Shukat Appreciation Post

Shukats pronounced "Shoe Cats" were born from my need to create something cute. Most of my work is lean and majestic, but I wanted something more compact and cuddly. Think of them as the embodiment of a cat that appears proper and dignified, but is actually a little whiny baby haha. Listen, they insisted on intimate couples portraits, so I had no choice but to comply. A lot of my past room guardians had the same basic body shape. I wanted to really change it up to match each species. The foxes are long and lean and the songwyn are small and plump. I find the size difference between the two delightful.
