Dark Lloyd (My Crystallized AU)

Story:

When Charlie aka Kura, got to the city of Ninjago without the ninjas and her sister and her father not knowing, until Lloyd found out she was back when he heard her haunted voice while getting kidnapped by her, Charlie was forcing Lloyd to make him watch everything burn around him and torment him, when Ember went on a search for Lloyd, Charlie captured her sister, after she got her sister, she told Ember about how Charlie was born and created that Lilith wasn't the one who made Charlie, it was Ember.

Ember has so much regrets about what she did to her sister, she tried to reach out to Kura and get her back home, but Charlie was unpredictable and has hurt a lot of people, when Ember saw Lloyd badly hurt by Charlie who tormented and torturing him, Ember confronted Charlie of what she has done and she was trying so hard to reach Kura and make up for everything and they can be sisters again, but the couldn't farther from what will happen next.

Ever since the day when Ember defeated Lilith who took her in when the time Ember thought her sister was dead, affirming her motherly love to as she died, and also because Ember doesn't get her trust when she chose to be with her team instead of her sister, Charlie embraced her nature and disowned her on the spot before she went off to Ninjago, everything went to a black rabbit hole of what she's gonna do next.

Charlie found Misako in her hideout, Misako tried to run away from her but it was too late, Charlie was much quicker due to her new speed abilities by the crystal king giving her some of his powers to her. Misako died from being stabbed in the back by Charlie, after she killed Misako, she burned the hideout and vanished to go back to the primeval's eye (the crystal temple).

The ambulance and the firefighters found the hideout on fire, when they took the fire out and got Misako out of the building but it was already to late, she's already dead. Wu, Drago and the ninja's found out in the news that Misako got murdered, they were all devastated, hurt and angry, they all found out that her murderer is Charlie, they're all so angry and couldn't believe that Charlie took someone's life away.

When Ember and Lloyd got back and found the Ninjas, Drago and Wu in the secret base where they can't be found, they found the group looking devastated and sad, they explained to Lloyd and Ember about what happened to Misako, Lloyd was devastated, grieving his loss of his mother and Ember also was sad for the loss of Misako but she was trying her best to comfort Lloyd. When Ember asked them who killed Misako, and she couldn't believe of what she is about to hear next.

It was Charlie who killed Lloyd's mother, they both could not believe what they heard, mostly Ember who didn't want to believe that her own sister could do something horrible just like how Lilith killed her mother, Agatha. Lloyd has became more dark and bitter and the death of his mother impacted him a lot and he is also planning to get revenge on Charlie for taking away his mother like that, his eyes were has turned from green to purple pink color and also wears a black headband to symbolize his character and also the grief of the loss of his mother.

Ember was also impacted a lot, she was going through so much from lack of sleep and rest and she was even overtraining herself, she feels like what happened to Misako was also her fault and everyone is suffering by Charlie because of something that she, Ember herself created a hundred years ago, she accepted the Kura is gone and only remains Charlie. After she, her father and the ninjags were ready to take down the overlord and Charlie, Ember and Lloyd has a conversation about why Ember is willing to face Charlie because she's her sister, but she explained that Lloyd, Micha and the ninjas were right, her sister is gone, there's only Charlie now.

He gets sad if Lloyd doesn’t show up for their scheduled fighting

So. So the earth element is connected to dark magic right. And Cole is the Earth Elemental. So I present to you dark sorcerer Cole who's been spending years training under Clouse on Chen's island. He got kidnapped when he was a kid because he had lots of potential or something. He's like half insane with no morals. Chen and Clouse have been gaslighting and emotionally manipulating him for years. The ninja meet him for the first time and drag him into the team because "oOH cute boy"

Another Dragons Rising work for my Soldier of Darkness Au, featuring Sora's outfit after she betrays the ninja and becomes Kai's apprentice, and featuring her performing Chaos Domination for the first time.

Arin looked at Sora, truly looked at her and saw a hatred in her eyes that surpassed anything he'd ever known, it was a hatred that could only be born from trust being broken, of a betrayal he wasn't fully aware of.

"Sora..." He trailed off, watching as she clenched her fists, clawed talon like armour scrapping against one another making him shudder, The Overlord's emblem upon her outfit, equipped with dark tendrils showcasing her slow corruption only served as a sad reminder of the tainted influence the Dark Lord possessed. "Please, return to us."

Sora shifted, releasing an almost dragon like growl, only reminding him of how much things had changed since his time with Ras. "There is nothing you can say that will make me return to the so-called heroes of Ninjago." The words were spoken with such venom that Arin took a step back, eyes wide at how much hatred seeped into her voice.

The Master of Technology, put a foot forward, almost like she was going to take a step forward, her eyes narrowed, eyeing him like a predator did its prey. "Please, don't fall down the same path I nearly did." His plea did little but make his friend scoff in irritation.

"Dark path?" she questioned, letting her gaze drift to something behind him. Braving the chance, Arin glanced over his shoulders, taking note of the ninja clearing a path through a contingent of Nindroid warriors, witnessing Cryptor be sent flying over the edge into the darkness of the Underworld by Zane.

"Sora!"

Arin turned, watching as Sora surged forward, spinning as a tornado of pink energy radiated around her. Her spinjitzu was as beautiful as it was painful, sending him flying to the ground at Lloyd's feet. "How?" The spinjtizu prodigy was confused, Sora had barely been able to perform spinjitzu the at the Source Tournament.

"Unlike some people, my new teachers methods produce results." The words were cold, meant to strike at their very hearts. Arin spared a glance at Lloyd, watching the way narrowed his gaze, it seemed he was already aware of this, and given how swiftly one thing came after another, hadn't had the time to inform him.

"If we do not hurry, I fear we will be unable to prevent The Overlord from merging with another of his scattered parts."

With Zane's words in mind, Arin reached out, looking at his friend. "The Overlord is evil, Kai is evil, please, help us stop them."

Sora shook her head. "Kai showed me the truth." She spoke carefully, each word spoken with a sense of purpose. "The Overlord showed me the truth of the lie you all live." Elemental energy began to flow, radiating around her.

"She is attempting to dominate her elemental powers."

Zane's warning caused them to freeze in horror, Arin's gaze watching the elemental energy fade, watched Lloyd move slightly. "Don't do this Sora, your soul will forever be tainted by darkness."

Sora ignored them, her body lifting from ground as chaotic energy began to form elemental constructs around her, large, draconic wings spread from her back, horns resembling The Overlord's sprung forth from her head and two blade like claws shot forth from her forearms.

As she hovered in the air, wings flapping with great strength, Arin reached forward. "No." He muttered, horror in his gaze as Zane spoke.

"Her soul has been claimed by The Overlord."

And across her right eye, a scar of darkness appeared.

misako is a character that I always wished got more screen time and development. like I wish lloyd's initial hurt was more drawn out. not even in a lloyd doesn't forgive her sense, but in a, lloyd forgives her (because he's lloyd and he has to be the kind of person to forgive and forgive and forgive because of his dad) but just because he forgives her doesn't mean they click instantly. I want a few scenes where the hurt continues to fester because forgiveness comes easy but healing takes time.

like just a few scenes where lloyd unintentionally throws the abandonement in her face because he's a kid and he's not entirely sure how to process his anger healthily yet (it's a skill he never truly learns as he simply learns to repress his anger until it grows and grows, and his oni blood begins to overwhelm him). but also moments where neither of them are sure about how to exist around each other. lloyd uncertain about how to accept maternal love when he's spent so long without it, and a part of him still hurts over the abandonement even when he understands why. and then misako wanting to make up for lost time and shower him in love but not knowing how to bridge the gap her leaving created.

I know it was never gonna be something they covered because it's a kids show, but like mannnn does my body crave seeing it.

i know im like 10 years late to ninjago but holy shit lloyd just went to like 10 years old or smth to 18 or smth in a second??? thats kinda traumatic to loose your childhood like that is that ever gonna get addressed?? fucked up plot point for what is basically a extended toy comerical???
