I also want to talk about how Kurogiri, upon saving Tomura, said “His friends are waiting for him.”

He isn’t thinking about himself at all. He’s thinking about what is best for Tomura. To be with his friends. Because that was Shirakumo’s comfort. Shirakumo loved Aizawa and Yamada so much. He wants that same comfort for Tomura.

He is the only care-giver Tomura ever had that only thought about what was best for him. That is why Kurogiri is best dad to Tomura. Always has been.

A random interviewer : as someone who adopted kids from different social backgrounds what are your comments about nature vs nurture?

Atsuhiro, chuckling : well, as someone who have been rasing these kids and love them with all my heart, let me tell you-

Atsuhiro as the camera backs away, presenting a tiny Touya shoving his toy in Tenko's mouth, Toga trying to catch a roach and iguchu trying to pull Touya away : I'm about to nurture a fucking headache.

Tomura and Shinso just sit there awkwardly while their dads are all chatting away.

Atsuhiro peacefully enjoying a cup of tea and watching some show about magicians while Tomura and Dabi scream at each other outside the window because Tomura (somehow) sucks at taking out the trash, and Kurogiri peacefully making dinner while his kids try to stab each other with chopsticks in the next room is the pinnacle of fatherhood.
