I used my thin little phone to take a picture of a huge camera from the 50s. Ironic, huh? These phones are so much easier to use, but I find that the old fashioned camera that Della Reese is holding makes me happy. It's bulky and cumbersome, but it has character. I like them both, but I can put my phone in my pocket so I guess it wins. I still have a Pentax K1000. When I go buy film for it or get film developed, I get some strange looks. It's okay. Being a dinosaur, I get those looks a lot. 🦖 😁

keeping things lighthearted is easy once you get the touch barrier demolished at the first moment possible. by greeting someone with a hug, it taps into some lost social art that I had mastered at seventeen and have lost over years of keeping everybody at an arms length. There was no reason to put spikes out, nothing ever feels that intense anymore. Most times I feel like my interactions are cold and distant because of how isolated my body is. but when you merge with someone and accept the touch, everything flows like water together.
