I didnt think Id make a Dexter version but now I did, I am living for Daring just third wheeling his siblings like the good big brother he is

genuinely just OBSESSED with this hc that apple is a complete and utter MESS when it comes to her relationship with darling.

like it's such a funny contrast for the people who know her because this is Apple White; she is calm and polite and put together, and in all the years she dated daring, she was so fucking chill about everything.

daring dating other girls? didn't give a shit. everyone's wondering why they aren't affectionate in public? well, they're just teenagers they have forever after yk. when will they go steady? they have the rest of their destinies to worry about that.

you get my drift; apple does not give a single shit when it comes to this relationship because she is so in control of it. the actual 'relationship' aspect isn't really important to her and as such she's so composed in terms of her relationship with daring.

but throw DARLING in the picture and then there's apple running around like a headless chicken, being absolutely CLUELESS about what to do now that she actually has feelings for someone.

i'd like to have an entire episode of darling and apple going out on a date where there's basically a reverse situation of the dexven date ep where raven keeps trying to hype apple up and keep her calm while thinking 'dear god was i really like this???'

meanwhile, apple's hyperventilating over here just thinking about what to wear, what jewelry will match with her dress, if she's overdoing it or not, whether she should get darling a gift or something, what if she's overdressed or underdressed, and will darling like the food where they're going, and if darling even likes her at all the way she likes darling-

in the end raven grabs dexter and she says fuck this shit you and i are going undercover and tailing them, im too worried for this lesbian disaster.

dexter agrees because he's just come from helping rosabella hide all of darling's armor and assorted weaponry and they had both enlisted the help of the wonderlandians to make sure darling didn't have a breakdown every 3 seconds every time she realized she was actually going on a date with apple.

shenanigans are ensuing and rosabella and raven are getting the worst of it by this point, but they love apple and darling too much so they put up with it.

i still have some older stuff i wanna post, but for now, i wanna share my most recent assortment of eah doodles.

ever after high having a halloween costume party would be so chaotic and just end in bloodshed and tears tbh. some shenanigans i think that would happen:

poppy shows up with her hair in hunter's hairstyle (as the thing that scares her the most) and everyone laughs and it hurts hunter's feelings that no one defended him. poppy and ashlynn spend the the party trying to cheer up hunter as he sulks in the boy's bathroom for the entire night.

sparrow arrives crossdressing as raven with her guitar and raven tries to (rightly) strangle him. he gets away after the first attempt and raven hunts for him the rest of the night. duchess puts away her rivalry with raven for the night and joins her because sparrow spilled coffee on her dress last week.

the charming siblings decide to dress up as each other. daring as dexter, dexter as darling and darling as daring. apple's jaw falls when she sees darling in princely attire and goes into a gay panic. she spends the night running away when she sees darling and darling thinks apple needs help with something so she follows apple whenever she runs away. this is hilarious to everyone except for the two of them.

daring realizes he doesn't get as much attention from other students when he's dressed as dexter and spends the night trying to get his fans to notice him again. lizzie notices his (frankly pathetic) atempts at fishing for attention and calls him out on it. he realizes that he actually enjoys not having all the pressure on him to be so charming all the time when in costume. they spend the night just chatting together and eventually ditch the party to go for a moonlight ride on legend.

dexter forgets to add his glasses to his darling costume and had to walk around wearing heels for the first time (he had to commit to the entire costume okay, he wasn't a coward). it's because of this combination that he trips, stumbles and gets trapped inside a coat closet during the party. he then tries to use morse code to get help (since he couldn't yell loud enough over the music playing) but maddie's the only who hears his tapping and she thinks that he wants to make a beatbox song together.

thankfully apple managed to ask tailor quick for one more ticket so now she, raven And dexter are going☺️and so apple is forced to thirdwheel for 3 hours. she managed to have fun tho even without darling!🥰
