I feel like I need to start breaking bad over now that I know gus's main motivator was getting revenge for his partner's murder

#no because like he has such a well-constructed façade both in business and in customer service and then you see that flashback #and its like oh he really is just Some Guy who was hardened by circumstance he wasnt always like this #hes careful because he learned the hard way what happens when he isnt careful he Lost His Boyfriend and it drives so much of what he does #like fhkajaahj i know this is all super obvious stuff but im insane about the implications #like the cartel killed max As A Warning and gus still went on to the us to expand his resturant chain and sell meth #and like walt thinks hes just like gus but he never will be because he still has everything he never learned anything the hard way #he just jumped into a game he can never fully understand #but gus seems to have learned everything the hard way it isnt explained why he left chile but i doubt he can ever return #all he had left of his old life was max but then max was murdered he has nothing other than what hes built #he knows to be careful and to not get attatched he sliced victors corroted with a box cutter he was seemingly unaffected by gales murder #and even though his main motivator is that his bf was murdered he still reaches the point where he threatens to kill walts family #he was far far far more lenient than hector and don eladio #still do you think maybe just maybe he figured that was the only way to make walt careful if he went though a similar tragedy #and something similar Did happen to jesse even if it didnt make jesse more careful it cemented his place in the meth business #besides his loyalty and potential maybe thats part of the reason gus kept him around. kinda similar trauma #but i digress #🧪💎

I have the stupidest injury imaginable. I was assaulted. By my fucking PS5. Because this horrible behemoth has no straight sides and is too massive to stand in my entertainment stand it must rest on its side.

But I can’t easily put discs in and out, so I need to partially pull it out of its cubby to access the disc drive. During that process today it slid from its precarious perch on its rounded pretentious side and smashed 9.3lbs of straight edge force down onto my knee.

I am not a bruised but it swelled instantly and I was limping from a PS5 injury. I’ve got purple marks forming already.

me everytime I am preparing a meal with multiple elements I have to balance so they all finish cooking at the same time: Wow this is just like the 2009 hit Nintendo Wii game 'Food Network: Cook Or Be Cooked'

#or like if I'm making two things and one finishes cooking before the other and has to sit there and get cold #in my brain it's always like 'tsk tsk.. they would deduct points from my score for that' hjhjb #one of those instances of game mechanics imprinting onto your brain. kind of like imagining sims interaction moodlets in irl conversations #i LOVE the game though it's so fun. I've never even heard of it before I just found it by the dumpster in a box of other old wii #games someone was apparently discarding and picked it up due to my interest in cooking shows and stuff #I like having to time things and all the little actions you can do. though sad that there's so little recipes #you can unlock the whole game in like a day or something. I think if I had more time and social energy to actually talk in forums or be par #of a 'community' - I think looking into the type of stuff where people mod wii games and etc. would be very very cool #Wii is my favorite console and so much of the time I am always like 'grrr.. they dont make new games.. and this one game is very cool #but imagine if these 5 improvments were made to it! it would be SO much cooler!' etc.#Like being able to download new custom recipes/levels for Cook or Be Cooked lol #Modding wii sports resort the same way that some people mod skyrim and build entirely new games out of it #with new quests and etc. Like just.. create your own sports.. RPG mode.. use the already existing archery assets and etc. to have a mode #where you can just free roam around the map shooting at enemies and stuff ghhjbjh #WHICH I WOULD LOVE DEARLY..#I dont realyl like combat in games but idk I'd make an exception.. whatever.. And upon standing up I was swinging my arms and legs to the beat and ended up losing my balance and fell on the couch
