Tomorrow is my birthday! I had quite literally the worst week of my career hours wise last week, and am really struggling to pay all my bills for the week.

So quick update I guess talking to myself so I don’t go crazy and because parasocial relationships go both ways and it feels like I have support this way? Lol but I got to my home like ten minutes before I was supposed to meet my realtor and the seller was still here with their kids so I just went around the block a few times and they left and my realtor got here and we were walking around inside and we flicked the lights and…no power. Even though it was set to start yesterday. So I called the power company and it took like 25 minutes to get through to a real person and they said their system had a lapse and even though it said I was supposed to have power yesterday it just didn’t start the electricity because of their system failure and they asked when I would like someone to come out and I said as soon as possible and she said someone would be here between 6 and midnight and they wouldn’t call me to give me a heads up I just had to be here to let them in whenever they showed up. So now I’m sitting in my empty house in the dark with no power and no way to charge my phone and the place I’m currently staying is an hour away I was going to stay here for a few hours and clean and then go back there to pack up my things for actually moving some of my stuff tomorrow so I could stay here this weekend. And I’m trying to convince myself this isn’t a bad sign from the universe or something and is instead just like bonding time with my home.
