This is a Dandy’s world au where Dandy isn’t evil and Garden view did not shut down.

Also all the toons (except Gigi) each have a toon handler. But Goob and Scrap shares a toon handler and also Razzle and Dazzle shares a toon handler. Just like Dandy and Pebble.

Shrimpo’s toon handler is not mean to him but just worries too much about him.
