Fun Headcanons based off my Fanfiction

Corky

Corky is not against smoking but she doesn't, she also isn't a fan of alcohol and would prefer a cola.

Being a gluttony demon she loves to eat anything although she isn't a huge sweets person. However, she loves spicy food. The hotter, the better. She’s been known to down entire bottles of hot sauce in one sitting, much to the horror of anyone watching. It’s one of the few things that really gets her going, the burn making her feel alive.

If she wasn't a devil hunter she would be a wrestler. She’s got a collection of wrestling masks hidden away in her closet, souvenirs from her time dabbling in underground wrestling. She’d wear them during fights, taking on different personas, though she doesn’t talk about it much.

She likes to dance and sometimes is caught doing so while on devil-hunting gigs when she is pumped up.

Corky has a habit of humming to herself when she’s thinking or working, usually some tune she picked up from the radio. It’s an unconscious habit that she doesn’t even realize she’s doing most of the time.

She’s surprisingly good at chess, a skill she picked up during her time in prison. It started as a way to pass the time, but she found she had a knack for strategy.

Corky’s got a weakness for bad reality TV. She pretends to hate it, but she can’t stop watching those trashy shows where people scream at each other over petty drama. It’s her guilty pleasure, something she indulges in when she’s alone. (She likes hearing gossip and drama but will never want to partake. Unless it has to do with someone she cares about.)

Felix

Felix is an early riser, usually up before dawn. It’s a habit from his days as a mercenary, when getting the jump on the enemy meant the difference between life and death. He uses the quiet morning hours to clear his head, often jogging through the empty streets before the city wakes up.

Despite his rough exterior, Felix has a surprising knowledge of fine art. His mother was an art historian, and before she was killed, she used to take him to museums. He doesn’t talk about it, but he can still name most of the works in the Louvre.

Felix hates the cold. Growing up in Limbo City, he never dealt with harsh winters, so when the temperature drops, he’s miserable. He’ll layer up with as many jackets as he can find, grumbling the whole time.

He has a habit of collecting souvenirs from his jobs—small things like a bullet casing, a scrap of cloth, or a piece of metal from a demon’s armor. He keeps them in a box under his bed, though he’s not entirely sure why he does it. Maybe it’s a way to remind himself of what he’s survived.

Felix has a soft spot for kids, though he tries to hide it. When he’s in a good mood, he’ll buy out an entire ice cream truck’s stock and hand out treats to any kids he sees, all while pretending he’s doing it just to get rid of the truck.

His favorite drink is whiskey and doesn't take drugs because it doesn't effect him.

He is actually very frugal with his money.

His fatal flaw is his debauchery, his hedonistic acts has ended friendships.

He knows how to play the drums.

He does not like to be pranked… (Corky learned this the hard way...)

Nero

Nero has a soft spot for animals, particularly dogs. When he was a kid, he used to sneak stray dogs into the church in Fortuna, hiding them in his room until Kyrie found out.

Nero has a surprising talent for drawing. He used to sketch in the margins of his notebooks during his childhood. Most of his drawings are of the people he cares about—Kyrie, funny doodles of Nico, and even Dante, though he’d never admit it.

Kyrie is a couple of years older than Nero, Nico often used to tease Nero that she was more his mother than his lover while they were together.

He’s not much of a cook, but Nero makes a mean grilled cheese sandwich. It’s one of the few things he remembers from his time with Credo, who taught him how to make it when they were kids. Nero secretly enjoys listening to classical music, something he picked up from Kyrie. He finds it calming, especially when he’s patching up after a rough day.

He doesn't smoke or drink.

He is left-handed (because of his Devil-Bringer/Devil-Breaker being his right-hand).

His favorite color is actually red, but started wearing blue because he kept being mistaken for Dante (until he cut his hair).

Nico

Nico’s obsession with tinkering started young. As a kid, she took apart every toy she ever owned just to see how it worked. She once dismantled her mother’s entire sewing machine and couldn’t put it back together, earning herself a week of grounding.

Her love of poetry is something she keeps close to her chest, but she has a well-worn copy of Blake’s collected works hidden in her workshop. When V recognized the verse from "Eternity" tattooed on her she made him swear not to tell Nero.

Nico has a fascination with horror movies, the gorier the better. She likes to unwind with a cold beer and a marathon of slasher flicks, laughing at the cheesy effects while simultaneously admiring the craftsmanship behind them.

Despite her rough exterior, Nico has a sweet tooth. She’ll never say no to a piece of chocolate cake, and she keeps a stash of candy bars in her workshop, hidden behind the more dangerous tools.

Not only is Nico a chain-smoker, she loves drinking beer.

When Nico is nervous she stutters just like her father, Agnus. One time, Nero teased her for it which really hurt her feelings. Kyrie made Nero apologize.

I think the funniest crossover ever would be Pizza Tower and Devil May Cry. We got one anxious pizza joint owner, Peppino Spaghetti, who would pummel someone with his bare fists while going at Mach 4 like a maniac. Then there's the wahoo half devil pizza man, Dante Sparda, that hunts demons for a living and has major family drama.

Dante would be such a common visitor to this strange pizza joint for two reasons. One is the pizza is actually good. Two Peppino practically the most interesting person he has ever met. Dante is convinced that this man got demon heritage from seeing him beat the shit out of any demons who try wreck the joint.

Hell there is a gooey doppelganger he seen multiple times with an apparent appetite for demon meat, living pizza toppins who dance around and another chef that rides on a giant ass rat. Peppino meanwhile just glad Dante pays for his massive amount of food(thank Vergil whose tired of his little brother's tab lifestyle. He does the funds.) He still doesn't know how this guy with the big ass sword even found his shop.

I got even funnier yet wholesome crack thought in the form of Nero being adopted by Peppino. He magically disappears from the orphanage doors and instead pops up outside the diner. Peppino is fucking confused as he just finished closing up his new restaurant only to find a baby. (DMC and PT are separate worlds that can be accessed through particular areas.)

Cue instant panic since who the hell would leave a baby here?! He can't exactly leave the kid here as there is no place to take him anywhere. Thus the start of reluctant dad Peppino and Nero Ink Spaghetti with special guest uncle Gustavo!

It was definitely a struggle raising a baby alongside running a pizza joint but our anxious man manages to do it. Peppino is an absolute happy crier when it comes to Nero's big accomplishments. Especially making his first pizza by himself as he definitely teaches our quarter devil how to cook.

Although Peppino hates the Noise a lot more than him being a usual nuisance. He can handle the mean pranks when it's on him but his son? You can thank one notorious mishap with the Noise that awakened a 10 year old Nero's Devil Trigger.

The kid was absolutely a fucking wreck when it happen not because he have no clue on his heritage nor demons completely. It's how Peppino would react as the man who raised him like a son is a massive ball of PTSD from being a retired war veteran. The man definitely got spooked when his kid burst into flames.

Nero being able to change into some kind of devil wouldn't make Peppino reject him though. This was just another side that everyone would have to get used too but yeah. Peppino definitely hates the Noise with passion after this incident.

Nero's first adventure actually doesn't start in Devil May Cry 4 but instead Pizza Tower which takes place a year before it. Due to Pizzaface antics, father and son got separated for quite awhile. Taking on the various levels of each floor before finally reuniting at Fake Peppino's boss stage: Bruno's Pizza.

Nero stole a random sword on Floor 1 and a gun from Floor 2 as he doesn't has his official gear yet. (He steals that from SWORD while at Fortuna.) Pizza Tower could be considered a perfect playground to figure his own abilities than just Devil Trigger. That and final boss tag team as both were completely done with Pizzaface at that point.

Now things around the diner absolutely changed a bit afterwards. Fake Peppino, Peppy, moved in without warning although Nero wasn't that offput unlike his dad. He absolutely pulled the 'Clone = New Kid' card on Peppino as the Toppins were practically adopted too from how fond said man is with them. (Those little guys taunt whenever Peppino does too!)

Ending up on Fortuna can be considered a Hell Portal in the wrong place at the wrong time. Or it shows up inside Peppino's Diner which practically leads Peppino, Nero, Gustavo, Brick, and Pep to get dragged in devilish shenanigans. You can bet your ass everyone was so fucking befuddled by these newcomers.

Dante the most as he had a feeling who Nero is but not the strange man who piledrived a Balrog with sheer strength and speed. Did Peppino think the half devil is his son's relative? Absofuckinglutely. White hair, can go Devil Time(what he calls Devil Trigger) and the obviously cultish spiel about this 'Sons of Sparda' was enough.

He would've torn into Dante if the man didn't admit to being clueless. (Vergil nor his other halves are safe though. Even V is getting suplexed.) Peppino and Pep do rip Dante a new one when he decides to call Nero deadweight. You don't insult their son/older brother without an ass kicking.

Our Pizza Tower makeshift family get involved in Devil May Cry 5 when Nero didn't call them back for awhile. He had decided to work under Dante so he could get to understand his family heritage better. Nero still calls and visits when he can even bringing Kyrie along.

Peppino did cry upon finding out the two became a couple like the proud dad he is. Kyrie gets quite well with Pep and thinks the Toppins are adorable little fellows. Now I can't forget about Vergil.

You can bet your ass it was fucking awkward when he found out not only Nero is his son but considers this weirdass anxious man as his father. Peppino loathes Vergil to no end especially with the arm cutting to get Yamato. The older Sparda doesn't visit the diner for awhile since Pep would try to tear him apart since he's just as vengeful. Fake Peppino likes the taste of demon flesh btw.

It took some time before things could smooth over between both parties. Now if only Dante and Vergil behave than try to kill each other near his restaurant. Peppino's Diner practically has a two way portal between both worlds due to the Hell Portal in the restaurant incident. (It's in the basement behind a closed door.)

The Devil May Cry crew do visit frequently thanks to that. Mainly Dante since the pizza is not only good but cheaper too. If a demon tries to slip through than Peppino will beat the shit out of it. Also he probably got a Devil Arm shaped like a pizza cutter now that I think about it.

Then again, Peppino's Diner never be the same after a little baby with white hair showed up at the doors. What do you guys think? For now enjoy this little jam.

I think we're all collectively sleeping on the Goddess of Space and Time - the figure depicted by Divinity Statues, who teaches the player characters skills (and grants helpful items) in exchange for Red Orbs - because her existence raises some interesting questions.

I'm Devil May Cry, there's no sign of any life forms besides humans or demons, even creatures that appear angelic are just another kind of demon - Except for the Goddess.

Is she also just another kind of demon, who is worshipped by humans not unlike Sparda himself? Or are there supernatural beings other than demons after all?

And what does she want with all of that demon blood? Is it just some sort of test, to make sure those she's granting her knowledge to will put it to good use? Or is she somehow gaining power from it?

Also, is her knowledge truly limited to combat, or is that just all the devil hunters seek from her? Taking the skill shop hyper-literally, the Goddess also teaches Ex-Provocations, so she's also a divine dance instructor. And what about the items she sells? Blue, Purple, and Gold Orbs, Vital and Devil Stars, Holy Water, even Devil Breakers in at least one instance. Where is she getting them?

Then again, taking game mechanics literally also implies that the knowledge she grants is temporary, since the players have to re-buy skills in each entry. Speaking of game mechanics, why did she accept Proud Souls along with Red Orbs in Devil May Cry 4 anyway?

Also - what is the Void? Is that the Goddess's realm? Is that where she teaches those who do business with her?

And who's building all of these statues, if anyone? I mean, Fortuna makes sense, if they worship a demon who turned on his own kind to defend humanity, it's no surprise they would worship the Goddess as well. But what about the Temen-Ni-Gru? Arkham said it was built by humans who worshipped demons - I think - why would they want anything to do with the Goddess? Was she not always opposed to demons?

There's just so much mystery surrounding the Goddess of Space and Time.

I saw that you've gotten a message about Dance With Devils in the past, but it looks like it was before the recap movie "Dance With Devils Fortuna" came out. The movie has a different ending, and Lindo and Ritsuka actually get together. They have a duet called "Dance with Eternity" in which Ritsuka chooses to be with Lindo over her other love interest, and it even has imagery of them dancing while wearing wedding outfits. It's very cute!!

" " Then ask away. " " Right. I've heard from the residents of the town that you are considered a devil woman and, to quote one of them, 'should be burned at the stake for what she did.' I assume that was said because of the murder of Frank Brown, but what I would like to know is what really happened between you and him. " Amelia sits back in her chair and recalls that very night, with a thoughtful look in her eyes. (Another fuckin' fanfic, let's get this bread!) (The fanfic title is inspired by Emilie Autumn's 'Rose Red', I recommend it.) - - - There are all sorts of tales that speak of wondrous adventures and knights and princesses, dragons and the highest towers of a castle in ruin, kings and queens. Many of these stories make the knight play as the hero, a man of valiant honor and loyalty, set out to save the princess who is trapped or captured but these types of stories... are just about everywhere. In the 1700s, in Manchester, Britain... there lives a woman who is considered the most infamous outcast there is. Her name is unspoken of as she is a taboo topic to speak of, considering her past. Her family were loved and were spoken of in high praises as they all were noble, fair and talented greatly in art, music, story writing and architect. Anyone would have something good to say about this family, that is until the dreadful fire that set their home ablaze and took them all with the home, all except their middle child who survived. In order to maintain her high status, she had immediately married into a rich family to rebuild her home and restore honor to her family name as she is the sole survivor, but all came crumbling down when her marriage abruptly ended with her husband dying of a cruel man's actions. She mourned the loss of her love but rather than going through the grieving process, she swore vengeance at the funeral and revealed a side to herself that shook the whole audience to their very core. Rather than going to the authorities to arrest the man who killed her lover, she spent days figuring out where he had fled to and recovered a family heirloom that her father gave her before his passing. The heirloom? A sword of pure steel with red rubies adorning it's hilt and the family crest in the center of the hilt. As her brothers were deemed unworthy to wield it, they were jealous of her and kept patronizing her with 'facts' such as 'You know that only a man can do a man's job, right?' or 'Women shouldn't be allowed to wield swords!' but on that fateful night, she proved them wrong. That night, with the rebuilding of her home completed, she hosted a party to celebrate and invited everyone including the man who killed her husband. He had thought he was lucky and wanted to find a way to woo her into marrying him, so he could kill her next and inherit the fortune left behind for her but what he found out was it was all a trap. He was led away by her during the party into the gardens of red roses, not expecting to be met with a sword to his throat instead of her 'goods'. Infuriated, the man took out his own sword and swore to kill her but little did he know, she was trained by her grandfather to kill from a young age. The fight was glorious and they nearly fit well together but rather than giving him a truce when she had him on his back, she uttered softly with a fire burning in her eyes... 'No retreat, no surrender.' And like that, he was beheaded with one swift swing of her sword. Before anyone could find the two, the lady buried the man she killed and went back to the party like nothing happened, having cleaned up her attire from the blood until someone comes running back inside and exclaiming that they had seen her kill the man responsible for her husband's death. The party went into a panic and the guests fled the manor, while a few men stayed behind to kill her for killing their friend. The last thing they saw was each of their friends dying quickly, the rubies glowing and the lady's eyes burning a bright orange color similar to the embers of a fireplace. That night, the lady's name became lost to time and thus became The Red Witch. - - -
