honestly anyone who can’t portray emotion doesn’t make them strong because lack of emotional depth is not good and honestly quite boring to read. going through the motions is human and very normal, and love has always been a sensitive, dramatic topic that can be displayed through a wide range of emotions! if you don’t like what you’re reading, you could always pick up a pen!

it’s more complex than that. her entire life her mother has told her that she must be proficient and talented enough to be charismatic and attain a husband. then, shes dropped in front of the ton, where some people will start thinking that she failed because of a big flaw. and no, it’s not that her ego is just super big, it’s also that the QUEEN of ENGLAND chose her to be a diamond, and she could face heavy CRITICISM from the queen to fail her. this isn’t just about ego and heartbreak, it’s also about society and its pressures on miss itadori.

also, miss itadori acknowledged that her actions are contradictory. in chapter six, a paragraph that some of you most DEFINITELY didn’t read was

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but falling in love with someone, someone’s who’s your ENEMY, is contradictory. Why are you falling in love with someone you hate? It’s complicated and it’s not black and white, and you guys will need to continue reading the story to see how they fall in love.

Love also requires VULNERABILITY. yes she was a hot mess she cannot girlboss and have no negative, vulnerable emotions like all the Y/Ns yall have been reading on Wattpad. If you want the strong female lead who reads a book at a one direction concert to have harry styles grovel after her after noticing she’s different than other girls, please get off my page I don’t cater to fourteen year olds xoxo

Dcxdp where Danny has been working with a hero team (did Bruce adopt him? Did he help the teen titans and got told to join them? Idk) for less than a year, maybe they knew eachother for longer, but Danny has been living with them for some months.

Now, I imagined this as a "Danny has to flee to a different dimension after a giw attack/reveal gone wrong" but it can work with other scenarios, the important thing is, death days are important for a ghost's wellbeing, but nobody knows/remembers Danny's deathday or that it's important to commemorate the dead. Maybe he hasn't told anyone yet cause he doesn't want to be a bother, or doesn't trust them enough yet.

So Danny takes the matter on his own hands, each year he goes to a quiet corner of the local graveyard, where he has a piece of marble and a small vase, he usually buys some flowers for his memorial grave and makes some fudge as an offering.

This year wasn't gonna be different, he told his team/family that he was gonna spend the day out, he chose an elegant but comfortable outfit, made some fudge, and saved it on the fridge with a note that said "phantom, do not eat".

The next part might work better with a young hero team, cause despite the note, someone took a bite of the fudge for breakfast.

Danny clearly gets mad, they didn't know, but they just ate an offering, a great offense to the dead it was offered to.

It all ends in a big fight, Danny doesn't want to admit that it was an offering for himself (it just hurts to admit that nobody remembers his death), and the other person thinks he's just having a tantrum over some fudge, like, c'mon, they can make you some if it's SO important to you 😒

And I don't know how to end it cause it came to me while falling asleep and don't remember more T-T

Regarding the pun, they haven't revealed the name of the baozi shop, but I can take a few wild guesses:

Open all year round is 全年无休 Quan Nian Wu Xiu

权莲无休 Quan Lian Wu Xiu - Ah Quan and Huilian never end. This one combines their name together.

权莲无休 Kyun Lin Mou Yau - The same one as above, but if read in Cantonese, Wu Xiu becomes Mou4 Yau1 which is the same as 无忧 Mou4 Yau1 and it means free from worries. It'll become Ah Quan and Huilian free from worries.

权莲误消 Quan Lian Wu Xiao - The misunderstanding between Ah Quan and Huilian's disappears.

权恋无休 Quan Lian Wu Xiu - Never stop loving Ah Quan.

These are my guesses. If anyone has any other ideas, feel free to let me know, and I'll add them to the post. Or, if they reveal the actual name next week, I'll edit it with the new explanation.
