Hey I’m Cori and im about to lose literally everything 🙃 back in February I had to leave my job after suffering a mental/emotional breakdown. I was able to be seen by a neuropsych who diagnosed me as autistic, ADHD, anxious, depressed and an unspecified cluster of personality disorders. While I am on medication and doing much better mentally, I am so far behind on all bills it’s unbelievable. This cracked tooth is starting to decay and it's causing me so much pain, I've barely slept the last 24 hours.

I'm booking an appointment on Monday, but alas, I have no money to actually get it looked at. My welfare covers extractions only (which is probably what I'll be doing) but it doesn't include xrays and all that. (Not to mention I need money for transportation too😑)

Didn’t realize how broke I was until I got the low balance warning today :’)

I’m in my final semester of school & currently too overwhelmed to pick up work on top of that if I’m actually going to graduate by April. My partner is trying to find work but keeps getting ghosted by employers & I don’t have family I can turn to for financial assistance at this time.

I’d be willing to discuss art commissions (work examples can be seen @luxecoffin ) if anyone’s interested in that, although I’d need some extra turnaround time to balance it properly with schoolwork, but if you’re okay with waiting a bit I’m down to work with you :) I haven’t updated pricing in a bit so feel free to DM me for details.

I know everyone’s struggling right now and I absolutely hate asking for help, but I have car & phone payments coming up and my credit card is nearly full at over 20k currently. I won’t be getting any more financial aid since I’m leaving school and I really don’t want to have to consider the possibility of not graduating after I’ve tried for so long.

Emergency-ish Commissions

Hey guys it's your local florida man in a bit of a tight spot; hurricane number one totaled my car and hurricane number two knocked out the power for 5 days and I haven't had a chance to apply for assistance for food yet. I'll be without a car for most of next month (with someone who can at least help me get to and from work) and am opening up commissions to try to put a little more towards a down payment for a new car.

For 5 dollars I can give you a little doodle (might slip in a little more detail if you ask for a pokemon!) and for 25 I can do a full body piece, with a couple background elements and some light shading/lighting.

i hate being like this but due to multiple circumstances admittingly due to my own misunderstandings i'm in need of assistance

continued financial situations are kind of fucking me over, i haven't been able to receive rent yet due to banks being fucky and i thought i had cancelled a payment as it had nothing pending and no option to view it or cancel it, but it turns out no it still sent through, and to add insult to injury bc i had the audacity to pay off credit card debt 24 hours too early (when i didn't mean to) it was right as the statement ended and i have a minimum payment due again for this carecredit (also don't get carecredit unless you really need it) card

i still need to get groceries bc i'm low on things, i generally have other people who financially need my help and i need to get groceries too, and i still have some other automatic payments coming up soon.

i have this image ive yet to incorporate into any of my writing where ice spends his whole life with the USNA ring on the fourth finger of his right hand & feels a little imbalanced. something’s missing. & then he marries maverick, and he has the wedding ring on the fourth finger of his left hand, and finally he is complete. he has both. he is both a great officer and someone capable of love. neither side is subservient to the other anymore. they coexist in harmony at the end of the day. and of course that’s something maverick would respect.
