Currently in a "love"/"hate" relationship with James Vowels if all the reports coming out of the media about Logan and true right now.

You can scroll through my posts and see how good Logan has been doing all year.... especially when you consider his car never gets upgraded and has been way over weight compared to his competitors.

But what has James done since Bahrain? Nothing but talk crap to the media about Logan. Took his car away in Australia, constantly let's rumors fly and starts them about replacing him, spent all of his energy chasing Sainz and then gushing about him to anyone with a Mic.

Like damn James what the hell did you expect Logan to do? Further more the fact that he refuses to acknowledge Logan is indeed performing with a cement brick of a car is so sad.

General thoughts: I made this because I'm such a huge fucking nerd and love data/analytics. I'm not sure if this is interesting to anyone else, but I made it so I might as well share it. I find it interesting how for Amanda's pie chart I had no idea who would be 2nd/3rd due to overlooking Sarah Christ and Redacted. For Angela I knew full well Courtney and Damien would at least rank.

I got curious about it and decided to graph out the word counts of fics for the top 5 homestuck pairings, some comments from what I've seen:

I apologize for any butchered pairing names but please understand if Karkat is not involved I do not read it.

All data was taken from AO3 posts in december of 2023, from fics with 4 or less grey/pairing tags.

A single Jake-Dirk fic nearly matched Rose-Kanaya's entire word count, oof.

Like for real I'm shocked Rose-Kanaya didn't get more, like from what I've seen that's a very common source of art?

I'll die happy if these charts inspire anyone to write more content for under-repped pairings.

It's kind of cool that all 5 pairings have (almost) no overlapping characters?

Post Monza Rookie - Sophmore comparison

Been a moment since I posted these graphs with limited time event by event. But with Logans depature I will be comparing Franco/Alex vs Logan 2023 (Alex is there as their base), and continue just showing Oscar 23' vs 24'.

With that it was not a bad drive overall by Franco; he finished 1 place higher then Logan did in 2023 but was 3 seconds further back compared to 1st. Franco did keep pace with Alex in the 2nd sint, and they were both equal to logan last year on the 1st stint. However, this was not a new track to Franco so we can take this with cautious optimism for the rest of the races tell Abu Dhabi which is the only other track he has driven before.

Now on to Oscar, you can tell his stratgey team and McLarens overall is still knew to the idea of competing at the top and especially when you consider they havent really been since 2007 so none of there crew has. Giving up a 10sec lead in a car that is 4sec a lap quicker then 2023 to "cover the undercut" WAS INSANE. But still proves that not only the car but oscar himself is getting better in his 2nd year as is expected.
