One thing i haven't seen (as in i *personally* haven't seen) anyone mention yet abt doughael is how their eyes are covered and not closed. Closed eyes in the cookie run universe symbolize truth and healing. While doughael is a healer, their eyes are *covered*, not closed. This could be a coincidence or further foreshadowing on how they're a false prophet.
