Thorny Creep and Icicle Creep - Epic Battle Fantasy 5

These guys are based on thorn bugs. Surprisingly, the thorny ones are actually electric monsters that can absorb and heal from lightning attacks and cast their own lightning and earth spells! The icicle ones are pretty straight-forward, and are noted to be threatened by global warming. You can capture (and even name!) both of them to unlock special "summon" attacks.

Good year to get new hyperfixations on games that are 5+ years old :V and just now getting exposed to them.
