Thinking about how Diavolo’s feelings transcend time and how in the Nightbringer UR+ card Demon Lord’s Castle Tour this conversation happens.

When asked, “Do you wish to see your father?”

Diavolo responds:

“I suppose I do . . .” isn’t the typical reaction to how a child would feel about wanting to see their parent. Especially when said parent has essentially been in a coma for a year.

Along with how Diavolo describe his father.

It makes more sense why when you learn in Lesson 56 how Diavolo was treated by him growing up.

Diavolo can tell when others are lying but is unable to understand his father’s intentions.

Diavolo mentions that he lived a very sheltered life growing up. That from a young age his father never allowed him a chance to talk to anyone outside the castle.

His childhood friend was Mephistopheles. A demon literally RAISED to be his friend. Putting a barrier between the two because Mephistopheles would put Diavolo on a pedestal.

The isolating childhood he experienced riddled with his strict father constantly scolding him.

Despite everything MC is so important to him he wants to see his father again so we can meet.

“Sanemi,” you pinch the bridge of your nose between your fingers, the beginnings of a migraine creeping in from around your temples. “What the hell is that?”

“A working A/C unit,” he says smugly, chest puffed in pride. “Got it installed while you were at work. She’s purrin’ like a kitten.”

Your headache worsens. “I didn’t buy a new unit.”

“I know that.”

“Because I can’t afford a new unit.”

“And?”

Sanemi Shinazugawa is many things, but dense is not one of them. He’s being vague on purpose, thinking he’s sparing you from having to think too hard about how it is a state-of-the-art air conditioning unit sits neatly in your window when it costs more than your monthly rent.

Fine. If he thinks he’s playing it cool, you’ll just have to go for the jugular.

“Where did it come from, Sanemi?”

He’d expected you to ask how he obtained it, you’re certain, and he’d likely already had yet another ambiguous answer primed and ready to fire. But you’ve thrown him off, and now there is only silence between you, save the quiet whir of the air conditioning as Sanemi considers his options.

“The warehouse.” He says carefully and you groan.

“How did you pay for it?”

Another pause, and then, “Scratched the serial number off.” Too quickly, he adds, “They won’t track it.”

RADIOMOTH BAD END ROUTE

In these endings, it's more or less assumed Alastor has gotten out of his deal (if the route doesn't involve his owner)

In this ending, Vaggie successfully catches Alastor and marries him much like Charlie's bad end (and this one like her can have the option of Charlie also being married to them or not). Depending if you want to go the force transitioning route: Alastor either gives up once Vaggie successfully forces a transition surgery onto him or (if you don't want to go that route) he just gave up too tired to fight Vaggie and her traps.

Transition or not, Vaggie dresses him as a woman, forces him to grow his hair out, and just generally takes on a more feminine appearance. She goes as far as to rename him "Alison" and only refers to him as female in public. In private she will at times refer to him as a male but in past tense and in a degrading way. She makes it a point to make sure he doesn't have his antlers. Whenever they start growing back, Alastor panics and hurries to rip them off before Vaggie sees them. It's painful, but always less painful than when Vaggie does it as she's very violent with her approach. She will sometimes hit him for having antlers or even seeing signs that they've regrown.

Anytime Alastor remarks discomfort with himself, Vaggie gets frustrated and berates him about it. When she notices him turning to accidental self-harm to deal with his discomfort (hair pulling, claw scratches, etc.), she admonishes and at times hit him as well (like if he pulls his hair, she'll pull his hair yelling at him "isn't this what you like?").

Vaggie hides this poor behavior from Charlie (whether or not she's still in a relationship with Charlie or not in this route), and forces Alastor to keep quiet about it as well. If he gives any indication otherwise, she will punish him in private.

While I'm not sure if Alastor would or would not have all his bells and whistles (I feel like it would make sense in this route if Vaggie would find a way to "depower" him to make him easier to handle, but not sure how she'd do that. Maybe have him drinking diluted holy water over time?), Alastor more or less has just given up on this route. He doesn't feel like he can do much else and is unmotivated to attack back.

Most sensual times Vaggie does genuinely try to be nice and try to find what Alastor likes (whether he likes it or not). It's when Vaggie is already angry or frustrated with Alastor that she gets into the more abusive sensual moments. Vaggie isn't really abusing Alastor 24/7 (well, other than enforcing an unwanted gender identity and relationship I suppose). Anything nice she would do for Charlie she'd do for Alastor. Surprising him with things that he doesn't expect (like sinner meat or masculine clothing) is one of her favorite ways to show affection to see the brief light in his eyes from the gift.

Vaggie doesn't touch him if he says "no" or gives a strong indication of "no". But she will touch if he bare minimum doesn't give an answer. She'll start slow and build up to more as it goes on (given the situation of course. She's not doing more in the middle of the hotel with others). It's not uncommon in the private sensual moments for her to get violent and belittle Alastor and how she's the only one who would love a woman like him. In the case of a transitioning route, Vaggie will taunt him about having used to be a man. And if Alastor gives an indication that he wishes he never transitioned, she will taunt him more and abuse him further until he says he's happy to be a woman. These more violent times occur when Alastor begins to show distress, typically for either the sex or his forced gender but not exclusive to those.

She will lightly degrade him when she's not angry too, but it's mixed with sweet words as well.

Afterwards of any sort of serious abuse, Vaggie will give Alastor a lot of aftercare. She'll stop touching him a little bit if he tells her to, but generally makes it a point that she has to at leat help him clean up either with a cloth or in the bath at least.

Vaggie is as protective of Alastor as she is of Charlie, and she is also as very loving of him as she is of her. Vaggie will shower Alastor with genuine compliments, even in private sometimes she just wants to shower Alastor with love rather than any sort of abuse. Whenever Alastor does something particularly good (like introducing himself as Alison the first couple of times and holding her hand out of his own volition), she'll praise him and reward him for it. Vaggie takes more into consideration of attire for Alastor rather than what she just wants to see. While she still puts Alastor in "less than Alastor styled" outfits from time to time, those clothes are mainly for private or special occasions. For the most part, Vaggie gives (and allows) Alastor clothes more up his alley, even suits as long as he still looks feminine enough.

While Vaggie will get violent with Alastor for showing discomfort with his forced gender, she normally first tries to comfort Alastor about his body and self. It's when Alastor begins getting more upset that she'll go into the abuse as described above. Even when the circumstance isn't sensual, however, she will always follow up her abuse with comfort for Alastor. This would, I can imagine, grow into a stockholm syndrome situation, especially if Alastor wanted to deny the situation he's in.

Eeeeeeek, your dark Lucifer WIP is so captivating! Lucifer comes across so insanely creepy it makes me want to hide in a remote corner. And then you also said you don't really start off your stories with Alastor and Lucifer not really liking each and then developing feelings over time, and in the context here... I just wonder what that would look like. This dark, creepy version of Lucifer developing a crush on Alastor. I wonder what would be the start of that change. 'Cause Alastor already has this primal, instinctive fear of this version of Lucifer who very much seems to want him dead. At the point when Lucifer starts crushing, I bet there would be a moment where Alastor breathes a sigh of relief because even if he doesn't reciprocate at the very least he can rest assured Lucifer doesn't want to pop him like a grape any more, right? Only it's his momentary peace that gets popped because Lucifer's weird creepy unsettling behavior doesn't stop and can you tell I'm rolling around on my bed kicking my feet like a schoolgirl yet?

I'm glad people are finding dark!Lucifer as captivating as I do ^.^

God, there are so many things I want to get into with this AU, but I'm stuck between not wanting to spoil anything for when I DO write it, but really wanting to talk about it because it's been on my brain for sooooo long and I want it out T.T

I guess, one thing I can say is that you're right about Alastor being able to sigh in relief when Lucifer develops feelings, because it gives him reassurance that he won't get snapped out of existence. Although, Charlie would be sad if Alastor got snapped out of existence, so he also had that going for him.

When I get around to properly writing this, I'm very excited to get into Lucifer's creepy side. I adore writing thrillers and suspense, and I've been wanting to read a Hazbin thriller fic sooo much.

Sanji is definitely flirtatious, but he genuinely respects and cares for women beyond just their looks. That's his principle in life that he'd learned from zeff. Let's discuss :

Does sanji only see women as sex objects?

No. If Sanji only saw women as sex objects, he wouldnt be so sensitive to their behavior and struggles. he would not care for the real person they are underneath (pudding in wci), their discomfort (connis in skypiea), their helplessness (Viola in dressrosa, Robin in water 7), their obligations (tashigi fighting vergo in punk hazard) etc.

Another point is that, sanji's admiration for women lies in what he can do for them instead of what they can do for him. This is an important point because men who objectify women, usually treat them as disposable things - only valuing/being nice to them when they can get sex/favors from women and discard them when the need is met/rejection, there's always an underlying conditional dimension to it. Sanji is not like that. Sanji's joy lies in serving, protecting and admiring women. He remains loyal, kind, selfless, and devoted, even when he gets nothing in return, even when he is hurt by women sometimes (he cared for and even uplifted pudding even when he came to know abt her intentions and opinions abt him). His kindness goes beyond attraction; it’s a fundamental part of who he is.

Does sanji treat women as his equals?

HELL No. But he's still a feminist, because he treats women BETTER. The world and societal structure favors men more than us, and we don't always have the freedom or agency over our life and circumstances. Sanji understands that and so he treats women BETTER than how he treats men. He gives women more grace, more consideration and more understanding than he would ever give to any men. I guess he's more of a woman supremacist than a feminist but yeah.

Does he only care for women's physical appearance?

No, if he did then he wouldn't be kind to the mermaid grandma kokoro im enies lobby. Yes, he was crying throwing up cz she's not what he expected mermaids to look like but he was doing that clownery AFTER saving her life. Yes sanji loves beautiful women (who doesn't tbh) but that's NOT the foundation of his behavior towards women.

He is incredibly kind, some ppl say only to women, absolutely not, he's kind towards all genders and species'. With men, he's just more brash and rude, with women he is sweet and kind. I love him to the moon and back.

His gag is not about reducing women to their looks, but rather about how he expresses his appreciation and admiration for them. The sun rises in the east, and Sanji fawns over beautiful women—it’s the rule of the universe.

So after the Extermination, Reader helps Alastor heal and also offers her flesh to him. Things go from there. Maybe some aftercare at the end, too?

Y/N was the one who found him in his radio tower, muttering and wincing to himself. She'd been the only one who searched for him after the battle. His disappearance from it was so sudden that she had her suspicions. Finding her friend in such a state was heartwrenching, especially since he always seemed so composed. Now he appeared so broken, fragile, wounded.

She approached him with caution. He was her friend, but an infamous demon, forced into a corner by the First Man too. Like dealing with many beasts, it was best to proceed with caution.

"Alastor?" She called out to him slowly.

His head snapped up upon hearing her. His dark eyes narrowed to get a better look at her. After doing so, his strained smile came with a snarl. "I do not want you to see me in such a state..."

"We've all taken a beating today Alastor," she said, walking over to him in a still careful manner. Slowly she knelt before his curled up figure on the floor. "You were smart to leave when you did. Gave you time to heal."

"Well, as you can see..." he took his hand away from his chest, which spewed out some blood that darkened his already red attire. "I may need a little more time."

She saw the way the blood covered his chest like splattered paint. He certainly took a beating after fighting hard. She was at least happy the wound was wide yet shallow. What she hated was noticing the way he attempted to reach out to her but grimaced in pain while doing so. She found it so awful to see him like this that it made her act on impulse.

Alastor didn't have time to protest as she already had her hand over his injury. He watched how she concentrated on it, how her hand suddenly had a golden light under it as his chest felt very warm then cool. Once she let go, he saw he was as good as new! No blood or anything!

"You're welcome!" She chirped, making an effort to break the tense silence.

It didn't help since before she knew it, he was throwing himself on top of her. He looked down at her, pinning her to the floor. He looked wild and savage as his eyes changed into those notorious radio dials and his sardonic grin had blood leaking out from its corners.

"I don't recall asking for your help, my dear," he growled. "You know better than to make the Radio Demon owe you his life!"

She never thought she'd be on the receiving end of Alastor's threats. They'd always been rather close and respected one another. Yet she forgot two important things about him:

He despised being on someone's hook.

And he always needed to be in control.

He already lost his sense of control in the battle when fighting Adam. His microphone was split in two, and he'd been no better. Now that she saw him in bad shape and offered him assistance in healing, he needed to find a way to regain power - to show he still could intimidate.

She was terrified...but also excited.

She doesn't know why it excited her. It might've had something to do with the fact she was hell-born and had no real experience with pain or death. It didn't help that she was born with regenerative healing abilities that helped her survive every scuffle she'd find herself in. Whatever the reason, the way Alastor bent over her gave her pleasant tingles.

She knew he didn't desire sexual depravity the way others down there did, but he did have other carnal urges that could benefit them both.

"Hurt me then Alastor," she said, growing bold with a coy smirk. "Give me all the anger you have. Take it out on my flesh."

There are some things people just don't expect. Even in Hell, surprises can come. For a demon like Alastor, he took pride in how little can shock him, humble him. Yet he's recently realized he's not in as much control as he claimed to be. He's been beaten, insulted, taken hold of. A new sense of purpose was required. A way to show power again.

But this?

"I know you want to," she hissed up at him. "You want to devour me. Go ahead! At least you'll be good at that!"

She knew that did the trick since he returned to his malicious state. His large, sharp-tooth grin opened into a gaping maw that attacked her. She let out a cry as he bit down hard on her shoulder. She wrapped her legs around his waist while his teeth pierced her so fiercely that she could practically feel his gums on her skin. She pushed him further by grabbing a hold of his hair as she moaned so desperately. He held her so tightly that her cries grew strenuous.

She loved every second of it, especially when he managed to tear off some of her flesh.

With a snap of his finger, Alastor conjured up a small flame that helped her with her cigarette. She inhaled, released a puff of smoke, and relaxed after their little escapade. They remained on the floor of his radio tower, now snuggled up together. He looked over her body, his claws tracing the marks he left behind before they disappeared.

It was just what he needed for the time being to satiate his hunger. Full freedom was still far from his grasp, but he at least found a way to play with his needs. Thanks to her, his burning yearnings were temporarily fulfilled.
