IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN PEARLS DESIGN IN THE NEWER GAMES

like one thing i really like about aa is its attention to details in the character design, especially in the original trilogy, but they were so lazy with pearls design.

i was so excited to see how theyd portray her when shes grown up. its always my biggest pet peeve when they age up characters and they still sort of infantalise them.

anyway, i did a redesign. as a miniscule detail i gave her mias earrings. something that i thought would be so interesting is pearl idolising mia more with the lack of proper role models in her life. ALSO IN THE PW TRILOGY WHEN SHE WANTED LONG HAIR LIKE MAYA WHY DIDNT THEY ADD THAT IT WAS RIGHT THERE????

Hey all!! Just a reminder post that I'm hosting a PMV-style multi animator project and we have TONS of room for artists to join in!! It's open for artists of all skill levels and there's no style requirements either!!

It's a project dedicated to all of our favorite moments in destiny. From minor character moments to major boss battles, destiny is a game full of so much wonderful lore that has inspired so many wonderful artists over the years. This project hopes to combine a handful of those fan artist's favorite experiences all into one big showcase!
