Apparently there’s a Demon Slayer themed Mario Party rip-off called Demon Slayer: Sweep The Board and despite it clearly being a cash-in on the franchise, I can’t help but find it oddly adorable

Especially bc Enmu’s in it as both a DLC boss fight and a target in a shooting mini game (I know it sounds like I made that second part up but I didn’t lmao)

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Sweep the Board! coming to PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on July 17

Publisher Aniplex and developer CyberConnect2 will release Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Sweep the Board! for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on July 17, the latest issue of Weekly Jump reveals.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Sweep the Board! first launched for Switch on April 25 in Japan and April 26 worldwide.

Weekly Jump also reveals plans to add Kanao Tsuyuri as a playable character via a free post-launch update, with the previously announced Genya Shinazugawa set to join the game this summer.

Demon Slayer: Sweep the Board is crazy bc in most ally interactions if you get Sanemi he is bloodthirsty and has this crazy ass smile expression. But now I’ve just learned that if you pull him as Genya, he’s turned away and standoffish. Nobody changes “sprites” like that from what i’ve seen so far that was insane. THEIR DIALOGUE is Sanemi quickly brushing him off and Genya saying nothing. that’s CRAZY they are CRAZY i hate them

So the vampire/Buffy WIP is just explicitly horny about bloodsucking and I can't find it in myself to be sorry about it. The basic premise is that the reader is a slayer and Jake is a vampire in the same pathetic, obsessed way that Spike is. I'm still figuring out where everyone else fits in, but I'm pretty sure Bobby is going to be her guy in the chair and Bradley is going to be another vampire hunter (who's her ex, maybe?)

It's still in the early stages of thinly strung-together scenes and ideas. but Jake and her call a sort of truce after she dies and is resurrected and she agrees to supply him with blood if he doesn't, you know, kill people.

Here's the tiniest snippet of the very rough draft and the Pinterest board:

“You think that all vampires are soulless demons?” You retort sharply, “I think that you don't leave a rabid dog roaming the streets.”

And I've been working on the Bob Floyd while you were sleeping au since around May. It's one of my favorite romcoms and it just felt so obvious. I was hoping to have it done by now, but it's been slow going.

Basically, the reader is the front seater for Bob's brother, Teddy, and after they have a training accident, he's left in a coma. Teddy has been dating a woman who is his direct superior and recently got engaged to her. They're still hiding their relationship from everyone (though he's an idiot who can't fully keep his mouth shut). He's vaguely told his family about her, specifically, that he works closely with her in the Navy.

Reader wears a ring to fend off horn dog men in bars, so she's wearing a ring when they meet her in his hospital room. His parents assume it's her he's been dating. The reader tries to correct them but quickly puts together that he's been dating their superior (she's had her suspicions) and lies to protect him.

Bob doesn't fully buy it but decides to sweep his own doubts under the rug.

Then as the Floyd's invite her to spend the holidays with them, as she doesn't really have any family of her own, she ends up spending more and more time with Bob. They begin to develop feelings for each other as she tries to keep up the lie and Bob tries to keep who he thinks is his brother's fiancée at arm's length.
