Challenging myself this time! I watched all of The Untamed in record time for someone like me, who can’t sit down and watch something to save my life. But this series…oh man. It’s indescribably beautiful. The story and characters are just so incredible, and I think I’m hooked for life. I just finished watching all of Grandmaster too, and now I’m starting the novels. I can happily watch/read this love story in a million different forms. Just beautiful.

Since finishing, I decided I wanted to do some fanart of it - starting with the live action (Untamed) since it was the first one I watched. I started it off as a sketch, with the intention of painting it and layering it with origami paper, a new challenge for myself. It ended up being layers and layers of washi paper, gold leaf, silver leaf, gel, origami, vellum, and cardstock. The strings on the guqin are hand-sewed in, and there is beadwork throughout. With visuals like the ones you get in this show, I felt the art had to go big. It meant this was a three week process, of roughly 1 - 9 hours a day. Another seemingly impossible challenge for myself, but on a steady course of Rooibos tea and protein bars, anything can get done…

All jokes aside, I’m so so proud of this. Thanks for viewing 💕

CHAPTER 14 of The Haves and The Have Nots IS UP. The Final Chapter. Thank you @constellationsinmytea for this wonderful picture.  Excerpt  Rey turned and looked at Ben, tilting her head, “Wow. It’s a Wonderful Life has a pretty serious theme. I never really thought of the concept of what the world would be like if I was never born.  It’s pretty intense.  I mean just consider it, it’s amazing the idea of all the people our lives touch in our day to day living.  The concept of all the small things we do that can change a person’s life.” 

Ben paused and took a sip of the wine that he’d been holding.  “Yeah, it is a pretty existential thought, really.  What small thing have you done to change someone’s life and if you were never there to do it what impact would that make.  For example, if you taking too long to order your drink and it happened to hold someone up at Starbucks one day and they were late, what if that somehow saved them from walking into traffic and saved their lives?”  He shook his head.  

“A chain reaction of events.” Rey pondered.  “It’s huge.  I can think back of some of the kids I helped during my time with Plutt, the kids I helped protect from him.  I hated my life back then but if I wasn’t there, they would have been really hurt. So, if I was never born, if I wasn’t there, they would have suffered so much because they weren’t as strong as I was. So as hard as it was, my life had real meaning, even then.”  She looked up to him with tears in her eyes.  “I just didn’t know it.” 

“Oh, baby, your life has always had meaning.”  He wiped the tears from her eyes and pulled her into his arms.

“I know.  I’m really believing that now Ben.  I really, really am.”  She tilted her head and smiled up to him. OR READ FROM THE BEGINNING

Four months since the last update and it’s back, baby! I honestly didn’t ever think I’d actually be able to update this fic. It’s something of...I don’t even know how to describe how I feel about PLT at this point. I want it to be perfect. I want it to mean something. It feels like it’s my heart and soul, my everything. I didn’t want to write this while I was still struggling to figure out what it wanted to be. I hope I’ve done it justice here.

Cheerleading was difficult, but I loved it besides I'm in high school , I'm young and popular After school I had swimming team which was awesome I swear if i could breath underwater I'll live underwater away from reality from the world , especially school ....

My mother had been lately sick , heart condition problems I have been with her in so many hospitals in Coruscant that I lost count . it's only me and my mother , my father died when I was only eight years old an a car accident . but i do remember my father everyday , he use to talk about the mother land back home in Jakku and Tatooine , he told me he had left when he was very young he had an uncle call Ben kenobi which sometimes I spoke through the phone he sounded very nice .

uncle kenobi is a very religious man and wise you see in jakku isnt like here in Coruscant , in jakku everyone is religious and traditional old fashioned pry every moring and there isn't any other force than the force it's self and the belief that there's balance in this world . women had to cover themselves from head to toe which for me was odd especially for a city girl like me. In jakku , women were arranged to marry a man of family especially religious and wealthy the marriage was arranged by the family if the man saw you and liked you he'll marry you. I'll never marry a man who I dont know at all especially without love , never....

My company is called the first order ,In my company we make jewlery out of diamonds i have other business ,I own hotels , resorts , casinos. I have everything but I miss my family my "home " ...

I was brought up religious believing in the true force by the family especially my uncle luke . My mother and father lived in chandrila my birth home , while my uncle lived in jakku . my parents named me after their beloved friend Ben kenobi it is said That he knew my grandfather before everything went wrong .

My mother have call me so many times , always telling me to come back home she wanted to see me I haven't seen my parents for a quite a long time I'm always busy.. I didn't have time to go visit them like I use to . the last time I went to jakku to visit my uncle was like 10 years ago which is a long time .I love my life here I go to party dinners ,travel , yes I went out with a lot of women but nothing serious so far. I met bazine netal in a dinner party we had a crazy night , I did like her company so I kept a friends with benefits sort of relationship . bazine wasn't something serious , sometimes I was in a company of another women which made bazine jealous she call every moment that woman was crazy as hell.

I never considered marrying.. that was out of the question . if I ever get marry that meant I was crazy that day ..

Sooo…who wants to talk about Bruno??

And literally all of the other Madrigal family members because Encanto was amazing. Seriously loved this one, just laughter and tears the whole time (and that MUSIC OMG). First painting of 2022 done! My partner helped me out tremendously by animating the gold leaf shine since it is so hard to take a decent photo of, which is such a bummer because I love adding it to paintings! The animation technique works well to show it though ✨
