A game I started way younger but didn't finish. I'm glad I finished it now I enjoyed that but it also makes you appreciative of where games are now i.e. being able to skip dialogue to skip fights for example in pokemon you have repels to avoid having to fight every pokemon just some minor quality of life issues but a solid 9/10 game none the less.

I drew my digimon ocs a while back and noticed I never shared them. So here. An Adella and her “Partner” keramon, Who I have mentally nicknamed “Dia” since I know there are other keramon ocs out here.

we've been rewatching Digimon lately, and have recently gotten to Frontier. we were thinking "oh, maybe it's not as bad as we remember, maybe the fact that it came after Tamers colored our perception of its quality." we even started watching it before Tamers, just in case. it's bad. there is so much potential here. there's so many ideas that we like. but it's bad.

Out of curiosity: do you have any other ocs beside Kat? If not, why? Is there a why?

Hello Anon! That is a great question!

So technically, yes, there is more than just Kat. She's just the one that is nearest and dearest to me as she has always been there in some form or another since I was 6 (that's a long time, I know!). Kat has gone through a few minor aesthetic redesigns and name changes, and certain aspects of her backstory have changed as well; but who she is overall has never changed. She is quite literally the gremlin I dumped all of my childhood trauma on lol.

As far as other OC's, in longfic there are a fair number that are canon replacements, for example Priest Set isn't the same Priest Set from canon (he's Kat's fraternal twin brother in this setting, and his appearance is slightly altered). There is also an Ancient Egypt aged-up Mokuba (Kat and Set's younger half brother), a Yugi twin (children of Kat and Atem), and OC versions of gods like Anubis, Ra, and Apep. There is also Kat's mother, who is only referred to by name once in longfic.

Then there are my characters from World of Warcraft. Kanika and Sesshy are my mains, but I have an army others as well (altoholic life lol). I've thought a few times about writing WoW fics sharing their adventures.

Thankfully you're watching subs that call it Piccolomon. Normally the sub/dub uses Pixiemon, but in newer seaons the inconsistent translation calls the digimon "Picklemon"

Observations from quick re-watching: - I was thinking Daisuke had worn jacket longer (he did still wear it in immediate aftermath) but Daisuke DID take it off in-between + others too (THANKS TOEI) For Including That Minor Important Detail

- This site gave me Temp readings above According to knowledge of People I Know (This Should Be) Mostly Correct Temp readings for 2002? (People I Know: "No, that'd be perfect weather!!!") ("They {probably} wouldn't be wearing JACKETS")

- MICHAEL STILL SHOWS UP IN FULL-ON JACKET - OUTSIDE - MICHAEL I appreciate you but TAKE OFF THE Jacket mAYBE...

- There were more than 3 random people on the beach (1st img) - All of them were (for the most part) adults - THEY SHOULD Have Digis at some point probably But (Well TM) - They did see + acknowledge Imperialdramon ("A monster!!1!") - Daisuke & co. immediately put full-on outfits back on while on the way to the airport (Again Are You Still At "MAIAMI" Or Not) - Did they leave from M.I.A {airport}????? - Wow I Could Tell You Abt That Place - Ok but UNLIKELY It'd be that ... - Easy to Not Be Detected ON X-MAS EVE????? - IT WAS LIKE 10 P.M. STILL???? - But You Know Fantasy TM - Alternatively there's also F.L.L. but... Hmm - I can say there was at least one time where I Myself TM left from there at 4 A.M.~ E.S.T pretty easily that was ONE TIME Though!!! - I Don't Want To Test Otherwise - Honorifics wise, Michael uses "Daisuke" plain for Daisuke, "Ken-kun", "Yamato-san"... - I'm still mad @ Toei that we don't have more Chosen from here!!!!! - I AM Allowed My Opinions On This - Fight me once you've been to M.I.A. airport and the like - ok but no genuinely which airport is it - Do with the info above what you will - DO NOT talk to me abt this scene (or the concept of Chosen from here) unless You Want me to YELL

Happy Odaiba Day to all Digi-Destined out there!

I’m so excited to share these drawings, as I finished them maybe three or four months ago. I challenged myself to draw intricate and detailed monsters, and what creatures have more detailed features than Digimon?

I grew up in the ’90s and early 2000s, watching both Pokémon and Digimon nonstop. I used to switch channels every time one show took a break or went to a commercial.

Today, Koromon and Agumon are here to be friends with you! They’re the cutest mascots of the franchise. Cheerful, brave, and loyal—these are the qualities of a true Digi-Destined monster.

I might have spammed you guys with posts today, haha! I couldn’t help myself from sharing something for both fandoms I follow. I love Taylor Swift and Digimon together. Now I’m curious, what would be Taylor’s Digimon if she ever had one? Maybe Gatomon, haha!

Character reference art for an NPC in my Digimon RPG campaign. He's kind of a DMPC. Mostly just needed a fourth digi-destined who was could give some contrast to the other three quieter, more brooding boys. Anyway here's an AU I made for it:

Who We Were AU – The four of them were connected. They knew they were connected, some way and somehow – They just couldn’t remember why. And without the reason, without the memories, they were just strangers. They drifted apart, which was fine, because, again, they were all just strangers with a strange connection and history that they didn’t remember. It didn’t matter at all.

Then, years later, one of them reaches out to the others.

“I know you probably don’t remember me and frankly I don’t remember you all well either. But, I at least know that I can trust you guys. And right now I need your guys’ help. If my theories are right, I’m not the only one who is going to need help…” 

“Years ago, we and a few others went missing. Judging from my own memories, something big happened then. Something that involved all of us. And, again based on my research, none of you remember what happened when we were missing either. But whatever we were involved with, we never finished. Something – Some people – are still in danger. And we need to help them, as soon as we can. But I don’t think we can do this without our memories.”

“Luckily, I think I found a link! One of the people who went with us is still missing to this day. If we can find out what happened to him, then I think we’ll be able to figure everything else out.”

“This is Grayson ‘The Wizard’ McKnight, signing off. Hope to hear from you all soon.”

He was working on his computer, as he always did. His screen was the only light source in the room, the night sky so dark outside that it consumed every other light.

Suddenly, a little ping! noise caught his attention. He blinked, switching tabs to see what had just popped up.

“A new message huh? Hm… Let’s hope it’s not spam…”

He moved his mouse, clicking on the message. A video popped up on his screen.

“Ooo, a video? Alright, let’s see what we have here…”

He pressed play.

At first, the screen was nothing but static. He could hear something faint, someone trying to say something, but the noise was too loud. He winced, lowering the volume until the static began to clear somewhat.

A girl stood at a console, desperately pressing buttons and typing. She looked up at the screen, her eyes wide behind her cracked lenses. Her lips began moving and he quickly raised the volume up again to hear her.

“–ello? Hello?! Can anyone hear me?! Please! We need help!”

He raised an eyebrow.

“Come on, work you stupid thing–!”

She kicked the console, which sparked. That seemed to cause her some pain, as she leapt back and cursed, tears welling. “Damnit!”

“Julie–!”

The voice, robotic in nature, sent a strange chill down his spine. He ignored it, watching intently as a tall figure entered the screen.

“We must go. The others cannot hold them back any longer–!”

“But I need to get help!” She sounded like she was on the verge of tears. She looked like she had been through hell. Poor kid – He wondered what happened to her. What had she been through that led to this? “Please Andromon. At least let me try.”

The android (ragepureboilinghatebutwhy) looked at her solemnly. “I will try to buy you more time then. Please hurry.”

It quickly lumbered out of the frame and the strange feelings he had followed suit. The girl turned back to the screen, trying to steel herself.

“If any of the previous Digi-Destined are hearing this – We are the current Digi-Destined, currently in the D-Terminal in the Digital Forest. We found your– our partners and we saw your message. This world is in danger and– and we couldn’t protect it. We weren’t enough.”

She seemed to falter, hands curling into fists and trembling. She swallowed, fiercely rubbing at her eyes as she continued. “L–Look, if anyone is hearing this – We need you. Your partners need you. The Digital World needs you. So please! Please come and help! I’m begging you… Help us.”

The wall behind her burst, dust filling the room and concealing her as static began to build. He could vaguely see the android (dangerbadrunȑ̸̰̈́ȋ̷̢̦̱̇̊ő̵̡̦͚t̷͉̄̀̾) storm into the room again, just as the static overwhelmed the screen and the video came to an end.

Grayson McKnight leaned back in his chair, staring at his screen with a mix of shock and thought on his face.

“Well… that was something.”
