Locker Room - March 24 - word count: 261 - @wolfstarmicrofic

Remus crossed his arms, leaning in the doorway to the locker room as he waited for Sirius to notice him.

His boyfriend’s jersey was soaked through with sweat, due to the football team’s recent win against Ilvermorny, another private institution.

The rest of the team were celebrating out on the field, but Sirius's hatred of being sweaty always made him go to the locker room early.

“Oh, hey,” he said, finally looking away from his locker. “Sorry, didn’t see you, Moonshine. Are you enjoying the view?” He winked.

“Oh, very much so,” Remus said dryly, mouth twitching upwards despite himself. “It’s amazing to be standing here and watching you put away your sweaty clothes.”

“I bet it is,” Sirius grinned, stepping away from his locker and towards Remus. “Why don’t I make it up to you?”

“And how do you plan on doing that, sweetheart?” Remus asked, quirking an eyebrow.

“Like this.” 

And then Sirius pushed their mouths together in what could only be described as an explosion: like a fireworks show going off at the same time, like fifteen dozen rosebuds blooming in unison. 

For some reason, it was more electrifying than their first kiss, most likely due to the adrenaline still pumping through them both.

They felt like one entity, a singular being.

Remus had once read that humans were once two-headed, eight-limbed creatures that were powerful enough for Zeus to fear them, so he split the androgynous beings- leaving them to look for their other half, their soulmate.

He’d never believed in soulmates before Sirius.

He did now.

old hc i think is fun: I like to think that Hestia helped guide Nico to and through the labyrinth when he ran away from CHB. He had already interacted with her by that point and it's likely she already knew he was her nephew. And as a goddess of family, she'd be particularly motivated to help/protect her nephew and try to guide him to her brother/his father. And we know the Labyrinth connects to the Underworld, so it'd be a good easy means for her to guide him from CHB to his father when he tries to run away (and keep him from getting eaten by monsters in the woods). And as a bonus, she'd probably also see it all as an opportunity to try and help Hades by reuniting him with his son, particularly bringing their family together after losing Bianca.

And i think this is also where Minos comes in. Hestia can't enter the Underworld herself - she can only guide Nico to the entrance and just hope that he can find his way around or Hades or one of the Furies or someone finds him and brings him home, and that at least as a son of Hades he'll be mostly safe down there. It's just poor happenstance that Minos was the first one to find him, and instead of guiding him to Hades, chose to manipulate him. Cue Hestia somewhere punching a wall.

More relativity falls :D this time it’s 70’s Mabel

Mabel does not get kicked out of the house at 18, I believe that even if the twins’ parents did do so (I don’t think they would in the first place place) Dipper would go after Mabel and reconnect much sooner. But that’s no fun is it? Instead Mabel runs away faking her death as she does so, so that no one goes looking for her. In her life she had been the source of trouble again and again, a girl of her personality wouldn’t particularly mesh well with society back then. But she doesn’t get her hopes down. What does crush her and makes her start to believe that bad things happen because of her is when her father is drafted. You see her parents’s had the twins at a fairly young age so her father was still in the age range for the draft at the time. Despite her being young at the time it left a mark. And what also left a mark was the state her father returned in. He had been critically injured on the battlefield and had been honorably discharged. Despite having nothing to do with it she blamed herself. As time went on and her parent’s marriage started to get rocky, eventually ending in divorce when she was 13, she blamed herself yet again. If only she had tried hard enough to be a better daughter they would still be together. And there’s Dipper. He’s been there through all of this by her side. But why he be? Could he see all the damage she’s caused to this family? It all finally catalyzes when they were 18 and Dipper had just gotten an opportunity for West Coast Tech.

This is the moment she decides to run away, everyone is better off that way.

Tee hee anyway that’s what I’ve been cooking up recently, I have so much more ofc, but I need to (semi) finalize it first :)

(Side note: yes I know the math doesn’t math, but the gravity falls timeline is already an enigma so let me have this)
