Mayor of Club Penguin, Klutzy - Promoted for his brave actions in saving Herbert, his unending support towards the Elite Bear Force, and for being the bestest of best friends!

Klutzy has enacted a couple of laws but mainly is a voice for Herbert. In addition, Klutzy has been given many gifts and is the world's wealthiest crab. There’s even a dedicated holiday called “Klutzy’s Quest Party” Where Klutzy leads penguins through the island with various clues and puzzles he has set up. Any who cheat are subjected to the EBF’s wrath or community service.

Klutzy has everything a crab could want and more. But he mainly loves playing games with his big toy box or board games against Herbert.

Thorny Creep and Icicle Creep - Epic Battle Fantasy 5

These guys are based on thorn bugs. Surprisingly, the thorny ones are actually electric monsters that can absorb and heal from lightning attacks and cast their own lightning and earth spells! The icicle ones are pretty straight-forward, and are noted to be threatened by global warming. You can capture (and even name!) both of them to unlock special "summon" attacks.

The King, Herbert - "All that Herbert needed for his goals to become real was competent support. With it, his inventions and plans became more successful. This made him realise that the disposable penguins had their uses, so he set out to make his own task force as a defence against those who would try to stop him. Over the years he became more cunning and collected, smarter in his approaches to staying on top. And from there started changing the island for the “better”. Getting his warm, luxurious peace and quiet. Where he and Klutzy can do anything they want. 

He sees it like a game of chess. He is the king, and the penguins are pawns." UPDATE: Since our last post, we have been informed that our story has some canonical plotholes. As such, the team has decided to go through and edit or support with evidence parts of our existing story. This way it can fit better into the canon history of Club Penguin and hopefully be a more enjoyable/relatable experience for you, the audience. Discussions and changes have already begun, but this may take time as researching Club Penguin's lore is difficult and trying to stick with the original story has already brought big complications. We hope you understand why this may result in delays on character cards as plot lines may have changed slightly and we do not wish to confuse or potentially spoil you before we are certain. That being said, the EBF timeline is our own canon, so there should be 0 changes. For that reason, we are rescheduling the EBF character cards to be released first using the pre-existing schedule of weekly posts.
