When was the last time you cleansed your crystals? Crystals are useful tools in helping us balance out energy. However, it is important to regularly cleanse them of the energies they absorb from us and the environment. Crystals can end up cracking or breaking from improper cleansing practices. This applies to jewelry as well. Even when you use them for specific tasks like dreamwork or productivity, Crystals will absorb mental or emotional inconsistencies in your auric field to support their purpose more effectively.
