there's this one vid on mark's channel where he, ethan, and this guy named tyler have a gingerbread house contest. Tyler makes an actually decent gingerbread house while mark and ethan fail to have theirs stand up. So they work together and somehow end up with a gingerbread house that is COMPLETELY CRUSHED. they manage to just add a lump of frosting and some sprinkles and are like "it's like chips and dip!!!" and then when the judges come over, they take turns explaining it, word by word, and say something like "our gingerbread house is better than tyler's because it's made with love" and then they hug. they end up tying with tyler somehow. i can also talk about the one high-production youtube channel they made but i feel that this drives the point better.

Knockout & Starscream

Imagine a homophobic guy has to team up with a gay european man to do literally anything, thats Knockout and Starscream for you. Knockouts introduction to the show is literally Starscream commenting on how Knockout is "one of those", which could be taken as his ground based vehicle mode or his sexuality. That aside, whenever these two are together, shenanigans ensue. These two have attempted to melt the ice caps, kill the leader of the faction, figure out how something works by smashing it on table, and managing to create an unstoppable zombie vampire by using the corpse the Knockout dead husband. Sure, these two can along to do something right but thats rare. Its a love hate relationship these two have and in the end, Knockout is the one that ends the relationship....by hitting Starscream in the back of the head with a stick. Also Knockout may have made Starscream gay by the end of the show, who knows.

gurllll, but lesbians and girls in general are the best target audience for sex toys! the amount of youtubers i watch who get sponsored by either Adam & Eve, Lelo or recently Bellesa... almost all of them got a sponsorship at some point, all girls with female audiences. talking points aside (which would be hilarious no matter how dnp put it, considering that they know about their army of lesbians and can speak to them directly) that sponsorship would be such a win for every party involved. and such an entertainment as well 😏

How often are Neurodivergent (mostly Autism/ADHD) people accused or mistook for being drunk/high?

CW: mention and jesting of alcohol, drinking, drunkeness, drugs, high, sober, intoxication, spiking drinks, how many more synonyms can I gather?

Word count: 586

Abstract: An observation on my own behaviour and a couple other people's behaviours that gets conflated with inebriation/intoxication.

A thought came to me post-event; one night my cousins decided for a get-together with drinks. I was not drinking because my period suddenly came and I took painkillers. Everybody in the room knew. However, I randomly asked, “Can you keep a chicken in an apartment?”

In my head, it made sense since we’re in an apartment right now and I have chickens so put these two things together… Everyone except my sister thought it was weird and joked I’m already drunk, someone spiked my water, I’m going to black out, bla bla bla, cliché.

I thought about this the next morning. I am not diagnosed with anything but my (current, as I write this but let’s not jinx anything) partner was diagnosed with ADD as a kid. He recognized the same signs he has with me and we both recognized I have something. I could get myself diagnosed, but my dad thinks I don’t have anything because he only knows the obvious stereotypes of ADHD/Autism/neurodivergence. (Although I think he doesn't know the difference between them and thinks ADHD is the same as autism.) Let’s digress.

I thought about that one time Eurovision Norway participant TIX had to select his position for the show (1st half or 2nd half), and there’s a live stream with chat but I can’t find the video. One of the hosts has her hand inside the bowl and TIX was supposed to say stop or something like that, I can’t remember. Throughout the whole time he was there, he showed the same behaviour I recognized in myself, Ethan Nestor from CrankGamePlays, and Mark Fischbach from Markiplier (those were my only references off the top of my head at the time). Unfortunately, what is a singer without haters, especially he won Melodi Grand Prix 🇳🇴 and defeated the fan favourite KEiiNO — the chat overflowed with “wow he’s such a weirdo” and “get him offstage, he’s drunk” and “is he high right now?” and such. This hurts when he stated multiple times in interviews about his Tourette’s and ADHD. He named himself TIX for a reason.

So I pulled up a Go0gle and searched “autism or adhd accused of being drunk?” I mostly found medical or psychology stuff on how someone with autism is prone to alcoholism and similar. I found one article on someone mistaken to be drunk and arrested for it. Link below.

I didn’t find much else on Youtube. Maybe it’s my weak key words and searching. I don’t know but can anybody else provide their own input? Has anybody done a study on this?

PS. Slightly off topic, but there was one year, one time, I said I was overstimulated and two other cousins in the room laughed and said something about what substances I took or not (everybody knew I didn't take anything). Don't remember the words but remembered them laughing and not taking any effort to change the setting. That was years ago, at least two. A few years later, Christmas season of 2023, those two cousins and a couple other cousins mentioned getting overstimulated. I don't know if they got better in the timespan or if the situation was dramatically different. The case here was, imagine your typical family gathering but it's immigrant parents so there's more than three aunts and uncles each, and everybody's default volume is 50 instead of 15. Smaller space without windows. The case then was less people, exactly or roundabout three aunts and uncles, bigger space with a glass door.

What are your voice headcannons for your characters?

I personally have a headcannon that miss em sounds a lot like milla from Psychonauts

Haha, my voice claims are all over the place with these guys haha xD

I still don't have an official voice claim for Dmitri, but the way I hear his voice is it's kind of mid toned, sharp sounding/has a small rasp to it (cause he smokes like a chimney), and he has a slight Russian accent.

Sunny's speaking voice sounds kind of like Ethan (from Unus Annus/CrankGamePlays on YT). BUT warning if you look him up, he curses alot on his main channel and makes suggestive jokes (polar opposite of Sunny xDD). But yeah he's got a good mix of silly, cartoony, kind of childish, light toned voice (his laugh is very much Sunny):

Chayne's voice claim I'm still trying to decide as well. But his voice is deep sounding, and he has a heavy Texas/southern accent x3 Kind of like this clip (Wolf's voice):

Dottie has the typical cartoon child voice xD Loud, sharp, and a little boyish.

And aaaw, I do love Milla's voice for Em, but I imagine it being a little lighter/airy sounding (kind of like Uhura/Nichelle Nichols from the first Star Trek) But she definitely has that caring, soft tone like Milla. She also has a spanish accent.

Aaand Ulyana, I like to think sounds like that one old lady in Anastasia who ran the orphanage xDD She has a cool witchy kind of voice x3

imagine being the person who wrote the crankgameplays/jacksepticeye fanfic that they read on the podcast

Once again drawn in by the idea of writing a workplace sitcom centered around fictional characters working in web entertainment and show production.

It has been taking up brain space since highschool. I've written stuff in a similar vein as short sketches but those were more fanfic than what I'm thinking about.

I've got a solid idea of the character dynamics and situations to put them in and how, but I already have too many projects at the moment.

it persists as a concept because weird drama happens and combines with how people talk about it in unusual ways. it's like a heavily stylised painted collage of witnessed dumpster fires.

The combination of both diving deep into fandom content while simultainiously existing with and around various artsy types, has left me with a particular view of things.

I have relatives that are known in certain circles of the internet for their creative works, a few even do similar work to what I would be writing about. That and I've been making more friends over the years that have a shared appreciation for the arts. Hell, I've been wanting to make movies pretty much since I could talk.

It's not a wholly unfamiliar subject, it's just on a lower level of the ladder than what I would be writing about.

not that I would be going for accuracy. I just like giving characters solid psychological reasons to be the ways that they are for the context they are in. that mixed with some altered retellings of the wild things that I have seen and experienced over the years.

lots to work with but little matterials or energy to make.

for better understanding, it's like some of the silly spurr of the moment scripts and concepts that I've coughed up regarding streamer group dynamics and unrealistic hypotheticals. Such as the rescue ranch's growing list of dead interns, Dream breaking his arms while attempting to do highspeed street parkour without practice for a man hunt irl video, or Crankgameplays having to survive several months of being trapped in Markiplier's unfinished basement without food or water.

It is the same sort of stuff just with original fictional characters and intentional plot lines going across episodes.

Before typing this post, I was imagining one of the characters being a potential serial killer that somehow gained popularity having beef with the resident himbo at the shared mixed company studio. the killer guy going on a bitter monologue from an unlit broom closet, unaware that there was a couple of other co-workers already in there trying to sneakily make-out without others discovering the questionable relationship. So those two are put into the position of either staying quiet and potentially allowing a crime to happen, or inadvertently exposing their activities allong with Killer's concerning behavior with little backing to the claims.

This of course being referenced back to in a much later incident involving Killer helping cover up accidental manslaughter that the Frat boy of the group caused durring a convention. Killer has nothing to do with the death but takes this as an opprotunity to have a potential accomplace in future but putting Frat Boy into social dept with him. So it's a whole thing of the two trying to find a way of ditching the body without it leading back to them or any of the convention goers and staff catching on.

A different character from those ones goes through troubles after the small candy company they purchased produced products that gave people violent food poisoning.

One of the characters has completely moved into doing porn acting for work and is arround mainly due to all of their close friends still doing the more family friendly stuff.

These little story lines and parts have been building up for years, much like a few of the other story worlds that I have mentioned in past.

I am too scatter-brained to be constantly trying to make things like this.

Friend of a Friend

Summary: Ethan meets Mark’s sister for the first time, but doesn't know it’s her.

Y/n and Mark loved to go to Comic Con. At first it began with Mark dragging Y/n along, but as she delved into the fandoms that were enveloped into the event, she began to love it.

As Mark grew more and more famous every day, people began to recognize him on their annual outing to the convention. Eventually, Y/n and Mark would get separated. Today was no different. The two had started together, but got separated fairly quickly. Y/n didn’t mind, though; she knew it made him and many others happy. 

An hour passed, and Y/n still saw no sign of Mark. Usually they had reunited by this time, but she didn’t sweat it. Ethan, one of Mark’s friends, was supposed to meet him at the venue. 

Y/n had never actually met Ethan in person, but over the screen he seemed really sweet. She always thought he was cute, too, but she would never tell Mark that. Mark had always been an overprotective brother, shielding her from any harmful thing he could. That included his friends. He never introduced Y/n to his friends, though he would brag on them day and night. He spoke about them in so much depth that Y/n practically felt like she knew them. 

Y/n wandered around the booths which were adorned with decor from many different comics and video games, admiring the dedication put into them. 

“Hey, your shirt is really cool.” A voice spoke and snapped Y/n out of her thoughts, complimenting her vintage Friday the 13th T-shirt. 

Y/n looked toward the direction of the voice and immediately recognized its owner. It was Ethan Nestor. He seemed extremely nervous and shaky, and Y/n wondered if he was always like this.

“Oh, thanks. I like your bracelet.” Y/n complimented the woven blue bracelet around his wrist.

“Th- thank you.” Y/n smiled at him and began to walk away, but Ethan grabbed her attention again, “And you’re uh- you’re really pretty too. I just wanted to tell you that.” He stammered with wide eyes. “I’m not trying to be creepy or anything, I’m really not, it’s just that-”

“It’s okay. I know you’re not trying to be creepy; I’ve heard that you’re a really great guy.” Y/n placed a hand on his forearm, hoping to calm him down. 

Y/n then realized what she had said. She hoped it didn't sound weird or ominous since Ethan didn't know her, and he probably didn’t even know that Mark had a sister.

“Who told you that?” Ethan asked with curiosity.

“Oh, you know. Friend of a friend.” Y/n smiled, then walked in the other direction, hoping to find Mark. 

What Y/n didn't know was that Mark was only a few yards away, standing at the booth he met Ethan at, and though Mark totally missed the whole interaction, Amy certainly did not. She thought the whole interaction was adorable, as she could see what a blushing mess Ethan was. 

“Hey, Mark?” Amy nudged Mark, drawing his attention toward her.

“Yeah?” His response came.

“I think you should introduce Y/n and Ethan.”

“Why? She already knows who he is. She sees him in my videos, and I think she watched his videos.” Mark hurriedly dismissed the idea. 

“But I think they would be cute, I mean, you should've seen the way he looked at her.” Amy got so caught up in playing matchmaker that she failed to realize she had spilled the secret she was attempting to keep from Mark.

“Wait, wait, wait. Back up. The way he looked at her?” Mark exclaimed, and Amy stayed silent before he asked, “Amy? What happened?”

“Okay, so Ethan might have just met Y/n, but he doesn't know she’s your sister. I know how you feel about her meeting people and her safety and all that, but can I just say that it was really cute? Eth was doing that whole blushy shy-boy thing he does when he likes someone and-” Amy quickly explained, but realized she shouldn't have told Mark about Ethan acting like he liked her.

“What?!” Mark was outraged. 

The rest of the day was not going to be pretty.
