Katsuki Bakugo headcanon:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
-Bakugo is confident and brash, but when you're alone, he’s much softer.
-His love is demonstrated through acts of care, though he doesn’t always say it outright.
-A typical date might involve him dragging you to a spot he finds interesting—maybe a new training ground or a place where he can show off his skills.
-He tries to act cool, but his cheeks flush when you praise him.
-Despite his tough exterior, Bakugo loves surprising you with small gestures, like buying you your favorite snacks or leaving a note for you in an unexpected place.
-His “romantic” moments are blunt but meaningful: "I don’t need anyone else. You’re the one I want."
-Sometimes, he’ll watch you silently with a small smile when he thinks you’re not looking, but you catch his gaze, and he quickly looks away, embarrassed.
-Bakugo is fiercely protective of you. He might not always show it in the most gentle way, but you’ll never feel unsafe when he’s around.
-Bakugo’s not big on PDA, but when you’re alone, he’ll surprise you with small, unexpected gestures like running his hand through your hair or pulling you close for a brief hug.
-He’s not the type to say “I love you” every day, but he’ll call you something like “damn, you’re pretty cool” or “you're the best damn partner I could ask for” when you least expect it.
-If you’re going through something difficult, Bakugo will show his support in a straightforward, sometimes blunt way, pushing you to overcome challenges with his “stop being weak” attitude, but it’s always coming from a place of care.
-He’s not one to hide it, so when other people flirt with you or give you too much attention, he’ll get irritated and make sure everyone knows you’re his.
-When you accomplish something, Bakugo gets proud—he might not show it immediately, but he’ll make sure others know how impressive you are (especially if it involves him being involved in some way).
-If you’re good at something he’s passionate about (like training or a hobby), expect him to challenge you to a friendly competition, just to prove that he's the best... but secretly, he loves when you beat him because it pushes him to be better.
-Bakugo is fiercely loyal. He’ll always have your back, even if he doesn’t show it with words. He’d go to great lengths to protect you and keep you safe.
-While he’s protective, Bakugo respects your independence. He’s not going to hover over you or control your every move—he trusts you to make your own decisions.
-He’s not the type to plan romantic dinners, but if you’ve had a tough day, he might show up with your favorite food or take you out somewhere to help you unwind.
-Bakugo’s not the most emotionally expressive person, so it can take a while for him to truly open up about his feelings. However, once he does, it’s meaningful and deep.
-Bakugo loves to tease you, but it's all in good fun. Sometimes his teasing can get a little intense, but if you ever tell him it’s too much, he’ll tone it down (even if he acts annoyed about it).
-He gets irritated if anyone tries to steal your attention away from him for too long. Quality time is important, so if you’re busy, he’ll make sure you find a way to spend time with him soon.
-When it’s just the two of you, he’ll occasionally let his guard down and show a side of him that’s softer, often without even realizing it. He trusts you enough to do so.

If you don't get ideas, just start reading on the topic you want to write. You will get some notions while reading. Use them to elaborate your story.

Hey! I work as a freelance content writer/copywriter as well. I had to stop working because of academic pressure, but the pay in my country is peanuts, and I have always wanted to expand globally. I would really appreciate it if you could share some tips on how you started getting clients and how did you build your agency? Thanks!!
Hi love! Some high-level tips are below:
Intern/Apply to remote internships to get clips/experience
Create an Upwork account to get entry-level work/testimonials to get some client portfolio work and to help build your professional reputation
Always be on the lookout for leads, do your research, and craft a thoughtful/useful pitch for the client/publisher. Send work samples/share how you can help them. Follow up – remember rejection is part of the job, it's a numbers game
Start your own blog to show off your skills/build credibility in the writing world/your field
Save all of your quality-work to use in your portfolio. Always have a portfolio ready in PDF format and as a direct link that's mobile-friendly available when pitching clients
Utilize LinkedIn, your university connections, build your network, request informational interviews, and don't be shy to ask for letters of recommendation or referrals
When you do get a client whose honest and integral, show up and do your best work and submit it on time. If you can't for whatever reason, request an extension/notify them of the delay ahead of time
Perfect your craft, continuously read about your industry, and sharpen your skills. Show up with a business owner, not employee, mindset. This might be different when you're doing contract work for an agency where they might have their own contracts, set a budget, etc. But, when working with smaller, independent clients, ensure you have your rates, terms, general business practices, contracts (see a lawyer about this one), onboarding process, client questionnaire, payment method, etc., all set up for your client to acclimate to when you're ready to sign them. Remember, your clients are your customers, not your employers. It is a partnership, not an unequal power dynamic – you are the talent, not the direct report.
Hope this helps xx

Writing Tip: How to repurpose content
I have been a professional content writer for almost five years now, writing content for various organizations pertaining to various content pillars. At first I used to write content differently for every platform but very recently I've learned the art of turning one idea into various content pieces.
Here's how I do it and you can do it too:
Start with the goal of your content for e.g. your goal can be promoting an educational course.
Then create the longest or largest piece of content. It can be a book, an e-book or most commonly a blog post. The key here is when we are creating a brand new piece of content, the largest piece of content usually take up most of the time. Why? Because it takes a lot to brainstorm fresh ideas for the content.
Social Media Posts: Once you are done with the blog, don't rush to post it instead break it into smaller chunks and post them on social media apps like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. For this you can create different graphics inspired by the blog (I find Canva most easy to work with) and write SEO-friendly title and description. Again, don't make haste to post all of them at once rather schedule 1 post/pin per week.
Videos: Once the textual format is figured out, its time to create videos using script derived from the original blog. Videos are the best way to derive engagement. You can always start a YouTube channel, if not an IGTV series also works fine.
Reels: From your blog you can also identify which sections can be broken down and create reels of 30-60 sec duration and record them with a captivating hook. You can also trim down your recorded video for this purpose. Schedule your reels just like your posts but on a different day. This will ensure you are posting at least twice a week on social media. Once the textual and video content is sorted. Go on! Post that blog and republish it on LinkedIn, Medium and other blogging platforms.
Emails: Draft emails related to your blog post and send it to your mailing list. Emails are by far the most formal mode of conversation with higher rates of conversation than social media and search combined.
That's it, that's how you repurpose your content.
Remember to talk about your content on your stories since that drives engagement. Another way to cater to your audience is by podcast. If you don't have one, you can apply to be a guest speaker. Trust me on this. Its the best way for your audience to learn from you and find you. Lastly, conduct live webinars or Q&A sessions to interact with your audience. Who knows, you might end up getting your new content idea!!

Writing Intro! <3
Hi! I'm new to writeblr--while I'm here I'll probably post things I write for fun or events, if there are any.
I'm also trying to gain experience with writing content as well as copy so that I can become a freelance writer. I'm a student, so I want to help out with college tuition (and maybe start investing). I hope to surround myself with writers so that I can discover the topics I like, as I took a break from writing for a while. Some things that I have written in the past include Shakespearean sonnets, alternate endings, and short stories. I'm also well-versed in academic-style writing, such as essays like literary analyses, synthesis essays, rhetoric analyses, arguments, research papers, and responses to prompts.
I look forward to meeting new people and learning along the way!!!
EDIT: I recently released chapter one my WIP, so you can check it out here if you want!

Don't just tell the story📜 Show it instead🤩
Tumblr media
In the world of content writing, captivating your audience is essential.
Just stating mere facts or emotions isn't enough.
You want readers to feel immersed...to truly understand what you're conveying.
That's where the golden law of "show, don't tell" comes in.
What does this phrase actually mean?
A Crisp Definition:
By "showing" instead of "telling," you transform content from a flat statement into an engaging experience.
For example;
🗣️ TELLING: The hike was challenging.
🖼️ SHOWING: My legs burned with each step as I ascended the steep trail. Sweat dripped down my forehead, blurring the breathtaking vista of the mountain range before me.
Could you feel the difference??? Between just telling and showing the experience?
That is great✨ Follow this golden rule while creating content....
Because, this approach enables your readers to connect with your message on a deeper level, ultimately, making your content more impressive and impactful.
Tumblr media
Just try it...😎✅
