Chiisai's fall ended on hard surface, she immediately rolls onto her feet. The view in front of her stole her breath for a moment: Complete skycrapers, neon lights, unfamiliar noises and smells. This wasn't her home anymore...

#today i was basically told that i have to take all of my breaks at work back to back to back within one hour two hours after i clock in #which means that i don't get a break at all later during the night so i don't fucking Want that but i have no other choice because #i'm basically being cornered into doing it by one of the managers who texted my department lead and said i tried to get someone to #cover me for my break at “almost 7 when everyone is going home” which is a fucking lie i asked at 6 #who the fuck wants to take all of their breaks in one hour two hours after they start their eight hour shift #i asked for someone to cover me at 6 because i had to use the bathroom really fucking badly and she was like #“why didn't you take them while the midshift was here” the midshift has a three hour overlap with my shift and i have to be clocked in #for at least two hours before i take any breaks at all and i don't want to take all of my breaks at once that soon #ONE HOUR BEFORE MY COWORKER LEAVES #and like we both have stuff to do????#all three breaks two hours into my shift then nothing for the next six fucking hours funniest joke i've ever heard in my entire life #except it's not a joke because it's from a manager so if i don't do this stupid ass shit i could get disciplined or fired #because they don't want to send anyone to cover for me #you know what's even funnier? i am the ONLY PERSON scheduled for these fucking 2-10 shifts except for our full time guy #my other coworkers? 4-10. i don't want this fucking 2-10 shift get me the fuck OFF OF IT #EATS MY ENTIRE FUCKING DAY #i woke up at 8:30am this morning and it still felt like my entire goddamn day was stolen from me because i wake up have time to myself for #about 5 hours out of my whole day then i have to get ready and get my ass to work until the end of the fucking day #tag rant #tag vent #bakugou katsuki #i feel like this is something i should call my union rep about but idk

I have this feeling that I have unofficial beef with my neighbor...

#text #okay so if you wanna know:#this old lady above our apartment didn't like me even before I moved in #when she first met me we had some guys over who uninstalled and took away the old kitchen cause we were getting a new one #and she instantly tried to file some sort of complaint that it was apparently against the house rules to put spacious furniture into the #elevator without some sort of cover because the elevator could get scratches or something but get this #there was nothing in the house rules that said this. my dad even asked the ppl in charge of the house rules and they confirmed that #pretty weird isn't it? well haven't seen each other too often so I had the fortune of not having to put up with her... until 2 days ago #I just did my laundry and wanted to put it up on the communal drying rack in the basement #you also have to know that the neighbors to the right of us smoke weed. A LOT. I don't rly care you do you but they seem to smoke 24/7 #So much their entire apartment reeks of weed and they actually open their apartment door for like 1 hour in the evening to air #and of course our entire floor smells. so I get into the elevator and wanted to press the button for the basement floor but I notice it #suddenly goes up. and I'm just like okay fine.... until I run into the weird old lady and we stare at each other awkwardly #and I'm like “well... you need to go up or down...?” and she's like “I need to go down but I don't wanna get into the elevator with you..”#(get ready for what she says next) “... because your laundry smells” and you should have seen my confusion. I was so damn close to saying #“you think I put WEED into my laundry?? are you sure???” but I didn't say anything and just went well okay then not ig #So I go to the basement and put up my laundry a little bewildered but still mostly amused go back up and sleep over it #Well today I returned from college and went down to collect the laundry when I found a little piece of paper hung right next to it that said #“when you leave the washroom turn of the lights” but I swear to god I put out the light I'm 100% sure. And like she also knew I was down #there cause I was in the elevator and like why would someone put in all this effort to print out a piece of paper instead of just turning #the lights off themselves??? KRISTOPH DIDNT KILL ZAK IN A FIT OF ANGER RRAGGGHHHH IT WASNT A CRIME OF PASSION

IT WAS CALCULATED!!! kristoph isnt an emotional killer!!!! kristoph is meticulous to a fault, which is why we hv never been able to convict him thru conventional means!! the "decisive" evidence used to convict him both times have been illegal (bloody ace and yellow letter), he has only killed when he thinks he can get away with it! also he had to have been hiding in the hydeout for quite some time, waiting for an opportunity to present itself, the opportunity then being when olga is unconscious and phoenix had left the room. this is not a murder committed in the heat of the moment!!

and also like what would be his motive if it was just a spur of rage, like did just seeing zak again enraged him to the point of murder? firstly, kristoph isnt that emotional!!!! he doesnt break down in 4-1; yes hes angered and slams his fist down once, but its only in 4-4 where he loses it entirely... but he mostly kept his composure in 4-1! thats important to note! and also there are less emotional motives that makes more sense, like the fact that zak is the only person aside from klavier who could prove that kristoph was his initial attorney, as that information isnt kept in public record;

and leaving zak alive and unaccounted left the possibility of implicating kristoph for the forged page from 7 years ago!! this was a CALCULATED murder!!

#idk how common this interpretation is bit ive seen 2 people say it atp and thats 2 people too many!!!!#and now im thinking abt the fact that kristoph had 7 years to kill klavier if he was that desperate to cover up his forgery but never did #kristoph is so interesting for all the things he never did... didnt kill phoenix trucy or brushel despite the possible benefits he could #reap from that.. was it bc it he would be caught? he didnt have an opportunity to? such an interesting character #also maybe im misunderstanding what crime of passion means and am embarrassing myself eheh #but basically im saying he didnt murder zak in the heat of the moment or in a spur of rage;#but was rather in control the entire time and murdered him to achieve something out of it
