Crown Pinion Suitable for Kirloskar 14tX22t: SBJ Nirmal Products Durable, High-Performance Rotavator Component
When it comes to agricultural machinery, especially rotavators, one of the crucial components is the crown pinion. SBJ Nirmal Products, a renowned rotavator part manufacturer based in Ludhiana, Punjab, offers a high-quality crown pinion compatible with Kirloskar 14tX22t rotavators. With over 4,500 products in their portfolio and exports across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, SBJ Nirmal Products has solidified its reputation for providing reliable, durable, and precision-engineered parts. Let’s delve into the specifics of this crown pinion and explore its features, functionality, uses, and the durability that makes it a preferred choice for agricultural machinery operators worldwide.
What is a Crown Pinion?
A crown pinion is a crucial mechanical component found in various machinery, including rotavators. It is part of a bevel gear system, which is essential for converting rotational motion in different directions. The crown pinion interacts with other gear components to enable power transmission in agricultural equipment like rotavators. Its role is to transmit torque and force from the power source (like a tractor) to the machinery’s working parts, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
For SBJ Nirmal Products, manufacturing the crown pinion suitable for the Kirloskar 14tX22t model requires precision and engineering expertise. These components are built to strict specifications to ensure compatibility with the Kirloskar model and to withstand the stresses of rigorous agricultural use.
Functionality of the SBJ Nirmal Crown Pinion Suitable for Kirloskar 14tX22t
The crown pinion designed by SBJ Nirmal Products offers seamless performance with Kirloskar rotavators, a brand well-regarded in the agricultural sector. Here’s how it functions within the machine:
Power Transmission: The crown pinion transfers power from the tractor to the rotavator blades, ensuring that the blades rotate effectively for soil tilling, weeding, and aeration.
Directional Change: This component allows for a change in the direction of rotation without losing power. This directional change is essential in the agricultural field, where consistent tilling requires flexible maneuvering.
Smooth Operation: By connecting and synchronizing with other gears in the rotavator, the crown pinion minimizes resistance, allowing for smoother operation and reducing wear on the machine.
Torque Conversion: A crown pinion helps convert high-speed, low-torque power into low-speed, high-torque power, which is ideal for rotavator blades that need more torque to till effectively.
In short, the crown pinion from SBJ Nirmal Products is designed to improve the overall efficiency of Kirloskar 14tX22t rotavators, enabling operators to cover larger fields faster and with less effort.
Uses and Applications in Agriculture
The crown pinion for Kirloskar 14tX22t rotavators has a range of applications in agricultural tasks, making it a versatile component. Here are some of its primary uses:
Soil Tilling: The crown pinion plays a critical role in soil tilling by enabling the rotavator to churn through the soil, breaking it up into fine particles. This prepares the soil for planting by enhancing aeration and enabling better root penetration.
Weed Management: Rotavators are commonly used to remove weeds, and the crown pinion’s power-transmitting capacity makes this process more effective. With precise control, farmers can manage weed growth without relying heavily on chemicals.
Seedbed Preparation: Crown pinions enable consistent rotavator performance, allowing farmers to create an ideal seedbed with evenly distributed soil. This uniform soil structure enhances water retention and nutrient availability for crops.
Residue Management: After harvesting, managing leftover crop residue is essential for preparing the field for the next season. The crown pinion helps the rotavator blades manage this residue, mixing it into the soil as organic matter to improve soil health.
Durability and Longevity of SBJ Nirmal Products’ Crown Pinion
One of the standout features of the crown pinion by SBJ Nirmal Products is its durability. Manufactured with high-grade materials and advanced heat-treatment processes, this crown pinion is built to withstand the harsh demands of agricultural work. Here’s what makes it exceptionally durable:
Quality Materials: SBJ Nirmal Products uses premium-grade steel alloys that provide the crown pinion with a high tensile strength, essential for resisting wear and tear under heavy loads.
Heat Treatment: The crown pinion undergoes a specialized heat-treatment process that enhances its hardness and resilience. This process minimizes the risk of cracks, deformation, and general wear.
Anti-Corrosion Coating: Agricultural machinery parts are constantly exposed to moisture, dirt, and other environmental elements. SBJ Nirmal’s crown pinion is coated with an anti-corrosion layer that prevents rusting, which is crucial for longevity in humid conditions.
Precision Engineering: Every crown pinion by SBJ Nirmal is precision-engineered to ensure accurate meshing with the corresponding gear. This precision minimizes friction and reduces strain on the gears, prolonging the part’s lifespan.
Why Choose SBJ Nirmal’s Crown Pinion?
Several factors make SBJ Nirmal’s crown pinion for the Kirloskar 14tX22t model a top choice:
Reliability: As a product from one of Ludhiana’s premier rotavator part manufacturers, this crown pinion delivers consistent performance, helping farmers achieve better productivity.
Compatibility: Specifically designed for the Kirloskar 14tX22t, this crown pinion fits perfectly, reducing compatibility issues that can lead to premature wear.
Export Quality: SBJ Nirmal exports parts across multiple countries, attesting to the global standards of its products. Farmers across India and neighboring regions benefit from this crown pinion's efficiency and durability.
Customer Support: SBJ Nirmal Products is known for its customer-oriented service, offering guidance on installation and maintenance, which further enhances product satisfaction.
Maintenance Tips for Prolonged Performance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of the SBJ Nirmal crown pinion, proper maintenance is essential:
Regular Cleaning: Clean the crown pinion and other gears regularly to prevent dust buildup, which can cause friction.
Lubrication: Use the right lubricants to minimize friction and ensure smooth operation, especially in high-torque applications.
Inspection for Wear: Regularly inspect the crown pinion for signs of wear. If any misalignment or abnormal wear is detected, replace or adjust the component promptly to avoid further damage.
Final Thoughts
SBJ Nirmal Products crown pinion, suitable for the Kirloskar 14tX22t rotavator, exemplifies the company’s commitment to quality and innovation in rotavator parts. With its high durability, efficient performance, and compatibility, this crown pinion is ideal for farmers looking to improve productivity and extend their machinery’s life. L'État, C'est Mecanisée
The Sun Empress wakes, left cheek scraping on tile, shackled to a blue-bloodied, automatic operating table — crown jewel of the mechanised annex of her Grand Inventor. Alchemical flames lick distant and resplendent at the royal apartments, follies of blue and gold dance on the mirrored masks of its half-clockwork chevaliers, broken on the marble courtyard.
“It would be foolish to hurt me, the XIVth Legion will soon surround this palace. You might still join me, I assure you — the pain is soon forgotten,” she says, with gentle arrogance.
The light is eclipsed by an approaching revolutionary. A red ribbon hair-tie falls limply past shadows that shift without due cause, yet refuse to part from her face; the Empress can see only an uncertain glint in her eyes, of a since-passed storm, and, in her hands, the glass-covered hemisphere of a mechanical mind — the Empress’ own crown jewel.
“No— you can’t mean this,” she says, recoiling, “this— mockery, of enlightenment, of progress: our nation’s destiny. The ruin of a precious mind, to make me the last of them?”
“You wouldn’t be the last,” Red Ribbon says, a disarming mainspring of melancholy.
“Of course— I see. You think you’ll make me a puppet, that I’ll wind-up my legions on words you place on the platter of my tongue.” It would be a mistake, a meek and distant voice says, the legions will never outnumber the uprisings she needs now converts them from. Every mask that slips, each half-recognised face, births another revolutionary.
“I’ll bleed to death on this table,” she retorts, “you’ll never hope to achieve what I’ve done.”
Red Ribbon doesn’t speak; she fractures the silence when the mournfully-clutched hemi-brain slips to the floor, spilling ten-thousand brass wheels, springs, and pinions across the floor. Rune-clad glass shards fall into a drain, fizzling with dying light.
She kneels and takes the Empress’ hands, her own trembling, and even this close, the Empress cannot see her sympathy. Does she mean to surrender? To beg the diplomatic method, that preserves her mind and the subtle features of untouched flesh.
Another revolutionary holds tightly the wrist of a forcefully-invited Duchess, unsure if she is rescued or captured, whom the Grand Inventor intended to work this upon personally.
“What? You wish my blessing, to despoil me? There is no artificer amongst you, I’ll—”
“Your Eminence,” Red Ribbon says. The Empress blinks in shock, and there is an audible ticking in the room. How did such respect purpose itself, from a black-guarded traitress?
“Do you recall who first introduced it to you, the clockwork?”
“Introduced? Invented,” she says breathlessly, “I am their creator!" The Empress was an upset heir, presaged into power upon the sudden Arcane Virulence of 1674; the unblemished royal survivor, then executor of the Imperial Retaliation of 1675 against an accused aggressor who provided bountiful material for the creation of IInd, IIIrd, and IVth Legions.
Red Ribbon gives a painful sigh, and holds a soft, warm hand to the Empress’ right cheek till she stops pulling away. “Okay, so when did you invent it?”
“1673,” the Empress says, curt and suspicious, but indulging in the delaying action. The Empress had been a quiet child, then, and lonely. She was artistic, and not bookish, and shared it with nearly no one — nearly. “One day I knew; I was simply destined for more.”
“Do you remember that day, anyone who might have — witnessed your achievement?” she asks, “Perhaps you woke up to someone — not the handmaid, she was— not there.”
“You had a frequent guest, if you recall; of the mechanists’ guild. Where might he be now?”
The Empress’ gaze flicks from broken clockwork, to Red Ribbon’s skirt — tattered, stained with human blood, alchemised spirit, and clockwork grease — to that only in her mind’s eye; a figure, its face obscured, but a cogwheel sigil-rune at its neck. It was— it was— gone.
“I understand if it’s difficult to remember, your Eminence. It was— a long time ago,” Red Ribbon says, running her other hand through the Empress’ hair. It is barely felt, smooth and unnaturally cold, even though Red Ribbon is sweating in the alchemical heat.
She gestures to someone behind her, and is given a silk tissue with a black mark.
“And this, please— do you remember this?”
The Empress looks, truly intentful. She sees it all around them, in the annex, before she cannot help but blink, heavily, as it disforms. It is— nothing, gunpowder or soot. Some few words gather on her lips, and she tries to speak— tries to speak— tries to— to— to—
Her head is jittering, with a lone eye pinned and screwed to her reflection in a discarded, mirrored mask, elegantly engraved and with red ribbon ties. Whenever it becomes clear she feels her mind whirring slower. And she hears it, the ticking, more wretched each time.
Everyone else can hear it too.
Red Ribbon withdraws, slowly, only letting go when the Empress’ shivering hands are too far away to hold. The clockworks should not understand that anything is different, the little that remains of them subsumed with the dual-power of arcane mechanisms.
Everyone else can see it too.
Where newly bloody and machine-marred glass meets bone and long-scarred flesh, where the left-side of the Empress’ face has been torn, and a half-skull that is gone, replaced with a clicking clockwork mind, a glimmering sigil-rune on its side; the prototypical maker’s mark.
Red Ribbon cannot hear her own sobbing over the ticking, and tries to ask one last question as springs pull and gears lock in a vergingly unbearable tightness.
“And me— do you remember me, Marie?”
The Empress tries to—

“I want you to put yourself in my shoes, and think about it. How could I ever know if a woman is in love with me…or Elvis Presley? Think about it. How could I ever really know for sure?”
Elvis had played the Pygmalion role with Priscilla and others.
He was older now, twice Ginger’s age; he fit the role better than ever.
As with most of us, his relationships followed a pattern, a series of stages.
With this final relationship, he was moving through the stages at an accelerated pace. Everything in Elvis’ life seemed to exist in a different dimension of time in 1977.
It wasn’t long before the first glow of infatuation began to fade with Elvis’ doubts and fears rising to the surface.
He tried to bridge the gaps between them by bringing her into his spiritual world, reading to her from one of his favorite books, The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran. He loved The Prophet so much that he had memorized whole sections of it. “When love beckons to you follow him, Though his ways are hard and steep. And when his wings unfold you yield to him, Though the sword hidden among his pinions may wound you. And when he speaks to you believe in him”
Ginger loved to hear Elvis read from Gibran’s writings, but he knew in his heart that her interest would never go as deep as his.
They were worlds apart in so many ways and the routine on the road was not easy for a young girl. Toward the end, as their relationship dwindled, he became reconciled to the potential for yet another loss.
He quoted emotionally from the “Love” chapter of The Prophet, “For even as love crowns you so shall he crucify you.” He continued, “I needed to love somebody so desperately that I read something into the relationship that just wasn’t there.” He never blamed Ginger.”

Khalil Gibran, On Love (The Prophet)
Then said Almitra, Speak to us of Love.
And he raised his head and looked upon
the people, and there fell a stillness upon
them. And with a great voice he said:
When love beckons to you, follow him,
Though his ways are hard and steep.
And when his wings enfold you yield to
him,
Though the sword hidden among his
pinions may wound you.
And when he speaks to you believe in
him,
Though his voice may shatter your dreams
as the north wind lays waste the garden.
For even as love crowns you so shall he
crucify you. Even as he is for your growth
so is he for your pruning.
Even as he ascends to your height and
caresses your tenderest branches that quiver
in the sun,
So shall he descend to your roots and
shake them in their clinging to the earth.
                                       •
Like sheaves of corn he gathers you unto
himself.
He threshes you to make you naked.
He sifts you to free you from your husks.
     He grinds you to whiteness.
     He kneads you until you are pliant;
And then he assigns you to his sacred
fire, that you may become sacred bread for
God’s sacred feast.
All these things shall love do unto you
that you may know the secrets of your
heart, and in that knowledge become a
fragment of Life’s heart.
But if in your fear you would seek only
love’s peace and love’s pleasure,
Then it is better for you that you cover
your nakedness and pass out of love’s
threshing-floor,
Into the seasonless world where you
shall laugh, but not all of your laughter,
and weep, but not all of your tears.
                                      •
Love gives naught but itself and takes
naught but from itself.
Love possesses not nor would it be
possessed;
For love is sufficient unto love.
When you love you should not say,
“God is in my heart,” but rather, “I am
in the heart of God.”
And think not you can direct the course
of love, for love, if it finds you worthy,
directs your course.
Love has no other desire but to fulfil
itself.
But if you love and must needs have
desires, let these be your desires:
To melt and be like a running brook
that sings its melody to the night.
To know the pain of too much tenderness.
To be wounded by your own under-
standing of love;
And to bleed willingly and joyfully.
To wake at dawn with a winged heart
and give thanks for another day of loving;
To rest at the noon hour and meditate
love’s ecstasy;
To return home at eventide with grati-
tude;
And then to sleep with a prayer for the
beloved in your heart and a song of praise
upon your lips.

----------------------------- 𝐈.𝐈 Brutal, Bloody Beginnings The Theogony of Khorne
“Hear me, my brethren, hear me! For I bring a tale of truths sang from the keratinous maw of He Who Presides Over All Falsehoods! For only my ears did HE spin the tale, for HE must have known I was there at the Great Sea as HE scoured the dripping residue of eternity from his pinions. Oldest and greatest of the powers, what a song HE did HE sing for the audience of myself alone!
In the beginning, HE spake, when the Warp was new and unfouled, was our LORD alone sovereign of its waters calm and still. Firstborn of all things, HE cast off his birthing-case and ate of the yolk of the warp and its power became HIS power. HE was heir to change, and fashioned the chaos of the inchoate-empyrean in the oldest of realms and HIS seat of power. And from there HE sat, unchallenged, even as the Warp’s waters began to ripple and things came, creeping and crawling, unbidden from its fathomless depths. But HIS power could not go on forever unchecked. It could not become static and when change came over the empyreal waters, HE was helpless to stop it, for it was HIM and HE was it.
And so it came to be: the spirit of wroth possessed the waters of the warp, and turned them red as heart's blood. It stormed and it raged and such was the destruction that HE was tossed from his throne, his fledgling kingdom washed away in a deluge of blood and molten metal and when the hellish heavens again settled in the sea of souls, there was not One power, but Nine. One LORD and Eight foul usurpers, godlings born of the storm’s culmination from the bloodshed of beast upon beast in the overrealm of ephemerals.
At first, our LORD OF CHANGE took no notice, none but the barest of contempt, for these were brutish, simple beasts with the concerns of brutish, simple beasts. They were un-different from the other, older God-Beasts that roamed the soul-sea and not worth the CHANGER’s attentions. But then mortals invented war and their hearts swelled and burst with hatred and malice, with ashes and fire, with steel and blood. Upon this nectar of bitter loathing and endless spite and violence did the EIGHTBROOD feed and from it were they gripped by a relentless battlesome desire. Upon twos like men did they rise from their mongrel bearing and in lieu of swords or shields, the EIGHTBROOD fell upon each other in an orgy of slaughter and battle unending.
From atop his resurrected Throne of All Knowledge, our LORD sat and took heed of the change that had overcome the eight. They were beasts no longer and our LORD could see it in the way they carried themselves and in the way they spoke in harsh, warring tongues; in how they came together in alliance, only to break apart and how malice, bloody and promising, shined in their eyes. And in their change, he knew concern but also opportunity. The warring of mortals had not changed the EIGHTBROOD alone. Our LORD, too, had come away with new peculiarities and desires and powers; had changed. In the hearts of the ephemerals lurked deceit and hope and ambition and these became spokes upon the crown of our LORD and domains in HIS mighty halls. The first of the fateful strings teased themselves around HIS talons, HIS to weave and pull, severe and bind, and so the warp itself blessed HIM, Greatest of Gods with the Greatest of Powers.
To know is to rule all and this our LORD knew was well and true and so he yoked the creeping, flying things of the warp to be his eyes and ears in the blood-sea that was the eternal battleground of the EIGHTBROOD in the empyrean. The CHANGER did not seek to destroy them, for they were change as he was change, in albeit primitive a form. But they were of beasts as he was not and so our LORD sought proper dominion over them and to turn their destruction to his causes. The Quarrelsome Gods did not notice them as one does not notice grass beneath the heel and so our LORD OF CHANGE came to learn of them:
KHADE was the oldest and grandest of the eight, patron of firstborns and lord of tyrants.
OLLUON was second born of the culmination, the father of the hammer and the anvil and maker of the first weapons.
XHAAR was twin to OLLUON, maker of bastions and castles, patron to masons of war.
THU’GRE was fourth from the storm, embodying the rage of nature itself, and was lord of earthquakes and disasters.
XIRIAX was fifth and most like our LORD; the instigator, the sower of conflict, maker and breaker of alliances.
ININWI was the sixth born, the implacable one; lady of duels and gnawer of bones, defiance inlaid in her burning red ichor.
MORDHA was the bonemonger, the lowliest and most despised, the venomous slaughter god with a penchant for scavenging, death, and bones.
And at the last, there was ARKHAR, first true name of KHORNE, carried with him in legend and deed in all of the overrealms throughout timeless time. Youngest of the EIGHTBROOD, ARKHAR embodied hatred and rage and thirsted for blood with a dark and brooding zeal that dwarfed all of his siblings. The threads of fate frayed and strained about him where they met the fire of his flesh and when the CHANGER sought to yank the lesser godling to HIS tune and purposes, the obstinate hound resisted him. Our LORD had woven a great tapestry of fates and thus far, every heart beat in time to his well-laid plans…all except for ARKHARS. The hound, in his irreverence and his loathing, was the bane of the CHANGER and enemy to his grand designs. KHADE, not ARKHAR, was named in all scryings to wear the title of BLOOD LORD and to sit the throne of skulls as the Master of War. And so the CHANGER took no heed of ARKHAR’s bellows of fury, which rattled the walls of his bastion. He cared not for his dire promises, the mere tantrum of a pup to his many, many eyes, as he knew KHADE would meet his brother in battle and tear him from stem to stern. Never before had his edicts been wrong and so, HE reasoned, HE had no cause to fear.
But when the battle came and concluded, it was ARKHAR who had prevailed and KHADE hung bloody in the godling’s claws, naught but a head. The fates had been defied; the CHANGER had been defied, fate itself rendered incorrect by the bloody godlings sheer determination, and with the greatest of his siblings bent to his will and the rest dominated utterly, ARKHAR THE RAGING ascended in size and measure to be so grand as to wear a crown of fire, brass, and bones to rival the CHANGER’s own of light, lies, and magic. And he took a new name to match his new form.
AND THAT NAME WAS KHARNETH, THE BLOOD GOD KHORNE.”

Pinion
With the fighting done, M'Baku had taken to the role of king quickly enough and was keen to have peace between their nations. Less chance of trouble with colonizers for us both. A fair enough sentiment. With all the plans for a banquet made in the days beforehand, Namor asked a simple question.
Will the Princess be there?
A moment of silence, of a brow furrowed in thought and then considered words.
She will make an appearance.
It was no lie. The banquet was going well when Shuri arrived. A dress of pale ivory white, edged with gold and a detailed intricate pattern stitched on in a soft brown, with a soft tuft of some necklace around her theoat. Her arms appeared from the slits along the sleeves, hands clasped in front of her.
Luminous. That was the only way to describe how she looked.
He wasnt't alone in watching her. Every other eye in the room went to her. There were heads inclined in acknowledgement and murmurs of greeting as Shuri started to go through the room. There were smiles and quiet laughs and Namor found himself yearning for her to look at him like that once more.
His stomach lurched when he realised what was on her neck. That simple beaded necklace with its small tuft of feathers dangling just enough to brush the hollow of her throat.
... It was his feathers gracing her neck.
There was a quick flutter from his ankle wings as he took in her dress once more. Now that she was a little closer, he could see the stitches better. It was a delicate feather shape, patterned on the whole dress. Gold thread shimmered through the soft brown and now it was his own heart lurching as he abruptly noticed the single bare spot of skin: a diamond shape, from the hollow of her throat to the shallow valley between her breasts, with his feathers crowning the top.
It seemed so sudden that she was before him, wearing such a bold statement in a dress. He found himself at a loss for words as he finally looked at her face. She was calm and perfectly poised as her eyes skimmed over him and the barest shred of a smile came to her lip.
"Namor."
His name was cool and polite from her lips; not a trace of the warmth he had heard for others. When he kept her gaze, he saw no trace of the smile there. He understood too well now why M'Baku had spoken so when he asked. Shuri was simply playing nice to keep the peace M'Baku wanted.
If she had a choice, she would not be here tonight.
"Princess Shuri." That was all he dared say to her as he reluctantly dropped his gaze and inclined his head to her.
She gave a brief nod and continued on, satisfied that protocol had been fulfilled. All Namor could do was watch her go.
He knew well enough what he had seen in her eyes: coldness and the ashes of her heart. Perhaps one day, in the future, she would be able to find forgiveness for him. But he knew that she would never forget.

Whew! And this is it! All powers finally listed and accounted for! I couldn't really fill out all the transformation phrases because I am really bad at coming up with those lol. If one of the powers don't make sense, let me now and I'll fix it! I'm also taking suggestions for transformation phrases if anyone has any ideas.

Silver to gold.
The raven insignia colored like the brilliant sun would finally, finally, be yours to claim—tangible, indisputable proof of your convictions, ambitions, and desires. If the gods gifted conduits to those they considered worthy, then this coin was more than divine acknowledgment.
This insignia was your Vision, bestowed by fellow mortals.
Because today, you have captured a trophy.
Prince Scaramouche glowered in the chair he was untenderly pinioned to, indigo eyes never once breaking from your figure. He hadn't spoken once since his fateful acquisition, instead redirecting what would usually be a flurry of insults into a piercing gaze, sharp enough to cut flesh.
His yukata—the layers of purple and red silks, once draping his form in nobility, status, royalty—laid disheveled across the ground. The only things remaining before his abduction were the dark juban slipping over his body, along with the necklace made of black and red string, harboring a single, golden feather. The man in front of you, now a mere ghost of what he used to be.
You nodded to your men as they finished the last knots on his wrists, nodding to you, before departing the tent. He tugged at the restraints, grimacing.
"Wipe that damn smile off your lips," he sneered, red eyeliner melting in the crinkles of porcelain skin.
"Oh? So he finally speaks. Hello, your Highness—" you bowed lightly, though in no part due to deference—"how did you know? Was my excitement truly that obvious?"
"Tch. Not even that rag you call a mask can hide your ugly face."
"...wow." A soft laugh bubbled from your throat, and the corners of your lips twitched—up close, he couldn't escape scrutiny. The rumors were entirely true.
His infamous, hot-headed temperament juxtaposed his delicate features.
Even through anger, he was beautiful.
"Get away from me, worm," he jeered, narrowing his gaze.
"I suggest you mind your manners," you chastised, closing the distance between the two of you, much to his dismay, "you have no authority here, and your mother isn't here to protect you. So know your place, Prince." You spat the last syllable, honeyed in vitriol. The feather accessory almost crumbled in your grip as you jerked it forward, ripping a strangled gasp from the man.
"Here, you're as insignificant as the rest of us, got it? Your blood is just as red as mine when spilled."
With your thumb and forefinger, you pulled a little more, the strings protesting by digging themselves into the skin of his neck.
"Is that supposed to be a threat?" Scaramouche wheezed out, his head craning forward, coughs and laughs mixing into raspy drawls, "please. One blemish on me and your head will be on a pike."
"Hah." Your free hand trailed up the plush of his cheek, fingers resting on the crease of his eye.
"Get your filthy hands off—"
"If that were really the case, if you were so precious—" you smeared the pristine makeup onto his temple, and Scaramouche let out a guttural hiss, "—it wouldn't have been so easy to pluck you out Tenshukaku."
"You—!"
And the necklace snapped.
At that instant, his body tensed and his face contorted into a snarl, teeth ready to snap at your limbs. What little poise he managed to conjure for this ordeal dissipated in a matter of seconds.
How amusing.
"You have no idea what you've just done."
"Why so riled up? I'm sure your mother will get you a new one, you spoiled heir," you hummed, stepping away before his teeth could find your arms, "of course, unless the rumors are true?"
Infuriation overtook his indigo eyes, along with a flicker of hurt…or pain?
"Enough," he barked, "one more word and I'll rip your tongue out myself." The remark appeared almost funny, the way his shoulders shook like a petulant child.
If only you saw past the hilarity, and caught the screech of nail to cotton fiber.
"Tell me," you continued your taunt, waving the feather haphazardly in the air. At that moment, he was more hilichurlian than prince, "is it true you’re nothing more than a prince in name? How much of a brat are you, to be denied your birthright on the throne?"
"You'll regret that," Scaramouche seethed, "do you know who I am? Do you know who you're dealing with?" Every passing word accompanied another shake of his arms. "I'll have you beg for mercy."
"I think you're overestimating yourself," you said, rolling your eyes. "I don't think someone who fell victim to treasure hoarders, of all groups, has any—"
"You talk too much."
A small, misplaced half-smile spread across his countenance as the rope fell behind the chair with a soft thud.
The rope tethering him in place.
The rope with red-tinged ends, allowing him an opportunity to lunge.
You narrowly barreled out the way, too busy swallowing down shock.
“Give that back!” Scaramouche hissed, “that’s mine!”
You clenched the aureate pinion in your fist, ramming your elbow into his side.
“Tch!”
He staggered back, glaring you down. Moonlight peeked from the tent’s entrance, and illuminated his back in a way that made him seem almost holy.
But surely, no angel would be stupid enough to stay where their wings would be clipped. His aggression outweighed his rationality, you deduced, as instead of fleeing, weak sparks of electro spat from his bloodied fingertips.
“Huh. You sawed through your bindings using nothing but your bare hands and energy. That’s kind of impressive.”
“That’s mine,” he repeated, “that’s mine.”
“Is it now? I don’t see your name on it.”
Now on adjacent sides of the tent, the two of you locked into a waltz of frenzied attacks and defenses.
Despite not having a sword, the eventual successor of the Musou no Hitotachi fought as if he embodied the blade. Nimble fists like the wind, he slashed at your frame. He moved with deadly, facile, precision, adorning your skin in small, blooming bruises. Your only saving grace to avoid anything greater was your own adeptness to combat. Each swipe was blockaded by a feint on your end, each kick met with a parry, two adversaries encompassing the other in a cramped space, both sparring for purchase in a hopeless impasse. Static blanketed the air as the assault droned on.
This unnecessary long-winded fight could end the moment your men came to your aid. Is that why he guarded the entrance so fervently?
“You know, one scream from me and you’re done for,” you quipped.
“Hah. I’m not that weak.”
You bit your tongue to avoid spilling out the thought that, no, he wasn’t, and you respected his strength.
“There’s fifteen of us and one of you. Don’t be an idiot, now,” you said, laughing softly, taking a step forward, “we overpowered you once, and—oh, history has a habit of repeating itself.”
His brows furrowed, and he glared at you. “Do it then. I don’t care,” he sneered, a sardonic smile threatening to overtake his face, “I’m sure you’ll sound lovely.” The prince matched your footwork; he was hellbent on taking you down.
You knew that if he was afforded any advantage, you'd succumb.
So began the reprise.
Each hit on your forearms, each returned in equal fervor, each swerve you employed to avoid his kicks, your lungs heaved with short-lived air, the deadlock turning evermore in his favor.
As the dance raged on, your composure waned. Imbalance. Sloppiness. Exponentially labored breaths—in, out, in...in, in, in....
“Hehe. Surely you can do better than that, thief.”
This wasn't just a difference in ability. No, how could someone not grow weary after this long? Scaramouche maintained an imperious grin on his face, never once faltering. It was as if he was inhumane.
Maybe this was the effect of royal blood.
Another stumble meant another loss, another small victory awarded to your enemy...
"Why are you even here? Just give up," he spat, aiming a particularly strong punch to your ribs.
Was he getting faster, or were you slowing down?
You saw it coming. You watched how his painted nails—crimson, bloody—clenched together, how sadism bled into his smile, how it traversed through the air...
It was most certainly the latter.
Air knocked from your system, it was your turn to stagger.
"You're weaker than I thought. How pathetic," he said flatly, shaking his hand off, "how disappointing."
You couldn't breathe. Every attempt to reach for air ended in sharp pains and the dispelling of oxygen in your lungs. That damned rag. There was no point in trying to hide your identity at this point. Already too deep in, the crime too far gone…
You clawed the mask off your face, glaring at your opponent.
"You're the one that talks too much," you gasped out between shuddering breaths, your lips contorted into a twisted grimace.
Amidst your blurring vision and preoccupation with beating the man in front of you into submission, you weren't privy to the shift in his visage.
How his eyes widened, taking in every one of your features.
Disbelief casted onto his expression.
Awe.
That too, unfortunately, left him unguarded.
Scaramouche, for all his capabilities, likely lost the battle when your mask fell, and he caught a glimpse of your true face.
Your desperation drew an epiphany; you didn't want to kill him, but you had to fight back. But what if it killed him? What good was a sale if you had no product? Worthless. But what good was a ransom if no one could sell?
Fuck. It didn’t matter. You were a treasure hoarder. A thief. Bound to scrounge Teyvat for leftovers.
And this Prince, right in front of you?
His life was a prize, and you've always had a propensity for stealing.
That was your ambition. Your talent. Your worth.
You were not going to let that gold insignia slip from your grasp.
Not that easily.
Your fingers ghosted your sash. The miniscule glass buzzed with elemental energy.
“I’ll give you one chance, prince,” you murmured. “Stop this ceaseless fight or else.”
“No,” came his immediate response, eyes flickering from your face to your fist, “I’d be a fool to give up when I’m winning.”
“Then stop while you’re ahead,” you snapped sweetly.
With only another laugh escaping his lips, he suddenly burst forward once more. You squeezed your eyes shut, his form like a bullet in your path.
His skillful fighting captivated your senses, yet you had to resort to playing dirty.
As he drew closer, close enough to touch, he took you off your feet, and you grappled at his robes. The feather fell to the wayside, and the prince jerked his head to follow its descent.
Squeezing the pyro potion with your free hand, you could not keep down your thoughts this time.
“Sorry,” you whispered.
The bottle effortlessly smashed against the small of his hip, the unleashed fire focusing its fury on his defenseless muscles.
You winced, the crackle in the air running up your exposed skin in droves. Pyro and the Electro within him swirled and exploded in tandem.
Scaramouche gasped, breath hitching, shoving you away as he convulsed onto the dirt, sudden twitches of protesting muscles exacerbating his agony. His skin stained with sweat—waves of fire rolled over each pore—and shards embedded into his now bloodstained robes—all while folded on his knees--a pitiful display.
You rose on shaky legs, picking the gold ornament back into your palm. At the very least, you could sell this. His carcass would easily hide underneath the sands of Nazuchi beach.
No.
No, something was wrong.
“Howhow are you still conscious?”
Although he was clearly affected, and you witnessed his body overloading, the way his head snapped in your direction, and managed an irate expression, devoid of obvious pain that was there mere seconds ago—fascination erupted inside your chest.
“That’s….that’s mine. Give it back!” The demand lacked the vitriol you expected. Instead, it was coated in a breathy plea. “Please! My...my heart...”
“I…” you were at a loss for words. “T-this?” You opened your hand, and his arm—like an instinct awakened within him—darted out to wrench it from your grasp. But, without the support, his body weight lost to gravity.
“Agh-!” He fell, wincing but his arm never went down. “Anything…anything, but that feather.”
Moonlight flooded in as you stared down at your handiwork. And your subordinates, who carried in the odor of sake, who finally noticed that you hadn’t joined in on their hasty celebrations, ran to pin Scaramouche, yanking his arms behind his back, with metal cuffs this time.
“Boss! Are you okay?”
You only hummed at their concern.
"I don't need attention. Our prize does."
Scaramouche, in his hazed state, did not register the moniker. His body forced into rigidness, exhaustion eating at his strength, he only groaned.
Ambling toward the crumpled man, you kneeled, ignoring how the dull ache of your ribs made itself known. Your men, perplexed, slowly backed away, giving you and him some space. He sighed softly as you pulled him into your lap, knees a pillow for his weary head. Taking his face in your hands, you inspected his pulse.
Nothing. Perhaps it was too weak, or too erratic, and yet he continued breathing; clearly alive. How? You wondered. Expected from someone who came from the Raiden herself. Brushing a stray hair sticking to his face, you smiled down at him. What a precious thing he was.
His pupils dilated at your touch, a shudder ravaging through his body. It ached.
"I'm glad you survived. It would have been a shame," you hummed, engulfing him in your gaze. “Out of everyone I’ve come across, you’re the most interesting.”
“You'll pay for this," he choked out, squeezing his eyes shut as he clenched his teeth. His words hardly stung. They held no edge.
"Perhaps," you whispered, parting his fist to place the feather into his grasp. "But for now, I win. I dont need this anymore, since I have you."
"You-"
"Hey, has anyone ever told you?"
"H-huh?" Scaramouche coughed again, too weak to do anything but softly huff.
You began to carefully unwrap his juban away.
"What do you think you're—" the Prince gasped, but was silenced with a finger to his lips.
The robe now discarded, you examined the blood painting over his complexion, the glass a mosaic on his figure.
"My Lord, you really do look beautiful in red."
You carefully started removing the shards out of his figure. His blood stained your skin. But he didn't squirm.
Instead, he whispered a promise under his breath, only for his ears.
"When I get my hands on you, and I win..." Scaramouche muttered, clutching his feather in his palm.
"I'm sure you will too."

I am surprised that no one has created or published their own Space Marine Chapter named the Twilight Kings.
There're the Angels of Twilight and the Twilight Lords, as shown below, but no Twilight Kings. Nor Princes.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So, here's a random addition to the lists of homebrewed Astartes.
Twilight Kings
The Twilight Kings are a Space Marine Chapter of unknown provenance, rumoured to be a Chapter created in secret during the second or third Foundings.
The truth is that this Chapter's original core was made up of Night Lords Great Crusade veterans - loyal to the Imperium, Terra, and the Emperor of Mankind - left behind by their Legion to ensure continued Compliance and forgotten before the Heresy truly began. The rest were survivors from the Shattered Legions, lost Dark Angels, and excess troops from the Ultramarines & Imperial Fists.
Given a far-flung system on the edges of the Imperium as their fiefdom, and a protectorate prone to Xenos-induced rebellions and Old Night heresies, their tactics and culture evolved over the millenia as their geneseed did the same, with a little help from Mechanicus biologists.
The Twilight Lords are now akin to knights of noble orders with the capacity for brutality that is only exercised for the most savage and demanding of foes. The mutations in their geneseed leave them with alabaster skin, fully white eyes, and a propensity for clairvoyance, which has led to the Chapter's Prognosticars, a unique combination of Librarian & Chaplain.
However, the geneseed is challenging for aspirants' bodies to accept, and their Chapter's numbers have been dwindling for some millenia.
Bellisarius Cawl's Primaris reinforcements were a miracle for the Chapter, bringing much needed numbers and a legacy to impart.
However, rumours circulate that the Twilight Kings' Primaris geneseed may actually be of Night Lords' stock, despite Lord Guilliman's decree.
The Twilight Lords are on the very edge of Imperium Sanctus, dealing with the Imperium-splitting Warp rift on their very doorstep as well as a Tyranid splinter fleet they've marked as Chimaerae.
Allegiance: The Imperium of Man
Faction: Adeptus Astartes
Heraldry: The Chapter's symbol is a gold crown, with subtle lightning bolts creating its pinions, on a midnight blue background. Companies are indicated on their right pauldrons by half skulls of ivory stamped with their company number occupying the aft halves and Noxean runes for squad designation & number in the bottom forward halves over a midnight blue background.
Colours: Deep purple with dark blue highlights and bleached bone accents.
Iconography: Veterans of the First Company wear suits of bone & ivory. Assault troops bear crimson helmets. Leadership positions are denoted by crimson vambraces/gauntlets and blood drops on helm and/or pauldrons. Banners are crafted from the flayed hides of their enemies and hung from squad & hero backpack poles. Symbols of death, such as bones & skulls, adorn their armour.
Homeworld: The Twilight Lords have a fortress monastery and facilities upon the moon Nyxes, which is one of three moons that orbit the planet Noches, the system's namesake. However, the Chapter's forces are stationed on defense facilities within the massive asteroid rings that surround the system itself.
System: Noches
Protectorate: The Quartraghast Nebula, Upper Eastern Fringe
Motto: Crepusculum in caligine. = In twilight shroud.

"Now, I shall teach you to train as we do, and in so doing grant you a small taste of our mastery over the wind."
Beef plucked at the patch of pinions and pinfeathers across his pate as he paced his way up the steps.
Kozu had been upset with him when he found out Beef had gotten Gale to grow his feathers again, because he had been told to only use them for very serious matters. But it was important. If he borrowed someone else's feathers for the contest, it would be unfair. And besides, it only meant he got to spend more time with Alisaie and her porxie, showing her his newest sketches and sharing treats when she got tired from all of the healing.
When Beef at last climbed the last of the stairs, he was greeted warmly by the tower's steward.
"Oh, it's you! Beef, wasn't it?" the familiar Hanuhanu said. "Ohokaliy!"
"Ohokaliy." Beef replied, returning the gesture - first one arm, then the other.
"I'm Gunuhanu, in case you don't recall. I was hoping you would come here to feel the wind's caress." The feathers around Gunuhanu's eyes crinkled into a friendly smile. "For your self-taught methods, you did quite well in sending your feather sailing as far as it did!"
In his hands, Beef turned over a feather he had molted on his way upstairs. "Feathers are hard. Used to arrows."
"Oh yes, an arrow's already in flight, isn't it? It's much more difficult to get something that's not moving to go in the direction you want - especially something so light - not to mention the endurance you need to keep it going." Gunuhanu nodded thoughtfully. "Of course, in the end Lanuhanu gave us both a good humbling!"
Beef tilted his head up to try and peek at Gale in the corners of his vision, but she shifted her weight and leaned out of view. She was still sulking over the loss.
"Well, fret not, Beef. I shall teach you our most basic method of attuning to the wind, so simple that even a young chirper such as yourself can master it. I would be deeply honored if our ways were to supplement your own."
Gunuhanu gently shuffled Beef into position, away from the tree's trunk and to the edge of the platform. As they went, the steward explained the nature of the exercise: be in harmony with the flow of the land's energy - its heartbeat...focus on the rush of the wind across your skin; its roar within your ears...
"But first, you must pray! Only then can you spread your wings and give yourself over to the grace of the wind!"
But who to pray to? Menphina had been very kind to him, but Kozu was rather fond of the Wanderer, and most people back in Ul'dah prayed to Nald'thal.
Beef undid the ribbon that kept his hair tied back. He was level with the lands above the falls, and could almost feel their mist. A deep green blanket spread out below, with splashes of red and yellow scattered across its surface like watercolors. Great stone spires crowned the horizon, reaching into the vast blue as the falls cascaded down from between their fingers. He and Gale closed their eyes in concert, shifting focus to the forest's voice even as its image yet danced behind the lids. The song upon the wind flowed everywhere: racing the clouds across the sky, rushing along the waters, rustling through the branches and leaves; rolling atop the reeds. It ran its hands through the feathers in his hair, circled around his outstretched arms, and swelled in pillowy billows beneath him.
And then, his feet alighted softly upon the ground.
