It would have been so easy to have Sofia kill Eve in order for her to get back at Oz -- perpetuating the overused trend of women being abused and killed to further the emotional plot of a man's story arc -- but instead we got to see them recognising that they are both just pieces in this game set up by the men around them, and while they can't both walk away with their opposing side winning, at least one of them may just reach above and and dismantle this game which was never going to be in their favour
