10/10 for all the drinks I tried.

I mainly choose fruit drinks because I’m in the beach and it’s much refreshing than coffee.

My favorite is the cucumber lemon 🍋 slushi and the Fruit Drink Soda’s gives you the feeling of drink a soda but its fruits flavor.

For my 3 days stay here I really enjoy their refreshments in the middle of the resort.

It’s just a bummer I wasn’t able to avail the Perks Card or Loyalty Card haha. It’s a new added coffee/ drink shop to this resort and I wasn’t able to explore yet their benefits.

The vibes, the music and the design of the store is so relaxing. They do have stickers, cap or bucket hat, tshirt, notebooks and tumblr that they are selling.

A few gameboards like chess, snake and ladder, jengga and sungka to play with as well.

Juice cleanse day 3

I solemnly swear to stick to it and have 3 juices today. On a better note though, although it is slow I am starting to lose some weight! I’m also feeling alot more refreshed, my skin is starting to clear up a bit too.

Day 3 weight: 167.6lbs

Total loss : 1.8lbs

Day 3, juice 1 - kiwi grape

2 cups of coconut water

(200g) green grapes

½ (80 g) small cucumber

1 (70 g) medium kiwi

1 (180 g) medium apple, halved, seeded

100g broccoli florets

Half a lemon, without peel

2 cups (260 g) ice cubes

Blend until smooth.

Honestly guys this one is so good but I would say swap the broccoli for spinach for a smoother blend. I love all the flavours they’re very fresh but i definitely would change the broccoli for either spinach or kale.

Day 3 juice 2 - strawberry grape

here’s the recipe:

150g green grapes

150g red grapes

150g strawberries

1 cup of coconut water

1 cup of ice

This one was amazing! I will say I added two cups of ice because I wanted it to have more of a slushy like feel but it was absolutely amazing! If you added a scoop of honey to this aswell it would be even better. It does tend to be a bit, bitty though as the grape skin doesn’t fully get cut up by the blender but I don’t really want to spend ages peeling grapes.

Day 3, juice 3

Here’s the recipe:

200g of pineapple

100g of grapes

2 cups of spinach

1 banana

1 cup of coconut water

Blend until smooth.

Okay so! This one is basically a remake from day one, but with added pineapple as I realised I forgot to add it the first time. I was supposed to have a different one but I’m tired from work so I went with the easiest one to make. But this one is amazing and probably my favourite

Okay so I’m super happy with my loss so far! Although I know it’s not massive, I feel really good about it and im feeling healthy. I’ve got two more days left and then I’m going to start consuming 300cal or less for each meal, I have some banging recipes to try.

The side affects so far from the juice cleanse are quite embarrassing but I would say the pros out way the cons. Basically it’s given me really bad gas, I’m not farting more than usual but the smell is actually more than quite horrific. I also do still have the shits, but again it’s simply due to the amount of fibre that I’m consuming.

Location- Hearthwood neighborhood, New Olympus

Personalities- Carpo is more analytical and unapologetically blunt. Auxo is generally upbeat, personable, & assertive while Thallo is creative, vivacious, and effervescent. The trio has an unbreakable sister bond. They're currently single.

The sisters' main address is their house that they all live in located in the Hearthwood neighborhood of New Olympus. They also have a vacation home in Athens & a cottage estate (with their own farm) in Eleusis. They all share a large number of pets including dogs, cats, pigs, hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, sheep, cows, & horses.

At the main house, their bedrooms have a specific aesthetic- Thallo's room is painted in vibrant shades of green and there's a major flower motif with floral designs on her bedding & curtains and fresh potted plants everywhere.

Auxo's room is painted in shades of cream, peach, orange, and yellow. Aside from her fluffy bed with linen sheets, there's also a hammock and wick furniture pieces. There's a mini-fridge that holds all of her favorite frozen treats & her personal slushie machine.

Carpo's room has a continuous cool breeze blowing. The walls are painted in shades of burgundy, chocolate brown, & burnt orange. Scented candles and incense sticks decorate her vanity and windowsills & there's quite a few knitted rugs and throw blankets.

The sisters' mother is Pherusa (goddess of substance & farm estates). They all share a close bond. When their mom visits, they all look forward to her baked mac n' cheese, cornbread, and fried chicken.

Both Thallo & Auxo share the ability of photokinesis and all of them share the ability of limited aerokinesis.

Being the goddess of spring & growth, Thallo's abilities include making flowers grow, pollen manipulation, conjuring springtime produce (fruits & vegetables), wood manipulation (dendrokinesis), & being able to create rain showers.

As the goddess of summer & vegetation, Auxo's abilities include being innately stronger during the summer season (and hot sunny days), calokinesis (heat manipulation), limited pyrokinesis (her fire burns a bright orange-yellow), manipulating the growth of plants & vegetables, conjuring summer produce, and invisibility.

As the goddess of autumn & fruits, Carpo's abilities include being innately stronger on windy cooler days, color-shifting, controlling vitamins found in fruit, turning leaves brown, and conjuring autumnal produce (fruits & vegetables).

Thallo's go-to drink is a homemade cucumber & pear juice. She also likes ginger ale and green tea sangrias.

Auxo loves peach martinis, flirtinis, piña coladas and olympian sized pineapple lychee splashes from The Roasted Bean.

Carpo prefers hibiscus tea, apple cider mimosas, iced tea, large cinnamon lattes from The Roasted Bean, & olympian sized pumpkin pie milkshakes from The Frozen Spoon.

They all like the olympian sized caramel lattes, large iced green teas, and large strawberry iced teas from The Roasted Bean.

Carpo makes the best pumpkin spice bread while Auxo is known for her lemon meringue pie!

In the pantheon they admire Demeter (goddess of the harvest & agriculture), Hestia (goddess of the hearth), Livádi (goddess of meadows), Karme (demi-goddess of the harvest), Eunostos (goddess of the flour mill), & Promylaia. They all love Eunostsos' delicious beignets!

Thallo used to have a crush on Pan (god of the wild, satyrs, shepherds, & rustic music) while Carpo used to have a crush on Karmanor (demi-god of the harvest).

The sisters were collectively mentored by Gaia (goddess of the earth).

A notable feature of Thallo are the freckles splashed across her face.

Carpo's favorite frozen treat is butterscotch caramel ice cream while Thallo prefers green apple sorbet.

The sisters are a musical group known as The Gypsy Belles, being signed to Platinum Hall Records. They have quite the fan base & following on Fatestagram. The group's musical style is mainly a mix of country, country pop, folk, and bluegrass.

Thallo has a apple shaped Diamond. Ave jeweled clutch while Auxo has the ice cream sundae shaped one and Carpo has the golden pumpkin shaped one.

They can all play the acoustic and electric guitar. Carpo can also play the autoharp & banjo while Thallo can play the fiddle and harmonica.

Auxo's favorite nail polish color is from Olmorfia called "Mango for It" (a shimmery orange-yellow).

Carpo loves the Olmorfia glitter gloss in "Amber Shimmer'', a glittery dark golden brown.

They also have other shared businesses- a clothing line exclusively made for plus sized young girls and women (Treis Epochès) & a line of fruit spreads and marmalades (The Oasis Orchard). The sisters have also relased their own seperate signature parfum- Thallo's perfume is called anthisma isimería (and includes notes of raspberry, black & pink pepper, pear, and magnolia).

Auxo's perfume is called Wanderlust (and includes notes of caramel, vanilla, mandarin, watermelon, and peony).

Carpo's perfume is called synkomidí chrómatos (and includes notes of cinnamon, amber, black vanilla, bergamot, and oakmoss).

For extra income, they also model for/endorse EverPure - the skincare brand of Hygieia (goddess of hygiene & cleanliness), Swimsilk, White Lily Gallery, Studio Bloom, Tu-Lips, & Paloma. They’re also writers for Vital Essence magazine.

Thallo is currently messaging with a dryad guy on Fatestagram named Arrow. She thinks he's really "yummalicious."

They're all in agreement about not liking Despoina (goddess of the arcadian mysteries, frost, winter, & shadows). They're also not fond of Chione (goddess of snow) or Boreas (god of the north wind).

Carpo just got out of a long term relationship with an aurai guy named Guthrie after she caught him sexting an anthousai model on Fatestagram.

Auxo's all time favorite meal is watermelon feta salad with spicy shrimp (served with peach salsa). She also likes the barbeque pulled pork sandwiches from The Bread Box.

Thallo loves creamy spinach mint soup with lo mein noodles (with sweet & sour chicken).

Carpo loves a steaming hot bowl of tomato soup and brown rice with chicken pumpkin curry.

In their free time together they like working on their music, shopping, tending to their farm, and gardening. The sisters also have separate hobbies. Auxo enjoys surfing, swimming, & painting, Carpo prefers knitting, reading, carving pumpkins, and watching movies while Thallo loves bike riding, going to the farmer's market, and playing softball.

 Mark Bittman: Smoothies (1 serving; 12 oz)

Ingredients

1 cup chopped fruit - peaches, mangoes, pears, or whole berries (frozen is fine) 1 small banana, peeled and cut into chunks 1 ⁄ 2 cup yogurt or soft silken tofu Ice cubes as needed Fresh lemon or orange juice, or water (optional)

Preparation

Fruit Smoothie

1. Put the fruit in a blender. Add the banana, yogurt, and 3 or 4 ice cubes; you might not need any if your fruit was frozen and the mixture is already slushy.

2. Purée until smooth. Add a little juice or water if you want a thinner consistency; add another couple ice cubes and blend briefly to crush them for a thicker smoothie. Serve right away. Green Smoothie

Replace the fruit with 1 packed cup fresh greens like spinach or kale and instead of the banana, use half an avocado. A pinch of salt is good, too.

Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie You can combine 1 ⁄ 2 cup chopped of each to get a little more sweetness in the mix; just remember that green plus orange or red comes out brown. Some pretty ideas: cucumber-peach or mango, beet-blueberry, banana-carrot. You get the idea.

Coconut Smoothie

I love this with the banana and pineapple for the fruit: Instead of the yogurt use coconut milk. (This is one time it’s okay to use the reduced-fat kind.) Add 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (either toasted or raw) at the same time.

Not-Too-Sweet Chocolate Smoothie

With raspberries it’s divine, but even pears or apples work well for some background sweetness. Add 2 tablespoons cocoa powder to the blender along with the banana.

Review and Photos: New Menu at Tomorrowland Terrace in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom!

Yes…it’s open! And more than open…it has new menu items! We’re talking about the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant in Magic Kingdom!

Entering Tomorrowland Terrace!

This seasonal quick service spot can be found as you walk from Main Street USA to Tomorrowland in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. And by seasonal, we mean, like, it’s basically never open. Spring Break means everything’s open, though, and Tomorrowland Terrace usually gets a new menu around this time each year.

Don’t forget that you can use Mobile Ordering here, making this an even more convenient location!

With ALL outdoor (though covered) seating, it’s a nice place to eat during the spring (and possibly early summer if it’s not too hot!). Oh, and there’s a reason Tomorrowland Terrace hosts the Happily Ever After Fireworks Dessert Party: views! You’ll get a great view of the castle and hub from the lower level seating here.

So when our reporters spotted a new menu here, we couldn’t wait to try it out!

New Items at Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant

New items on this visit included a Buffalo Chicken Salad, Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and an Odwalla® Strawberry Lemonade Slushy.

Also on the menu (but not new items) on our visit were an Angus Bacon Cheeseburger, and Dipped Chicken Strips. You can see our review of the Buffalo Chicken Strips here!

First up, the Buffalo Chicken Salad! This salad is crispy chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, atop a bed of mixed greens with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and drizzled with garlic ranch dressing.

This salad was pretty good as far as theme park salads go. The buffalo sauce added some good heat and flavor but wasn’t overwhelmingly hot. In fact, I wish I had asked for extra! The vegetables were crisp and fresh and the dressing was great! I wish I had asked for more that too….

Is it the best salad you’ll ever eat? Probably not, but if you want something a little lighter during your day, this is a great option.

Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

These are lettuce wraps topped with Hoisin Chicken and Crispy Rice Noodles.

Now these were a delight! The chicken was tossed in a perfectly sweet sauce, and the crispy rice noodles added an awesome crunch. The lettuce leaves were fresh, and held up to the filling well. Truthfully, the only bad thing about these is the container. It keeps them stood up nicely, but it’s hard to get them out without losing some of the chicken mixture.

These were honestly such a great surprise and my new choice for a healthier meal in Magic Kingdom! Especially because they don’t taste healthy. Isn’t that the best? Last but not least, the Strawberry Lemonade Slushy! We’ve had this one in other locations, but were were happy to spot it here. It’s one of our OG favorite slushies.

This slush has a strong, saturated strawberry and lemon flavor — almost like it’s concentrated. If you love sweet-tart things (probably more tart than sweet, with that intense flavor), you’ll enjoy this. Watch out for ice cream headaches, though!

The Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant was a pleasant surprise with all three items we tried today! It’s also good to note that because they did vary the menu, that’s a good sign that Tomorrowland Terrace will be open more frequently through the Spring Break season.
