval Dukemon.

Medieval Dukemon has been known as "The Vortex Warrior" since its discovery in 2010, thus mocking the fact that whoever discovered him, wrote that he was part of a group called The Vortex Warriors, however, for almost 14 years, no one had discovered a digimon from this group aside Medieval Dukemon, theorizing that the guy who discovered it was either lying or misunderstanding what the first Medieval Dukemon specimen ever seen was saying, everyone labeled him as either stupid or "delulu".

Well, it appears that some of the Digimon that were discovered recently, specifically Grand Galemon and Zephagamon, are members of the Vortex Warriors, taking orders from Medieval Dukemon, also called "The Whirlwind General". Anyways, we were walking through a forest that is supposedly connected with Witchelny, this because of the amount of magic-related digimon that wander the zone and, as it seems, an also recently discovered Digimon called Chaperomon, who bares data from multiple fairy tales, (mainly Little Red Hood) within her, inhabitants that zone, in search for Fangmon, who has data from the Big Bad Wolf from the old fairy tales. She at first glance attacked us with a Molotov cocktail based attack called "Apple For You" that was easily reflected by "D's" Dukemon, after clearing the misunderstanding, we talked about how we wanted to talk with the Vortex Warriors, she apparently knew one of the Digimon partaken in that group personally, so she lead us to them.

After arriving at a hidden grotto, we were warmly welcomed by a Galemon's Hurricane Slasher, a large, sharp blade of wind that was almost instantly cut in a half with Siriusmon's Sylvia, after this little encounter, Medieval Dukemon himself came to welcome us, and excuse his pupil, asking us why we were here, "D", who was the must interested about him, got into a deep talk with Medieval Dukemon about who knows what. Since my friend was clearly doing his own business, I decided to wander around with Canoweissmon and Siriusmon. Most of the digimon inside the grotto were digimon in armor who I cannot assure belonged to the Vortex Warriors, like Kotemon, and some Koemon playing around (surely Kuzuhamon would've loved to see that) Canoweissmon pointed out the obvios, that we weren't really doing anything specific, and we ended up walking out of the group, we even left Siriusmon behind since he wanted to talk with a Zephagamon who called his attention, after some time, Canoweissmon began talking about the frustrations he had about how he wasn't able to evolve into Ultimate, we thought we were alone but, without us noticing, a huge Grand Galemon flew down upon us, Grand Galemon asked what was wrong, and talked with Canoweissmon.

He left everything out with him, how his brother got to evolve into Ultimate and managed to control the wicked data that once affected his personality, how even Rasenmon surpassed him after beating her own negative emotions that took the form of Rasenmon Rage Mode, and, that even if he looked up to Siriusmon, he was jealous of him, because of his self confidence and impressive power.

Grand Galemon sat down and listened to everything Canoweissmon had to say, and afterwards told him the following.

「I understand where your frustrations are coming from, but you don't need to be as strong as the rest to be their equal, your contributions to your companions aren't only based on how strong you are, but how much you care about them, and how you make them know that, taking care of them, and fighting along side them, plus, you don't need to be an Ultimate to be strong, look at me! I've been Medieval Dukemon's right hand since forever, and I'm "only a Perfect" everyone gets their chance to evolve and be stronger, but you can't over hype that moment and that form because if you do, you'll never be ok with that form, and never get to appreciate it」

It's a... Pretty good speech, not only applicable to digimon but also to us humans, but... I'm getting out of hand.

During all this time we spent with Grand Galemon, Siriusmon and Dukemon got to practice and spar with Medieval Dukemon and Zephagamon, so after some time, we got out.

I don't know what "D" wanted with Medieval Dukemon exactly, but I'm pretty sure he got it, since he was pretty happy when we finally came back.

After that, I tried to convince "D" to analyze the DigiTama I got from the police, he accepted to have it laying around for a bit, but I'll have to pick it up as soon as I can, since, in his own words "his PC is NOT a kindergarten"

And... Yeah, that's fair.

Oh! Talking about Bits, my friend I talked about in another entry managed to hatch her DigiTama, and her V-mon, Sophie, has finally reached Child stage, she's going to a little town soon so I'll have to see how that could affect Sophie's growing, and of course, I'll keep you updated.

Digimon & Magical Witches

Bandai V-Pet Crossovers Part 2 (see Part 1 here)

With Tamagotchi's original launch in 1996, then Digital Monsters in 1997, Bandai and Wiz released Magical Witches in 1998!

While Tamagotchi were based on eggs, and Digital Monsters on cages, the Magical Witches v-pet is shaped like a book, cover and all!

Just like the original lines of Tamagotchi and Digimon, Kenji Watanabe was also the designer for the Magical Witches. Besides going through different stages, the Witches were also divided into four different clans each representing a different magical element. Which tribe of Witches you would raise depends on the version of the v-pet you have.

The clans and their respective magic are as follows:

Eneruge, who specialize in fire magic, Earthlin, who specialize in Earth magic, Baluluna, who specialize in wind magic, and Aquary, who specialize in water magic.

As your Witch grows, it can study other elements of magic! They cannot learn their opposite element until Gen 4 (and master it by Gen 5). So a Eneruge Witch has to learn Earthlin and/or Baluluna magic before they can learn Aquary magic.

Unfortunately this franchise never took off, and no further lines were created past the original line up. The toys are now quite the rare find and any online listings are super expensive.

But part of the franchise lives on within the Digimon franchise!

The Land of Witchelny is now portrayed as another dimension, so to speak, another layer to the Digital World we know. According to offcial DigimonWeb profiles, the land is ruled by elders of each clan and three sages that lead a council governing the clans.

Witchelny is split into four blocks for each cardinal direction, each occupied by a clan, and in the center lies Mount Brocken. On the top of Mount Brocken, the clans have established a joint magic school. Those who master magic (advanced programming language) at said magic school, move on to travel to the Digital World we know.

Here is a list of Digimon, who have been confirmed to have come from Witchelny: Wizardmon /X (master of fire and earth magic), FlareWizardmon (master of fire magic), Sorcerymon (master of light and ice magic), Witchmon (master of wind and water magic), Mistymon (master of various magics, of which fire is its forte), MedievalGallantmon (a legendary hero, who protected Witchelny in ancient times) and Wisemon (born in a magic-less region of Witchelny).

Furthermore, Hexeblaumon is a Digimon that came to Witchelny from the Digital World, and mastered ice magic there.

On the Option Card, Absolute Blast, which features HexeBlaumon, you can also see the symbol of Aquary!

Comparing the original Magical Witches evolutionary charts to the what magic we know these Digimon to be proficient in, we can make some possible connections.

Wizardmon being a master of fire and earth magic, and Witchmon being a master of water and wind magic, these original Witches line up with their abilities.

However with official artwork, such as the one below, portaying fire and water magic as their respective specialties, I believe the top sprites would be more likely.

With Mistymon being proficient in all magic, only the "Soul" type of Witch applies, which is the same in all clans.

I find this stuff super interesting! But wait... doesn't that one face look familiar...?

Every season, she and her friends get at least one new fairy form & access to new (plot-related) spells. Winx Club is an iconic early 2000s tv show & it’s great fun!"

MagicaGatomon "A tailmon who studies in the digital world of Witchelny"

A gatomon who traveled to the digital world of Witchelny with the intention of reuniting with an old friend. As he advanced through this new environment, his body absorbed the magical power that he resided naturally, being able to obtain magical abilities related to the programming language with holy attribute.

Ok, more Noel-posting.

Now that I finished reading that specific book, I'd like to elaborate a few things about Noel/Arsenemon.

First, his evoline is basically the same as Tailmon, except for a few changes: Botamon → Nyaromon → Plotmon → BlackTailmon. The peculiar change in this line is that, except for Botamon, All previous forms had green eyes.

He's a BlackTailmon who lived in a small village within the aerial city of Larc until he went to Witchelny and started studying magic. But since digimon can absorb data from the real world... This cat digimon got access to a ton of Phantom Thief genre works -- including Arsene Lupin, the patron of this genre -- and got impressed by it. The countless stories of thieves doing things like justice and having incredible and amazing heists defying the human logic...

This then made him evolve, on Christmas, into a brand new digimon called Arsenemon. And since then, Arsenemon kept following that code, but not doing things for himself and yes for the sake of recovering Digital World treasures stolen by bad guys or mean spirited Chosen Children.

He rarely uses his BlackTailmon form, but when he does he tends to call himself "Hikage" to get intel from his targets. Hikage doesn't need pronouns, so he sticks with whatever the target calls him with.

During YPD he took also the identities of Ken and Daisuke, briefly, and just to not get caught... or to help saving the kids (under Ken's brilliant plans ofc) -- Daisuke claims Arsenemon is unable to copy his mannerisms and this is why the thief couldn't get away from the 02 kids.

But just like any other digimon or human, he has flaws. He's kinda prideful and likes to have fun so... Sometimes he can be quite insensitive and make things harder. If he's going off the rails, he needs Miss Espimon's intervention immediately, because she seems to make him realize the glaring dangers coming in his direction.

Arsenemon is not that smart, he's very skilled and creative, but even with the most genius plan he tends to get fooled or caught off guard. Though, his charming nature just makes everyone ignore when he's completely an idiot (affectionate).

Still, he had not much attachment to his allies except for Miss Espimon who had been with him since a long time ago during his stay in Witchelny, until he met Hino Youta and Hikawa Mizuki (Soleil & Lune) and formed a partnership with them. And later, grew attached of Motomiya Daisuke, who offered him kindness and loyalty (despite everything, Daisuke deeply cared about Noel after all). Thanks to those three he feels like being a digimon or human doesn't matter, because there's people who sees him as their friend.

Noel Leblanc identity was created especially for this case, previously, Youta and Mizuki didn't know him by "Noel" and yes by another forms/identities. After creating this new persona, with glaring suspicious references to his namesake Arsene Lupin, he just grew extremely attached to it thanks to those three mentioned peculiar humans.

★ magical witches - bandai 1998 ★

in 1998 - a year after the first series of digital monsters (digimon) virtual pet toys were released - bandai designed a series of book shaped witch themed toys, magical witches! (マジカルウィッチーズ Majikaru Wicchīzu)

character designer watanabe kenji, who also did work on tamagotchi and digimon, was involved in the development of these toys.

interestingly, when digimon evolved into a whole franchise, the setting of magical witches became tied into it as well, with witchelny being said to be another digital world and the one that wizardmon (and its rival - witchmon) is originally from. the magic in witchelny is equivalent to advanced coding languages, of which wizardmon mastered the sorcery of fire and earth, while witchmon mastered wind and water.

im a big wizardmon fan SO finding out about magical witches a few years ago was a treat for me. im rather fond of them and their art direction, and how it even got tied into digimon, it appeals specifically to me. i like it a lot.

VORTEX WARRIORS

"WHIRLWIND GENERAL" Medieval Gallantmon

A Legendary Hero of wind from the digital world of magic known as "Witchelny". During the ancient times of Witchelny when the world was still immature and not developed enough in magic and unable to defend itself from invaders, it was Medieval Gallantmon that defended the world

In it's arsenal it wields armor made of sorcery and a magical lance named "Dynas" which conceals the power of the wyvren

In the "Digital World" it takes on the form shown off in general media where he just looks like a Gallantmon in fancier armor. As of now we've never seen what it's true form actually looks like

Of all the ancient digimon, using it's magic to transcend time, Medieval Gallantmon may in fact still be around

in the manga Digmon Dreamers it shown that a Wizardmon from Witchelny had the potential to digivolve into Medieval Gallantmon

*Just my opinion This may imply that Medieval Gallantmon may in fact also be related to Dynasmon along with being a subspecies of Gallantmon Both are knightly Megas for Wizardmon which involve having the powers of the wyverns

"KING OF THE FOREST" GRANDGALEMON

a massive bird dragon digimon that fly silently through the sky.

Many inhabitants of the forest upon seeing it with it's giant crest which symbolizes it status of King of the Forest bow in it's presence

Using the magic winds from it's warfan "Stymphalides" it delivers messages, instructions and warnings to the Galemon in the forest, ensuring it's and everyone safety

As a magic user, it is part of the "Vortex Warrior" under the command of Medieval Gallantmon

*question does this mean all magic wielding digimon are candidates for being part of the Vortex Warrior or is it just wind magic specifically due to that being what Medieval Gallantmon is associated with?

"GOD OF WIND" ZEPHAGAMON

One of the heroes of the "Vortex Warriors" it said to embody the data of the very winds of the digital world

The source of this power is it's exposed digicore which is covers with it's chest wings and protected by whirlwinds. It is stated that during urgent times it will prevent disasters by releasing energy directly into the atmospheres through it's digicore

OC Moth Digimon

Another original Digimon line designed and drawn (poorly) by me. This one is themed around moths and the night. All members of the line are Vaccine attribute. Previous line here.

The Child/Rookie stage is Larvamon. It is a caterpillar Digimon said to be a relative of Wormmon. Larvamon is rarely seen due to being active only at night. It has a calm demeanor and thinks very highly of itself, thoguh it is never cruel to others. It dispenses wisdom to other Digimon, but is not nearly as wise as it likes to think. The coat of fur on its body is as soft as a cloud and touching it can be addictive. Its special moves are Fluff Puff, where it throws a ball of fur at its enemies to tangle them up, and Spiky Slam, where it hardens its fur into needles and rams its foe.

Larvamon is supposed to be a really cute fluffy caterpillar but I just couldn't make the drawing not come out looking uncanny. I'm very new at drawing.

The Adult/Champion level form is Instarmon. When evolving, Larvamon encased itself in a star-shaped chrysalis made of pure crystal, leaving only its eyes exposed. It is immobile inside the crystal, which absorbs starlight and stores the energy for use in evolution. While its body cannot move, Instarmon's mind is highly active. It studies the stars and is said to learn great secrets from them. It has developed telekinetic powers that let it move around its crystal and use smaller crystals as weapons. Its moves are Crystal Bullet, where it telekinetically hurls a crystal at its foe, and Starlight Laser, where it refracts light through its crystal into a powerful beam.

Instarmon represents the cocoon or chrysalis stage of a moth's development. Its name has a double meaning. An Instar is a stage of larval development in arthropods (including insects) between molts. But given the shape of the crystal it lives in, Instarmon is in a star.

The Perfect/Ultimate level is Actiamon. Now free from its chrysalis, Actiamon has become a powerful witch who uses magics from the alternate Digital World of Witchelny. By studying the positions of the stars, it can foresee the fates of other Digimon, but its own fate is obscured to it. Actiamon's power waxes and wanes with the phases of the moon, being strongest at the full moon and weakest at the new moon. Its moves are Lunar Incantation, where it shoots a blast of freezing moonlight from its wand, and Night's Hex, where it reads curses from its tome that cause misfortune to befall those who hear it.

Actiamon is supposed to be a cute moth girl in a witch costume but I can't draw humanoids. At all. Her name comes from the moth genus Actias, which contains the luna moths. Her wings are shaped like a luna moth's wings and the greenish color comes from many real species of luna moth. On the wings are a full and crescent moon and she carries a wand and book of spells.

Finally is the Ultimate/Mega level: Nyxmon. Nyxmon is known scross the Digital World as the Goddess of the Night, for it only appears after the sun has set and offers guidance and protection to those lost in the darkness. However, the night also brings danger and Nyxmon can call down powerful magics on those who anger it. Nyxmon's wings display a beautiful and ever-changing display of deep space with stars, comets, and nebulae crossing them. The staff it carries is made of crystallized moonlight. Nyxmon can use the staff to rearrange the stars and therefore alter the destinies of other Digimon. Its moves are Starfall Shower, where it calls down the light of the stars to incinerate its target, and Night Queen's Command, where it alters the stars to change a target's destiny for good or ill.

Nyxmon came out very well, I think. Her name comes from Nyx, the primordial Greek goddess of the night. This evolution line is one of a trio I've been working on, each member of which fits one of a series of catergories. They are a Vaccine, Virus, and Data trio, represent day, night, and twilight, and fit the RPG archetypes of the fighter, mage, and rogue. Nyxmon is the Vaccine, the mage, and represents night. Each line's final member is based on a god from a different mythology. Hopefully I can draw the rest soon.

Wizarmon's comrade who came from "Witchelny", the Digital World of another dimension. It is adept in light and ice sorcery (high-level programming languages), and when it offers prayer, it can heal wounds with its holy power. Its Special Move is summoning a snow cloud from its snow crystal-affixed staff, generating an immense blizzard (Crystal Cloud).

Nope! Felt or I have never been to Witchenly, and as far as we know no human ever has! While it is true that some Digimon species, like Witchmon, originate there, the actual Gates that lead from the Digital World to Witchenly are rare so not many cross over

Varul the Fallen Knight

*Background and Facts*

Varul is a Fallen Warrior Digimon and a carrier of the X Antibody. In "Witchelny", she was praised as the "Legendary Hero", as she suddenly appeared and drove out the foreign invaders in ancient times. She battles using armor made by Sorcery, she holds the alias of "Whirlwind General", and she possesses the mightiest magical lance, "Dynas", which conceals the power of the wyvern.

Their a Dark Warrior Digimon. She is another form of Dukemon which has awoken to their instincts as a Virus-species. Her heart and thoughts are completely tainted by the Dark Side, and she nothing more than the "Digital Hazard" that brings calamity to the Digital World *the biased opinions of "Good Digimon"(she is actually pretty friendly and goofy)* They are clad in black, demonic armor refined from high purity Chrome Digizoid just like Dukemon, and her right hand can become the demonic lance "Balmung" while its left hand can become the demonic shield "Gorgon". She is definitely a being set in opposition to Dukemon.

She is able to manipulate the Digital Hazard to a catastrophic degree. She came originally from the parallel Digital World known as Witchelny. She is able to use Sorcery quite well.

On another note, she enjoys causing issues for the Order of the Royal Knights and the Royal Knights themselves

Personality: Varul is a heavily sarcastic and animated character, regardless of her mission. Like most Fallen Knight Digimon, she's a battle maniac who find joy in destruction and chaos. That aside, she has a tendency to help others when needed. Varul becomes uncomfortable when people show her kindness or acceptance, and despite her tendency to get involved in affairs that result in helping others, she is not good at dealing with gratitude. She is also terrified of forming bonds, and she lacks confidence in anything besides her fighting abilities as she thinks that her entire worth lays on them. Varul often exhibits standoffish behavior, it is shown to be a defense mechanism that she adopted in response to the discrimination she continuously faced. She also some times shows to have strong and clear morals on who and why she fights. She has an aggressive manner of speaking. When she is comfortable enough around others, she becomes a jokester and prankster.

*Rage of Wyvern*: Fires an energy blast in the shape of a wyvern at the enemy from the crystal tip of "Dynas".

*Final Crest*: Fires a sharp, knife-like gust of wind to attack the enemy.

*Dynas*: Attacks the enemy by swinging "Dynas", the strongest magical lance that contains the power of the wyvern.

*Demons Disaster (Demon's Disaster)*: Strikes with a powerful barrage of attacks from the Balmung.

*Chaos Crusher (Judecca Prison)*: Fires a dark wave from the Gorgon which corrodes everything.

*Spiral Wailer*: Attacks with its lance Balmung as lightning spirals about the blade.

*Gallant Charge (Duke Charge)*: Charges its enemy with its glowing Balmung.

*Falling Lance*: Drops down from the sky, stabbing with Balmung.

*Shield Attack (Shield Destructor)*: Charges up and blasts the enemy with energy from Gorgon.

*Walking Dead*: Casts a huge sphere of energy around itself using Gorgon.

*Chaos Shot*: Unleashes evil energy accumulated in the spear.

*Cruel Balmung*: Uses the Balmung to inflict a strong blow.

*Invincible Sword*: Cuts the opponent to pieces with the Blutgang.

*Final Justice(Quo Vadis)*: Disintegrates the opponent into electrons with the Gungnir, then consigns them to oblivion within another dimension whither thou canst not follow.

*Dragon Howling (Hell Howling)*: Releases a powerful shock wave called the "howl of hell".

*Megido Flame (Megiddo Flame)*: Attacks with flames that reduce everything to ash.

*Megido Bite*: Bites its opponents with its jaws ruthlessly.

Ok... The whole thing went... Pretty bad tbh, but, let's go one by one.

First of all, I gotta admit that I planned this pretty poorly, since my only course of action was waiting around the place until I saw the same guys arrive at the scene, which... Wasn't a good idea at all. Approximately at 20:30 (I've been waiting for about something more than an hour by this point) I saw the little group of three arrive into the mall's back lot, so that's when I get in, just a few minutes after them.

At first it puzzled me the fact that they chose a mall's back lot as a meeting, and even worse, working point, but once I entered I saw why, the place was a computer lab, everything was shut down when I got in, and I soon realized why.

The whole place was a set up.

It was sketchy enough the fact that they just randomly chose to meet at a mall near my house, and even worse, late at night, in a back lot, at first, I didn't understand how exactly they knew I would be there, but I got the reason pretty quickly, the guy who the officers were with, who I later learned is 15 year old informatics prodigy, who we'll call "S" from now on, detected my digimon when I entered their PC yesterday, but did nothing in hopes of seeing where they came from, ultimately following their trace back into my Digimon DOCK, and quickly creating a simple set-up for me to fall into so they could catch me.

"S" however, "recognized my value as a Tamer" and decided to test me first, so we got into a fight. They handed me a connection cable, so I could send my digimon to one of the PCs in the room, and we could have a proper fight. I accepted.

Each of us logged into a PC, I sent MegaloGrowmon, Canoweissmon and Rasenmon, it was a 3v3, so I decided to cover each attribute in preparation, using two perfects and just one Ultimate, considering how much of those I have under my wing may sound like an odd choice, but Canoweissmon and Rasenmon share a strong bond, they are probably the ones with the strongest bond and teamwork on the team, so their chemistry in the battlefield is like no other, MegaloGrowmon on the other side, was there because it's a common thing among Tamers to use our main partners when we have more than one when we face another tamer we consider skilled.

On "S'" side, they had Quantumon, Tlalocmon, and another digimon that... I've never seen, a digimon reminiscent of some kind of moose or deer with tubas (I think) instead of antlers, all of them were Data, including the mysterious digimon I'd later learn is called Cernumon.

The battle started.

Cernumon wasn't moving an inch, but Quantumon and Tlalocmon jumped into the fight as soon as my digimon did, Tlalocmon used its Netotiliztli to invoke rain over Canoweissmon, the raindrops suddenly became spears, and hurt Canoweissmon's wings, destroying our sky coverage early on. Seeing that Canoweissmon was badly hurt, Rasenmon ran towards Tlalocmon and tried to hit it, but Quantumon used Unlimited Journey transferring Rasenmon into an unknown place, this attack is said to send the target into another dimension (in this case another Digital World) so I was worried that Rasenmon could end up in Witchelny or something, but I rapidly noticed that Quantumon wasn't trying to get rid of Rasenmon quickly, it used the Ultimate Journey to move her into the spear rain, so I ordered MegaloGrowmon to use the Assault Balancer to grab Rasenmon and get her out of there, while she took Canoweissmon with her.

Seeing that its attack didn't work, Tlalocmon tried to cast it again, but this time, Rasenmon was quick on using a Gyro Smash on it, making it flinch and then using the Qualialise Blast to trap Tlalocmon inside a vortex, Quantumon tried to use the Ultimate Journey to get its companion out, but MegaloGrowmon was quick on grabbing it with the Assault Balancer, and grab it with his arms to keep it from moving, all of this was but a distraction ao I could use aome band-aids to heal Canoweissmon. Once he was back on the field, Canoweissmon attacked with Meteor Lux to trap Tlalocmon into a meteor shower that happened inside the tornado trap, which freed the way for Rasenmon to start charging the Spiral Vanish, all while MegaloGrowmon threw Quantumon into the ground and then going berserk like a kaiju against it, attacking with the Pendulum Blades to debilitate it.

During this fight Cernumon didn't move a bit, and "S" was looking... Concerned, I wasn't attacking Cernumon cause I wasn't even sure it could fight back, but with their reaction when I asked if something was wrong, there was enough confirmation for me, Cernumon wasn't listening to "S" orders, and they were getting both worried and desperate, I thought for a second that it could be a trap, so I asked my digimon to low the intensity of their attacks, but keep the pressure, but then....

A gun was fired

Three homing shots were fired in MegaloGrowmon's direction, and impacted on the center of his armor, and the two cannons on his chest, causing violent damage inside his armor's internal mechanism, at first, I accused "S" of calling for help, but they were as shocked as I was, we were getting attacked by their supposed allies, an officer that was the one controlling Callismon and...

The last one of the devs, someone I thought I wouldn't have to deal with, "Codename Komodo".

With a Voltobautamon as her partner, Codename Komodo entered the field attacking with the Palazzi Valzer, sending copies of the Spiedini it carries with it from every direction, however, Quantumon stood in front of my digimon and used the Ultimate Journey to vanish the Palazzi Valzer, and protect not only Tlalocmon and Cernumon, but also my Digimon, instead of asking anything, I decided to take advantage of this and send Canoweissmon attacking using the Dragonia, it may not be the strongest thing we can do now, but it'll keep us safe while I help MegaloGrowmon and Rasenmon charges the Spiral Vanish.

While we were preparing to take the new battle into our own hands, Tlalocmon started charging the Nahui Quiahuitl, a massive beam made of the power of the energy of both rain and thunder combined. Callismon tried to shoot at Canoweissmon with the Rodeo Bullet, but Canoweissmon was too fast while using the Dragonia, so Callismon stopped trying as soon as it realized it, however, it was too late for it to think of something else tho, since Canoweissmon have already hit it before it realized it, since Voltobautamon is the bigger threat here, Quantumon and Canoweissmon decided to join forces and use a combination of their powers, using the Meteor Lux to create a meteor shower, that was followed by Quantumon's Hazy Time that accelerated the fall speed of the Meteor Lux, forcing Callismon's tamer to retire from the fight.

And now, Voltobautamon is the only one lasting.

Codename Komodo, wanting to take all six digimon on the field by herself, ordered her partner to wait for Callismon's retirement, and once it happened, Voltobautamon began its attack, firing the Quarzione from its guns Alla Di Pollo, these shots are horribly dangerous, since once they impact, they carve inside the receiver's body, and eat them from within, to avoid this, Quantumon used Hazy Time to slow down the bullets with little explosions happening underneath them, altering their direction.

Once he ran out of bullets for the moment, Voltobautamon rushed towards the two digimon charging their finishers, however, Canoweissmon risked himself by using the Gallia Fissure to stop the Spiedini, keeping the pirate away from Rasenmon and Tlalocmon, Canoweissmon however, needed help, help that came in the form of the Pendulum Blades sending the Spiedini flying away, MegaloGrowmon took over the fight, starting a wrestling match with Voltobautamon that lasted for a while, MegaloGrowmon used all the determination he had to push Voltobautamon back, and retain his two skeleton arms with the Assault Balancer, keeping it close enough to release the pressure from the muzzle that covers his face, to bite Voltobautamon, this however, didn't worked well...

Voltobautamon took advantage of MegaloGrowmon's concentration to attack him with Palazzi Valzer from the back, MegaloGrowmon however, didn't surrender, the Digital Hazard on his chest began glowing, as his eyes sharpened like those of a predator violently eating it's prey, I tried to stop him immediately, since this could lead into him going berserk and evolving into something like Megidramon, which would be like the incident with Rasenmon but 100 times worse MegaloGrowmon however, still had some sense in him, so I was able to distract him and order him to shoot the Atomic Blasters.

At that moment, we weren't winning, MegaloGrowmon was acting like an unreasonable beast in desperation, fearing it's prey because it knows that the prey will ultimately win, thanks to the exhaustion and lack of conscience from the predator, and in the slightest case that MegaloGrowmon was to win this struggle, we would've still lose, since that victory would coast MegaloGrowmon's sanity, and his form as a perfect, because I know perfectly that the Digital Hazard was threatening us with its activation, and that could perfectly kill not only the mall's system, but even more, I can't give an exact quantity, but it would be something horrible...

Whatever the case is, thanks to the boost MegaloGrowmon suffered, the Atomic Blasters hit Voltobautamon as hard as they could, the dark pirate however, was still able to fight, and it tried to attack Cernumon, as a last desperate attack to probably eat its data and gain power from it, at that moment, Voltobautamon unsheathed the Alla Di Pollo, and was charging one. Single. Quarzione, and then, a shot was heard.

The strident rumbling of the thunder and rain clashing together and being shot with the power of the Nahui Quiahuitl, along with the piercing cry of the giant drill that created the Spiral Vanish filled the room.

Voltobautamon was deluding into a pudge of dark matter and data, thanks to the clash of these two powerful attacks reaching him, but MegaloGrowmon... Was reached by the Quarzione.

I rushed to check his state, the data on its armor was being eaten, center first, from the mark of the Digital Hazard.

Quantumon reached to him too, and quickly helped with a bandaid and the use of Hazy Time to get out as much flesh eating virus as it could, "S" profoundly apologized, and we got out of there.

We stopped at a 24/7 cafeteria, at this point it was already 1 AM, I asked for a hot cocoa, "S" didn't get anything. And it is just when I can come back to my senses that I demand an explanation from "S", and they did so.

They are part of the new recruits of the informatics division of the national police force, that has been tasked by the military to reunite as much "black" digimon as possible, this with the goal of getting back the sample of GRB Factor that I stole almost a year ago, during an expedition to the Digital World, they were attacked by a Black Rafflesimon, that leaved life threatening wounds over their two partners, Hydramon and Pinochimon, this woke desperation inside "S" and as a last hope, decided to force a Jogress between them, this should have formed a Chaosmon as far as I'm concerned, however, the good intentions and hope "S" had in their heart during thw process, resonated with their partners, and created Cernumon, a digimon never seen before.

This may look impossible, however, it's important to know that this was the exact same circumstances of Omegamon's birth, the first ever Omegamon was created thanks to the goodwill of the people from the internet that affected a desperate Jogress between a MetalGarurumon and a WarGreymon, helping them create a new species, and avoid evolving into Chaosmon, a bug well known on the internet, that is rapidly eradicated by the Digital World's defense system.

Cernumon's inability to fight however, comes from "S" bad actions, joining the police despite now knowing that they hurt digimon to reach their goal, it probably lost trust on its tamer, and is now hoping for an apology.

Regarding MegaloGrowmon...

Quarzione is usually a virus fast on its actions, however, thanks to Quantumon's Hazy Time, the virus should move way slower than usual, maybe enough for me to contact "M", so she can help me with her MarinAngemon.

In the meantime, "S" asked if they could do anything to help, and I told them that first and foremost, they MUST leave the police, they're too young to be involved in this horrid operation they are doing, second, they have to help MegaloGrowmon stay healthy and "M" find a cure while I'm out.

It'll be weird not to have MegaloGrowmon during this little trip, but I prefer not having him for a weekend, than to lose him forever.

I ultimately came back home with my Digimon... Except for MegaloGrowmon of course, but he'll be ok... He HAS to be ok...

So his theory had partial merit; Gennai, while not the one fully behind their creation, still had a hand in it. Logically this meant that there was a higher power, or being behind it. If Gennai was also made up of data alongside them, then perhaps he too was a creation of this higher being.

Maybe one day he could meet this Gennai in person and fill in the missing gaps in his theory.

"If you are referring to our digital make up, then yes. Witchelny, and its inhabitants are made up of data, much like yourself and the digimon of this world. This is because my world is digital, just like yours; it simply exists in a separate plane from this one." Of course it wasn't hard to arrive in this world from his own.

"Because we too are digimon, we also come from eggs. However, we do not have one central place in which to be born, so there is no equivalent of Primary Village."

She hums, shaking her head.

"Not quite the one behind it...he was part program too, from what we understood. Not Digimon, but not human either."

Gatomon had always been a tad confused by that. So many different Digimon, virus, etc, and Gennai certainly was unique. But he did have allies too, didn't he?

"Might have come from something...higher up. Are the others from your world made like Digimon?"

I say Iliad as it brings more intrigue and is out of any Link's usual field unlike Witchelny.

Intromission 2 - Noel Leblanc’s secret goal

“Pardon for messing with you, Digisauveurs” Noel said, he sounded quite different from the shy and awkward kid they met. A total whiplash vision, “But as I said, I like to have fun.”

 “...” They were still trying to understand what just happened.

“You want to know how I asked for Motomiya-san’s help?” he continued, “Well, it was…”

“Wait there, Arsenemon!!” Daisuke had screamed, as he ran through the corridors of the karaoke building. But…

… He hadn’t found Arsenemon. He had found…

“Noel…? Why are you here?”

“I wanted to talk to you about something important, Motomiya-san. I need your help, at least to accomplish my goals here.”

“Goals?” Daisuke had raised an eyebrow, “You’re talking like…”

“There’s no coincidence or mistake. Yes, I am who you’re thinking of.”

“??!”

“I’m Arsenemon. I took this form to go after the Digimental of Desire’s fragments, and stop whoever stole them to use those wicked shards on both humans and digimon.”

“You gotta be kiddin’ me…” Daisuke had babbled, it hadn’t been in denial though and yes surprise.

“I’m sorry, I tried telling you earlier… But I had no success. Assuming by your stance, you came without the digimon or your friends because you knew it was me.”

“... Makes sense now. You didn’t create Arsenemon… You created Noel.”

“Exactly. As for that… Our goals might overlap. I’m no enemy, I’m your friend.”

“... You’re not trying to brainwash me, or are you?” Daisuke had narrowed his eyes.

“Oh non, non. I don’t feel comfortable doing the same nasty trick of those troublemakers. I want your awareness and consent though.”

“... For what?”

“A magic trick. I will take your place, you will take mine. For a little bit, I don’t intend to harm anyone.”

“Haha, sure sure… Like if you could fool my friends or V-mon.” Daisuke had been sarcastic. But he had been right though -- You can’t fool Ken or V-mon or his other four friends.

“There’s no reason to lie. Besides, would you believe me if I tell you my goal is to seal those wicked shards somewhere no one can reach?”

“You helped us before, so I do. Why would you save my friends and I a few times if you were only… After some greedy power or something…?”

“I’m surprised and thankful for that. Merci beaucoup, mon ami.”

“I don’t think this will end up well” the boy had sighed, “Why don’t ya talk with them instead? I’m sure they will understand… At least our friends will, they know you’re not a bad guy.”

“Pardon, there’s no way they will hear me out. May I get your permission?”

“Sigh… Right, but try not to cause too much trouble for myself…”

“You have my word that I’m not going to ruin your reputation, Motomiya-san” Noel had smiled at him.

“That’s why you left V-mon with me that day?” Ken asked.

“Uhh, no? We just got… separated” Daisuke frowned, “Sorry…?”

“V-mon’s not here either” Wormmon looked around, “Is he okay?”

“He’s at home…” Then Daisuke looked at Noel, “... Can you bring him here?”

“Pardon?” 

“I think it’s unfair leaving him out like this…”

“Ah. C'est un bon point, ” He snapped his fingers again and V-mon just gently appeared in front of them, asleep -- “Voilà~”

“How can he do that…” Iori seemed impressed by those tricks.

“Oh I’ve been studying magic in a parallel world to the Digital World, Witchelny” and he answered with some pride in his abilities, “But I can’t do much.”

“Waffle and vanilla...” V-mon said, but then he felt shivers, “C-cold…”

“V-mon, wake up” Daisuke knelt on the floor and gently shook V-mon’s arm. The digimon opened his eyes and saw him.

“Daisuke? Did you--” V-mon blinked, then looked around, “Huh?! W-where we are!?”

“It’s okay, it’s okay… Noel brought you here, I asked him to.”

“Noel?” he sat on the floor, “Why is everyone here…?”

“It’s a looooooooong story, dagya” Armadimon replied with a shrug.

“Ok…?”

“Seriously that V-mon wasn’t aware of this all?” Miyako asked.

“Aware of what…?”

“Uhh… Sorry for that.” Daisuke chuckled nervously.

“???”

“What happened was…”

“I will catch some popcorn, wait a minute!!” and then V-mon had gotten up and had run to the kitchen.

“H-Hey, you don’t know how to use the microwave!!” But once Daisuke had gotten up to go after him… He had noticed a calling card had appeared in his hand, magically.

The calling card had written:

Pardon interrupting you, but… It’s almost time.

“...” he had been reading the card in silence, “... I chose to do that, I hope this doesn’t end badly for anyone… If it does, I will dunk you into the closest dumpster I find later, Noel…”

He had continued reading it:

Go to the balcony and this calling card will magically swap into another one. One which you must give the Chosen Children. Then the next night, once everyone is asleep, return to the balcony again to meet me.

“The balcony…? Don’t tell me that you are--” Then he had rushed to the balcony, passing by his mom, V-mon and Pulsemon.

He had arrived there, but he hadn’t found anything suspicious. He had inspected the balcony, the objects in there and suddenly the card in his hand had flashed and had been switched with another one.

“?? Oh, so that was a spell-or-trick-or-whatever…”

Daisuke then had taken a look at the new calling card, but…

“It’s… blank…?” He had thought.

“Hey Daisuke?” V-mon had popped in from the entrance.

“Hm?” the boy had looked at him, “I… I thought I heard something but… It was just the wind.”

“Huh… Strange…” V-mon had blinked, “Hey, there’s something in your hand…”

“??” 

“What does it say??”

“... It says… nothing?”

“Nothing!?” V-mon had snatched the card from Daisuke’s hands, “What!? Why would he send something without a word!?”

“Who knows…” Daisuke had replied with a shrug, “Anyway, got the popcorn?”

“It’s on the way!!”

“So you were aware of that all this time!?” V-mon gasped, “And lied to me!?”

“I didn’t say anythin’ so it can’t be a lie, right?” Daisuke frowned, “But yeah, I’m sorry. I did… I did that to help Noel.”

“So you purposely handed us a red herring…” Ken mused, “That’s too smart for you.”

“H-Hey!!” Daisuke hissed, “It wasn’t me who took too much time to discover what was written!!”

“P-Please don’t fight…!” Noel interrupted them, “It was my fault, so I take the responsibility from it.”

“So Daisuke-kun was with us all day?” Takeru asked, then Daisuke and Noel nodded.

“The swap only occurred past everyone’s bedtime,” Noel explained, “I kept mademoiselle Espimon watching him so she could take Motomiya-san to me.”

“Espimon… That one…?” Patamon said, and the others were also reaching the same conclusion as well.

“Yes, the one that I said to be partnered with me. She’s an old friend. Well, it’s a partnership in some way…”

“True, true…” V-mon nodded sagely.

“She’s tracking down those fauteurs de troubles who were using the shards.”

“That eyepatched Impmon and their Dracumon partner…” Takeru clenched his fist. They all knew Takeru was still dealing with his terrible mistake, so Ken just put a hand on Takeru’s shoulder and gave him a serious gaze.

“We will catch them, Takeru-kun. You’re not alone.”

Takeru smiled at him in return.

“Well, as far I know…” Noel interrupted them again, “The eyepatched Impmon is partnered with a human named Naito. And according to mademoiselle Espimon’s research… That Naito person is actually Unryuuji Naito, and he’s Yagami Taichi’s classmate.”

“!?” Hikari gasped, “Naito-san??”

“I do remember Taichi-san mentioning he found that shard after he talked with him,” Daisuke mused.

“Impmon also mentioned a ‘Naito’ person when we caught them for a second,” Wormmon added.

“Maybe…” Tailmon looked at Takeru, “We should ask Yamato and Gabumon what happened that day as well, they could have something to tell us.”

“Alright, I will ask him in the morning,” the boy replied with a nod.

“Do you suspect they were the ones who attacked Yamato-senpai?” Ken asked Tailmon, curious about that suggestion.

“Yeah, I do. Something might have happened to them.”

“I… I witnessed that” Noel spoke, “I’m not sure if it was that Naito person, but… It was a hooded human.”

“A hooded human?” Iori repeated. Noel nodded his head.

“And that time when Takenouchi Sora and her Piyomon ran amok… I saw a masked human too.”

“Huh… So those two might be connected to Impmon and Dracumon,” Daisuke said with a serious voice.

“I asked Lune-san and Soileil-san to go after those two people, according to mademoiselle Espimon’s findings.”

“Are Lune-san and Soleil-san your allies?” Hawkmon asked.

“Yes,” Noel answered,  “they’ve been helping me… But their antics are a little… too extreme.”

“Do they know that you’re a digimon?” V-mon asked this time.

“Yes, but they don’t mind it at all. I have known them for a few years now. But sometimes I have to intervene before they just commit a grave mistake.”

“What will you do with the shards now…?” Hikari asked, and everyone looked at the container.

“Now that all 20 pieces are gathered, I will seal them somewhere no human or digimon can reach, like I said before.”

“But how will you seal them, dagya?” Armadimon asked.

“... Using HolyAngemon’s Heaven’s Gate,” Ken answered, “Was it the idea you had in mind?”

Noel chuckled, “Well done, monsieur detéctive. The Heaven’s Gate technique is the only solution for this wicked Digimental.”

“Ah, then I can do it!” Patamon smiled, “I can super evolve into HolyAngemon and open the gate. Or you can do it too?”

“Hmm… No, but I do know a Priest HolyAngemon in Witchelny… He was the one who told me about it.”

“We should do it together,” Daisuke grinned, and put his arm around Noel’s neck ”Leave it to the good ol’ Takeru!”

“Ok…” he smiled “It surprises me there’s someone in this group who can evolve into a HolyAngemon. I may have missed a lot of information since I went studying in another world.”

Patamon warp evolved into HolyAngemon and positioned in midair.

“Ready?” Takeru asked them. They all nodded.

HolyAngemon opened the Heaven’s Gate, then Noel gathered all the pieces inside the container and finally made it float into the gate. The gate absorbed the container and HolyAngemon closed it.

“Aaand we’re done with those evil-doing pieces!” Daisuke punched the air. Then he yawned, “I’m sleepy…”

“Maybe we all should rest,” Takeru said, “It’s past bed hours… And we have school tomorrow, right?”

“Yeah/Yes/Indeed/Right”

“Allow me to give you one more little help, mes amis.” Noel said, and then he snapped his fingers, sending everyone back to their homes.

“... It’s all well when it ends well” he sighed relieved, then he saw Espimon coming in his direction, “Ah, have you get more details about--”

“Noel!! There’s a big big BIG problem on the way!!” She said, waving her arms desperately.

“What happened?”
