Thorny Creep and Icicle Creep - Epic Battle Fantasy 5

These guys are based on thorn bugs. Surprisingly, the thorny ones are actually electric monsters that can absorb and heal from lightning attacks and cast their own lightning and earth spells! The icicle ones are pretty straight-forward, and are noted to be threatened by global warming. You can capture (and even name!) both of them to unlock special "summon" attacks.

The Supportive, Rookie - Growing up, this penguin witnessed as the joy and fun of the island was slowly replaced with sadness and cruelty. Rookie has always had a desire to help those around him. But with no method of doing so without the PSA, he found himself becoming less helpful and more alone. Rookie always tried to look on the bright side, but as time went on, everyone became more hopeless and agitated when he would try to be positive. But that changed when one night, he stumbled upon a small puffle hiding within a thicket of O-berry bushes, if they could even be called that with how few O-Berries there were. It’s a mystery how Rookie managed to communicate and befriend such a frightful and timid puffle. After all, she has been through a lot.

Rookie was so happy to have a friend that he could look out for and spend time with. He fed, cleaned and protected her, giving her the name Clover because he felt lucky to have met her and she was lucky to have the ability to hide so well. And she is green.

Together, they would sneak around the island. Trying to scavenge and collect things to survive, or make their “igloo” feel more homely. Clover coming into Rookie's life was the best thing that could have happened to them. But he hopes that they can live somewhere better. Where Clover doesn’t have to hide and can have all the O-Berries she wants.

Missing Penguin, Aunt Arctic - For such a small community, Aunt Arctic's disappearance came as quite a shock. The news spread like wildfire across the island, sparking many theories of what happened to her. The leading theory, back in 2005, was a note that Gary had received, which read that Aunt Arctic had forgotten something from her home city. Many disregarded the letter, claiming it was a fake due to the crude handwriting and improper grammar, their claims becoming more believable with no sign of Aunt Arctic's return. As the EBF rose to power, theories speculated that Gary set the events for Aunt Arctic to go missing… What he did, we’ll never know, but the island will never look at him the same way again.
