Creepypasta ocs

Alright I got Mason. He is gonna be dead in the actual story I just drew him alive only to show how similar both brothers look like(I still made some differences like their face and mouth shape but their nose and eye shape is the same) .

Mason died when he was 21 and Elias was 16 at that that time.

Elias is 20 in this drawing tho which is when the story starts really.Elias is investigating his familys murder case. I wont explain too much in this post cus I will when I actually start the comic lol😭😭

What inspired you to take up a remake of Monster High?

It is not a remake of Monster High. It is an alternative universe of Monster High, where Monster High G1, G2 and G3 coexist.

This project is titled Monster High GX

the subtitle GX, means (G) generation and (X) the X is a mark that represents that this is an unofficial project

The inspiration to create this Monster High fanfic was series like Regular Show and Gravity Falls. The episodes consist of the ghouls facing or helping other monsters like in the previously mentioned shows.

It is also contemplated to include new types of monsters or monsters from internet culture, such as the SCP foundation, The backrooms, or monsters referring to creepypastas.

I think the reason the 'stoner/pervert' characterization for Ben pisses me off so much is that I know exactly where it came from and how badly the fandom missed the damn point of it.

See, that version of him came from Pastamonsters, aka one of THE Creepypasta fancomics. And there it was handled really well.

He took weird Magic Drugs not so much for the sake of getting high (though there's absolutely nothing wrong with just enjoying the feeling) but because if he didn't, he became a murderous lunatic and completely lost control of his powers. I think it was due to being connected in some way to Zalgo iirc? Basically he was the Creepypasta equivalent of Gamzee Makara.

And he wasn't really a 'perverted joke character', he was a young adult man trapped in the body of a child who was just starting to go through puberty at his time of death. He's incredibly repressed because he's desperate for intimacy and has physical urges he literally cannot act on without engaging in extremely concerning behavior because most people aren't physically attracted to him and he's HORRIFIED at the idea that someone might be because, may I remind you, he is permanently stuck with the body of a barely-pubescent boy and painfully aware of that.

Basically his more humorous traits are, in fact, coping mechanisms (self-medication and hypersexual behavior as a result of not having having many, if any outlets that won't leave him or someone else traumatized), it's just that the comic is at least a LITTLE subtle about it and drip-feeds you all this so half the readers thereof completely missed it, making those traits in OTHER versions of him feel hollow and like they're slapped on just because they're popular headcanons.

I think it’s really cool how, due to the series’ long history and several forays into all sorts of different mediums, that there are just so many ways to actually be a Sonic fan. Got the games, obviously - there are like over a hundred of them after all, plenty to play and love there. Or maybe the movies - that’s a format that fits these characters surprisingly well. We’ve got three major comic continuities each with all sorts of stories to be told - hoping Fleetway fans enjoy Sonic the Comic Con this year, I’d love to go but uhhh train tickets are expensive lol. Maybe it’s the world itself you love and you want to be a part of it by way of original characters, something the franchise has fully engaged. Maybe you like collecting merch or something and crave all those Joypolis Sonic plushes. Maybe you’ve got AUs swirling around in your head that you swear you’ll make content for one day. Maybe you just really like modding Sonic Robo Blast 2.

Point is, there’s a lot of ways you can enjoy this series and there always has been. I can’t necessarily I say I understand all of them, occasionally will see something so far removed from Sonic that I wonder what the person making it even gets out of the series, but hey, that’s not for me to know.

However.

Been thinking. Quite a random thought. And that’s. There are people who are Sonic fans, and for whom their primary method of expression, or perhaps focus is a better word? Is uh, Sonic.exe. Like, the creepypasta.

I don’t know what prompted me to start thinking about this but like, yeah no that’s a type of person, right? I have to assume the people who mostly care about Sonic.exe would describe themselves as like creepypasta fans first and Sonic fans second but that aside there are in fact Sonic.exe fans. I mean fuck even that one video of the kid shouting “Is that Sonic.exe?” during the movie 2 post-credits scene is like, like that’s a whole thing! There are people that do all those cool Sonic fandom things I spoke about but just for Sonic.exe! Fangames and fancomics and fanart and AUs and fake soundtracks and full blown fan animations and it’s all specifically for a random interchangeable creepypasta that just happens to be about Sonic and have him bleeding from his eyes or whatever!

I simply do not understand.

What’s the best thing about the fandom?

a lot i could say honestly! im actually not sure if this is a pokemon fandom thing or a tumblr thing, because pokemon is really the only fandom ive interacted with on tumblr in recent times, but it does make me pretty happy just how open people (usually) are to portrayals of canon characters with different skin tones, sexualities, genders, ethnicities, etc from how they're shown in canon. i was always scared of posting my n art bc i fs thought i was gonna get jumped on for her portrayal but ive never gotten flack for it (knock on wood)

i also really like all the creativity there is. like the roms, fakemon, creepypastas, fan games. not to mention fanfics and fancomics. if you're hurting for content you can pretty easily find some really incredible fanmade stuff

What’s the worst thing about the fandom?

EVERY. SINGLE. GAME. IS "THE WORST POKEMON GAME OF ALL TIME" UPON RELEASE. AND ALSO HAS "THE LEAST IMAGINATIVE POKEMON EVER". YOU CANT KEEP SAYING THIS FOR EVERY RELEASE GUYS

what sets off lazari’s cannabalistic tendencies is it just the general smell of raw flesh and blood? she is in a house full of killers who likely dont clean up immediately so does she sometimes randomly bite people

Lazari stops being able to smell blood after it has aged quite a bit, which is very lucky for Slender and Co. Cordis and "Stripes" are not Lazari's only siblings. (This is important.)
