CONFIDENTIAL HEARINGS AS THE WAY TO GET RID OF WITNESSES OF FRAUD ON COURT
It’s already about year since she said “I don’t care” on my direct question if she is bribed.
She made me “confidential dance” to say that 😄
Funny that all those bribed crooks retaliate like hell before being disqualified.
And then she’s gone.
Or, I forgot - she knew that Beth will not disqualify her, but just “rotate” her - so that asshole will continue taking bribes and terrorizing kids in another department.
As of now, Beth concealed already 12 statements of disqualification in total, against 3 disqualified judges during about one year from only my case.
And those whores retaliated to me by arrest orders and permanent restraining order against my kid. Only because I caught her on fraud and disqualified that bitch.
This shit became public anyways - and now I don’t care too 🙂
If only those assholes won’t make so much harm - I would laugh at it… But our kids will never forget shit that those whores did to them…

For everyone dooming over the SCOTUS decision, know this: It isn’t over. We just cannot depend on the judicial system to save us.
We have to fucking vote; we have to tell the fucking conservative hacks that handed down the decision that their plan to turn the US into a Christofascist shithole where anyone non-white, non-male, and non-straight is sent to the gas chamber WILL NOT come to pass.
Vote for Biden, no matter what, to tell the fucking Court that they will NOT take the country and our futures away from us.

This is an illegitimate and deeply corrupt Supreme Court
Tumblr media
Today is a sad day in American constitutional law and in the lives of LGBT people. The Supreme Court of the United States declares that a particular kind of business, though open to the public, has a constitutional right to refuse to serve members of a protected class. The Court does so for the first time in its history. By issuing this new license to discriminate in a case brought by a company that seeks to deny same-sex couples the full and equal enjoyment of its services, the immediate, symbolic effect of the decision is to mark gays and lesbians for second-class status. In this way, the decision itself inflicts a kind of stigmatic harm, on top of any harm caused by denials of service. The opinion of the Court is, quite literally, a notice that reads: "Some services may be denied to same-sex couples."
Today, the Court, for the first time in its history, grants a business open to the public a constitutional right to refuse to serve members of a protected class. Specifically, the Court holds that the First Amendment exempts a website-design company from a state law that prohibits the company from denying wedding websites to same-sex couples if the company chooses to sell those websites to the public.
The Court also holds that the company has a right to post a notice that says, "No [wedding websites] will be sold if they will be used for gay marriages."
Our Constitution contains no right to refuse service to a disfavored group.
—Justice Sonia Sotomayor; excerpts from the dissenting opinion

Prompt 123
Talon is… confused. Though talons can not feel confusion, according to the Court talons don’t feel anything. Perhaps what it is feeling is not confusion then, but for a lack of a better term it supposes it shall refer to it as that.
There is… another Talon? A strange Talon, far smaller than any talon it has seen before, and with eyes not yellow either. They were more… green! Yes, that was the color! A bright gleaming green not like any other talon’s golden or yellow eyes hidden beneath goggles.
Sometimes the Court would bring Talons down to the white rooms though, it knows. For injections or to be cut into, depending on if they were working correctly like good talons should. But sometimes the Court would bring hatchling-talons down to… make better? Make better as the Masters said.
Hm… so this was another Talon! A hatchling-Talon? A baby-Talon! Only the best talons got to have hatchlings and fledglings follow them, though this hatchling looked too small to climb. Not that it mattered, if the Court has sent and given it a Hatchling then it must be doing a good job at watching the Bats. Now it must simply keep an eye on both the Bats and its Hatchling.
It shall put the Hatchling in its hood, where the Cold cannot reach it and Talon doesn’t have to worry about Hatchling not keeping up. Not that talons can feel worry. According to the Court, talons don’t feel anything after all.
Danny on the other hand, isn’t pleased with how emerging from his core early has resulted in him being some sort of toddler. Which A, isn’t fair, and B, is humiliating! Not to mention there was this really strange person who… oh wait that’s ghost-speak. Heavily accented but definitely ghost-speak, with the proper emotion sharing before said emotions are squashed down and everything.
Huh. They don’t feel like a ghost either, they kind of feel similar to him, albeit… sort of not? Muffled? Ugh, it’s hard to tell with this tiny baby body! Curse you tiny baby body!

From the December 21, 2023 opinion piece:
Lavish world cruises, secret deals with moneyed donors, threats to step down unless someone ponied up with a pay raise, fishing trips with parties who have business before the court, an amicus brief industrial complex wholly bought and paid for by billionaire donations, leaked drafts, and secret speeches are not the stuff of constitutional democracy, or infallibility, or finality. When the hyperpolitical supercharged Trump cases catch up with the court—and that is beginning to happen, right now, this week—all that stench will run headlong into the questions about why the husband of the woman who went to the pep rally for the insurrection and the folks who lied to us all about Dobbs are objective enough to decide the outcome of an election. The same people entrusted with the protecting the reputation of the court have blundered into being wholly responsible for protecting democracy. Not one thing suggests they will take the latter any more seriously than they took the former.
