JAGGER KAKEGAMI CHEONG-LEEN (our D’PAHROAH WOON A TAI) is looking for their SIBLING ( ADOPTED ). They’re an 23-25 YEAR OLD HUMAN OR CYBORG OR ANDROID, who look like UTP OR SOMEONE LIKE ERIN KELLYMAN, RUBY CRUZ, EMILY CAREY, MILLY ALCOCK, FELIX MALLARD, ALYCIA PASCUAL-PEÑA, SOPHIE THATCHER, JUSTICE SMITH, ETC. You DO NOT need to approach the player. 

Looking for a seasoned, badass mentor to have shaped Jagger Kakegami Cheong-Leen in his early years (Jagger is now 22). Ideally, your character is older, embodying the gritty, reluctant leadership style of someone who’s survived the streets, akin to a Rocket Raccoon type. They took Jagger under their wing during his youth ( timeline fully workable and flexible) , teaching him survival skills and challenging him to rise above the chaotic, "on the run" lifestyle. This muse would have been a tough, but essential, role model—more than a brother figure, someone who pushed him to be smarter, sharper, and more resilient in the underworld. ( tales-from-the-blu-team) Blu engineer, who would rather be known as Mac and back in his old life, came across the cyborg. Eyes taking in the details of this strange figure, he could not help but remark.

" I've never seen you around before? Are..are you a new class? Are we supposed to be getting a tenth teammate?"

Scout. Soldier. Pyro. .. engineer. Heavy. Demoman. Medic. Spy. Sniper. .these were the classes he had grown up knowing and was always destined to work with.

The idea of a new class was...something to get used to

They shrug.

“How am I supposed to know any of that? I’m just here to kill people. Used to be an assassin until I joined RED and my Engie worked his magic on me. Now I’m an assassin but even better. It’s pretty sweet you should try it out.”

He spins around, showing Mac every part of his body, as if to prove his point.

“I mean, if you want your own cyborg, you’re probably gonna have to make em yourself.”

M-13 comes from the 2018 VR short film The Limit. When interacting with her, there might be violence, blood, mild gore, and death. Except for violence, all of these things will be tagged as cw: [subject] when applicable.

Former U.S. marine.

Former assassin.

Waitress at a bar.

Personality: Most of the time, M has the energy of somebody who is done with everything. But after so many years of crazy and losing a close friend, she kind of is. She'll take action when necessary, but not without a bit of complaining first.

She's known best for her ability to think quickly, adapt quickly, and maintain a cool head under extreme stress, often to the point of coming across as nonchalant. She tends to be a rather dry and blunt person. If she says something funny, there's a good chance it wasn't even intentional.

True vulnerability has never come easy to M. She's never kept many people close to her and struggles to maintain relationships.

Born Lauren Montañez, most of M-13's life has been unsteady and chaotic. She rotated between living with various family members throughout her childhood, enlisted in the United States Marine Corps when she was 18, and sometime after her service ended, met a man called Max. Max became a close friend of M-13's and she began to work for the same agency as him, being sent on various missions. Unfortunately, it was during one of these missions that M-13 ended up getting caught in an explosion. The severity of her injuries meant an almost guaranteed death, but Max managed to save her by turning her into a cyborg. M-13 continued to work for the agency until they gained a new head. He stole Max's work, using it to turn people into full-on living weapons without individuality. She left before she could end up receiving an unwanted upgrade.

Verses:

Just tell me who to kill. (Pre-The Limit) – Takes place before Max's death. M is still working as an assassin.

This shouldn't be my problem. (The Limit) – Max is dead. M has given up her life as an assassin and works at a bar, not looking to engage in anything more intense than breaking up rowdy patrons... She will if she has to, though.

What now? (Crossovers) – A generic verse for crossovers.

Other:

Because the majority M-13's body is now mechanical, she has a vastly increased pain tolerance, superhuman levels of durability, and stamina and strength that reach peak human levels.

Very few people outside of M-13's family (with whom she does not maintain contact) call her Lauren. Almost everybody just knows her as "M".

Her eyes will flash red when she scans things. She still has access to the database the agency she worked for uses, so she can potentially receive useful information on people and/or weapons if she tries scanning them.

She has two cats.

Cyborg’s motorbike growls to a halt by the beach. They wear a pair of black leather boots to stop the sand getting into their joints as they step off the vehicle, folding their arms and staring at the horizon. Mann Co’s newest battleground… really doesn’t impress them all that much.

They scan their surroundings carefully, watching seabirds soaring in lazy circles as they cry overhead. Being in cooler weather, of course, has made a lot of the metal in their body shrink. They furrow their brow at the squeezing feeling around their arms and thighs from the metal tightening on their limbs.

“Why couldn’t I just stay in New Mexico…?” they sigh.

Sounds of a distant motorbike shake the salty air in Selbyen, making Ned prick up his ears. He bolts to his nearby home, picks the hand-held harpoon off the wall by the front door and waits indoors for more sounds. Years of locating aquatic prey by their sounds had prepared him for moments such as these, and he could determine that the bike had stopped by the beach. Shaky hands load the harpoon as he begins making his way to the location, careful of every step he places, as a lot of these floorboards had decayed over the years. Shortly before the beach comes into his view, he tenses up once more, frozen by a sound he rarely hears; mechanical creaks and hums, dissimilar from the ones a motorbike would make as it cooled down. First the arrow of his harpoon, then his head peeks around the last corner separating him from the mysterious tone. The red clothes along the strangers back are the first thing Ned sees, and it weakens his knees. 'It is one of THEM...' he makes a mental note. Then the sun bounces off a part of their body that he did not expect, and his horror blends with a sense of curiosity. A lot of his fellow fishermen had suffered terrible accidents and replaced limb with wood, but he had never seen flesh transition to full sheets of metal before. In a moment of many moments of weakness, harpoon lowered just a tad, he takes an unplanned step towards the stranger, which of course sends the noise of creaking wood across the beach. Ned winces, "Shit.", and scrunches up his nose as if he feels physical pain from this mishap. He checks if they, someone he considers his opponent, notices him.

Based on a funny head-canon - So we’ve all seen those hilarious selfies that every 40-odd year old dude takes and posts on their social media xD I think it’s bloody hilarious, and could see Vic doing that so here he is in all his nightmare fuel misery. Yeah his room has all the posters he likes from the 80’s and 90’s, along with punched-out areas of the wall cause he breaks stuff when he’s mad haha
