Art ref: Klimt, the Medicine. (It's not the whole painting, I wouldn't have had the time and I preferred a version focused on the character.) I thought this one suited the Cardinal well, as the snake is very present in his attires. In the original work, the bodies represent the different states of human suffering. For my version, I chose to stick with skeletal silhouettes, which can be understood either as a nod to the Dance Macabre, or as the image of death and decrepitude brought on by sin (the apple and all that, as we saw a character closely resembling Copia holding out the apple on a backdrop…wink wink) I had to adapt the background a little by not placing the silhouettes in exactly the same place and not reproducing exactly the same motifs, it wouldn't have made sense.

🐙‼️OCTO ALERT‼️🐙

An artist decided to redraw the Octonauts in her style!! Why?

Because I'm on a nostalgia high that's why lmao

In a world where most of the population consists of animal shifters, the Octonauts are a group marine biologists and activists who help bring attention to both the curious beauty of the Earth's waters and the harms that threaten its incredible ecosystems.

I imagine that the actual Octonauts show is something they funded to educate kids on the wonders of marine life!

Peso is the most recent member that was brought into the crew after their old medic had retired, but despite his timid attitude, he's just as devoted to their cause and cares just as much about the diverse marine environments as the other Octonauts, and they welcome their newest medic with open arms!

Captain Barnaby (Barnacles) was an ex-navy man and the esteemed captain of their crew! Despite both his imposing figure and the fearful animal he shifts into, the captain is a warm and kindhearted leader who had earned even the harshest people's respects (as seen with his first mate). He's certainly someone who you could depend on, and though he's a pacifist at heart, that doesn't mean the captain himself isn't defenseless. (There's a joke in there somewhere, something something navy, something something bear–)

Kwazii is Barnacle's trusty first mate, chosen by the captain himself! He's an ex-pirate, and though they didn't exactly get along when he had first met the Octonauts, the crew had learned to trust in both their captain's judgements and Kwazii's capabilities as he proved time and time again to be reliable, kind, and surprisingly well under pressure, as well as a person who's bound to lift anyone's spirits once he's in the room.

Hey did you guys know that on the 10th of December 4 years ago I binged Princess Tutu for the very first time and have been rewired ever since that said day? Yeah I can't believe it either.

To celebrate it, I spent the better part of my sleep schedule redrawing slash reinterpreting what I can only describe as the One Scene that made me absolutely, completely lose it for them.

This isn't an au, but I guess it's considered one? Not sure. But this "AU" is just my silly reinterpretation of BBCR and yes, specifically BBCR because Baldi's Basic Plus is a different thing on its own, so yeahhhh.... maybe they might be added, maybe not, I'm not sure, but yeah.

As I don't have the time to work on new piece at the moment, I made this little remake of a remake. Two years between the first version and this one.

This exercise proves to me that, as I've been thinking for some time, I've entered this delightful period where my sense of observation and my ability to see faults have progressed and are out of step with my skills, which need to be improved.

I was asked what my version of Spyro's mom would be like in The Legend of Spyro, naturally, she's gotta be a gladiator. I'd imagine that you return to her periodically and she'd upgrade you with more melee moves and armor throughout the game.
