I made in au that what if Captain boomerang found Thad instead of reverse flash 

When digger found Thad he decided to take the kid in to be his apprentice one because he felt bad for the kid second, he was a speedster having a specter as his apprentice sound a pretty fun idea

And three he didn’t want him to end up like a psychopath like reverse flash

Because of Thad super Speed digger made him special gloves that he could charge boomerangs and bring them back to him and make them explode. It’s sort of like if he throws a boomerang at someone he can make it explode if his electricity speed 

Their relationship is sort of like a father figure relationship digger is the only father figure that Thad got and for digger, who doesn’t want to see digger trying to be a dad again

And for the suicide squad and the rouge Reaction let’s say they were pretty surprised when they found out that Captain boomerang got himself a apprentice. They were even more surprised when this kid was a speedster. Let’s say a captain cold, with a little bit jealous that he couldn’t get himself in apprentice, even a kid speedster apprentice

Lex Luther was one of her clients, and she sold him a bunch of private information before she was taken away to Black gate prison by the Batman. The authorities tried to take back the information, but it was already too late, and her security system kicked in, erasing any trace of her clients, assassins, contacts, and anything relating to her family or her private business.

Some time after that he decided to take down all the Yakuza in America and eventually took a experimental drug that gave him his powers soon after thought he ran into Batman, Cyborg, The Flash and Green lantern at a raid of a Yakuza where they apprehend him.
