Great morning workout yesterday. I didn't go to fast on the first 2 sets then the 3rd set I wanted to see what I had left. 6m26sec up and then I climbed down in 5m26sec. Climbing down doesn't seem to drain you except you feel it when you immediately turn around to climb back up to 40.
