Demon Within

Carrying a heart that beats with both, black and white. Having a soul that keeps being pulled into the ground. With mind that walks on the edge of wrong and right.

From first sketch to finished drawing was a time difference of 1.5 years, mostly cuz my painting progress changed completely in that time. I stopped using Adjustment layers for coloring and decided to paint with colors... so it felt like that I was learning to paint all over again X'D Ash is my OC | 2018

This was one of my more nightmarish dreams (like, it was pretty fucked up), but it was also super vivid and stuff.

In fact I still think back to it today in both wonder and horror that that is what my brain decided I would dream about that night.

Well, that night I ended up sleeping for like two hours during which I had that dream. And then I decided “I don’t need sleep” after said dream.

Anyways, I have one more addition to My Dream Journal, but I think I’m gonna work on something else for a bit before coming back to it.

It's scary when you realise that there is always a part of you that is capable of such madness, such atrocity. Once in awhile an asshole will come by and trigger that part of you. They will bring out the demon that you have tried so hard to suppress inside you. These assholes usually deserve what is coming their way. However, it is sad to know that the closest around you sometimes end up as collateral damage over the war that you wage against your enemies. -my current thought
