Adores his plushie mini-me.

Definitely showed it around the ADA, asking everyone “You see this? They made it for me! Me! The similarity is striking, isn’t it?”

Requested a crocheted noose for his mini-me, so that “He can live the dream.”

Kunikida eventually got annoyed because instead of working Dazai kept playing with his plush, so he banished it to Dazais locker.

He now hangs it in there by the noose every time, not wanting Kunikida to potentially confiscate it.

You invited Dazai to make more mini plushies with you, which he did take you up on.

And while your skilled hands got Mini Ranpo, Atsushi, Yosano, Fukuzawa, Kyouka, Kenji and the Tanizaki siblings done, Dazai worked on Kunikidas mini me.

Definitely drew angry eyebrows on Kunikidas already rough looking doll, giggling like a madman.

“Hey there!”You called into the office, quickly slipping in with a giftbag and some baked goods. You were immediately greeted by the ADA staff who coincidentally were all gathered in the main room.

Dazai already knew why you were here, so he happily spun in his chair, his sly grin ever so present on his face. Before you could even set the plates of muffins down, Ranpo had already stolen two off it, peeking in the giftbag as he did. “As a thanks for helping me out last month, I made all of you something!” You proclaimed and started giving everyone their mini-me.

Fukuzawa thanked you wholeheartedly, unable to hide the big smile when he spotted the cat you made extra for him. Kenji and Yosano both inspected the cute plushes, marveling at the details, like Yosanos Butterfly accessories and chainsaw and Kenjis little hat and street sign.

Ranpos Mini-me was promptly placed on his desk, while he was busy eating the muffins you had brought along. Atsushi kept asking how you were able to do that and if he could learn it too and Kyouka just starred at hers with a blushing face, only able to mutter a quiet “Thank you!”when you passed her a muffin.

As you shuffled to Kunikida, you whispered your apologies to him, while Dazai presented Mini-Kunikida. The proportions looked off, it wasn’t as well made as the others and the big black marker made eyebrows had the ADA laugh as the blond took it from your boyfriend.

“Thank you..I’m guessing you made it, Dazai?”He asked, unsure what to say to the plush.

“Yes! One hundred percent handmade, with these Hands!”Dazais said, showing off his hands.

While everyone was talking, showing off their gifts to one another, Dazai pulled you close, hugging you from behind.

Chuuya:

His plushie sits on his work desk and if someone makes it fall off, he will pretend to not care, but he will softly pick it up to put it back on its place once they leave.

Normally not the kind of guy to integrate crotched clothing into his styles but he changes it a little so he can wear something you made when hes casually out and about.

Became a big fan of the socks you made for him, all with patterns to match him of course.

Tried crocheting with you once, but its not really his thing. He does like watching you though or helping you if you need it, while he sits next to you doing his own thing.

Offers you to buy anything you need. Need new materials? Well get ready to be taken shopping and if you as much as look at something, it’ll be put in your basket.

Would 100% ask for a crotched dog, made to look like the one from his favorite movie.

“Doll?”He asks, watching as you resumed your pattern, after taking a sip from your share of the wine. “Yes Chuu?”

”You think you could make me a dog plush? Like the one from ‘The boy and The Puppy’?”

You laughed, leaning onto his shoulder as you continued. “Sure! I’ll finish this one and then see what I can do.”

He pressed a kiss on top of your head, smiling already just thinking about the tiny plush.

It took a while until you had it ready, you did the final steps while enjoying a nice evening with him on the couch, watching said movie.

“There. It’s all done!” You finally proclaimed and sat your material down, before handing Chuuya the newly made plush.

You thought you had outdone youreself this time, it looked so much like the dog from the movie, so you hoped Chuuya would love it just as much.

The ginger spun it around looking at it in awe.

“I still can’t believe you can just create things like this. Thank you so much!”

He quickly gave you a kiss, pulling you close to cuddle with you, as his eyes kept darting from his plush to the movie template.

"I am so lucky to have you, doll." He mumbled, still not believing that his partner could make all these lovely presents for him.

From his mini-me plush, to the wine themed socks you made and now this plushie he will forever treasure all these little things you made specifically for him.

hi long time no actual post from me, been crocheting again the last few days. starting with new to old stuff

this is penelope I've been working on it all day and I feel very strongly about this one idk. it marks my aesthetic needs and the realization I can make things I like and that kid me would also like and want and yeah. i dont have a proper sewing needle, idk if I'll ever get one, but the sewing of limbs has been a lil wonky

haven't put eyes on it yet but it's an axolotl plush lil guy, easy to make

still really really proud of this one and I wanna make more, cuttlefish. Proud of this one too bc I looks really good and Im very happy about the eyes since I also don't have safety eyes

First attempt at something bigger, messed w the pattern and maybe shouldn't have but I'm still happy about it. It's gray like my cat

It has the other arm and an added bow, but this was the first real successful animal amigurumi I made for a friend. I like it a lot

This was a lot of fun to make! It turned out a lot smaller than I was expecting, so I must have used a lighter weight yarn than my inspo. But I'm still really happy with how it came out.

The pattern was pretty complex. You make the tentacles first, then crochet them together and decrease to close the bottom. Then, you reattach and increase to widen the base. Crochet the hood, then attach the hood and base and make the frilled edge.

It took me about a month to make, but I worked on it pretty infrequently since I started it at the beginning of my first quarter at university. I also got about halfway through the first tentacle before I realized it was using UK crochet terms, so I had to start over. whoops!

It was a gift for my sibling's birthday, cause they're a big Ocean Fan™. I made them a shark hat and a shark plush as well for previous birthdays, I'll probably post those at some point.

I generally love making things for other people, but I've sometimes got complicated feelings about it. I'm pretty precious about my work, like what if they hang it up and they don't keep the tentacles twisted in the right way!? What if they let the outer tentacles get clumped up in one spot!? Unconscionable, really. I think it's for the best though, I wouldn't be able to appreciate it as much since I can see all the little inconsistencies and mistakes. Putting in hours of work and agonizing over every tiny detail to make something beautiful for someone I care about, that's one of my favorite ways to express love for my family and friends. I couldn't stop even if I wanted to, even if their cat might chew on the ends of it, or they position it in a way that lets the back of the work show. That's just how crochet is, it's art that gets lived in. And I think that's pretty neat.

marc totally has a knitting/crocheting phase while vale's pregnant with celestino somehow ends up teaching pecco and the others who get competitive with it and that is how baby celin ends up with over 100's of knitted items: scarves. hats, gloves, socks, onesies, and blankets. you name it they are crafting it. but the best piece comes from alex who sends over this -->

Marc had learnt crochet from his mother when he was younger. With Vale nearing the six month mark of pregnancy, Marc took the time to start crocheting again. With his injury, he had all the time in the world to focus on healing, crocheting and on his little family.

Pecco sat with his Papa, watching him fashion baby boots from lemon yellow wool. Marc watched his son try to copy the pattern, his stitches too tight in one place and too loose in others. It took Pecco many failed attempts, but he managed to fashion a small cat beanie for his baby brother out of striped blue and cream wool.

Pecco went to his Moto2 races with a ball of yarn in his pocket and a crochet hook tangled in his hair. He would practice his stitches while hanging out with the boys, who ended up learning with him. Bez was the one who made it into a competition, bragging that he could make a perfect pair of booties for Celin, (he ended up making a small pair of lacy booties, grass green with a pastel green trim). Franky made a baby wrap for Celin to be swaddled in while Enea made him a sweater with tiny pockets for show. Pecco made a baby blue cardigan with cat shaped buttons. Mig made Cele a pair of gloves that looked like boxing gloves. Luca made Celin a small plush cow and Alex kept his project hidden until he had finished it, making his nephew a small star baby grow.

All the boys went around the MotoGP grid, the riders (or their mothers and wives) each created a granny square for a blanket. They received enough squares to make a blanket for Celin's cot, Marc and Vale's bed, Pecco's bed and an extra blanket for the living room (that everyone knew was claimed by the academy boys).

Yes, but more honestly no? I have an Etsy account, but rn all that’s on there are some little acrylic charms. I’ve thought about selling some of my old ceramics, but uh haven’t. I used to sell some little crochet projects n resin things, but I took those down a bit ago. The snail’s my first time making a plush, but hey if people are interested I’d be up for making some more n selling them or something! Otherwise, you can find the pattern here.

I kinda wanna make some that are kinda inspired by the rainworld slug cats, tho I’m not sure whether to give them a shell or not in that case?
