Labyrinth of Thoughts
Have you ever felt like you're wandering through the intricate pathways of your own mind, lost in a maze of thoughts, memories, and emotions? I think we all have, at some point in our lives. It's a perplexing journey, one where the destination often seems elusive and the landmarks ever-changing. In this post, I want to explore the concept of being "lost in my mind" and how it's a shared experience that connects us all.
The Labyrinth of Thoughts
Our minds are vast and complex landscapes, akin to intricate labyrinths with no clear maps or exit signs. We venture into these mental labyrinths every day, exploring the corridors of our thoughts and feelings. Sometimes, we find ourselves in familiar territories, reliving cherished memories or pondering current concerns. Other times, we stumble into dark corners, grappling with anxieties or regrets.
The Multitude of Emotions
Emotions are the colors that paint our mental landscapes. Joy, sadness, anger, fear—they are the hues that give life to our experiences. When we're lost in our minds, these emotions can become overwhelming. We may get caught in a whirlwind of feelings, unable to find our way out. It's during these moments that we must remember that emotions are temporary, like passing storms in the vast sky of our consciousness.
The Echoes of Memories
Memories are the markers that guide us through the labyrinth of our minds. Some memories are cherished, like bright beacons leading us home, while others are haunting echoes that send us down unexpected paths. Our ability to navigate our mental maze often depends on how we interpret and integrate these memories into our present selves.
Finding Solace in Reflection
Being lost in your mind can be a disorienting experience, but it can also be an opportunity for self-discovery and growth. It's during these moments of introspection that we can gain valuable insights into our desires, fears, and motivations. It's a time to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and find our way back to a more centered and grounded state of being.
Connecting with Others
One of the paradoxes of being lost in your mind is that it's a deeply personal experience, yet it's also something we all share as human beings. We may feel isolated in our thoughts, but the truth is, there are countless others navigating their own mental labyrinths. Sharing our experiences and struggles with others can foster a sense of connection and empathy that reminds us we are not alone in this journey.
Embracing Mindfulness
Practicing mindfulness can be a helpful tool for those moments when we find ourselves lost in our minds. By observing our thoughts without judgment and bringing our attention to the present moment, we can begin to regain a sense of clarity and control. Mindfulness allows us to step out of the labyrinth momentarily and take a breath of fresh awareness.
In conclusion, getting lost in your mind is a natural part of the human experience. It's a reminder of the vastness and complexity of our inner worlds. While it can be a challenging and confusing journey, it's also an opportunity for self-discovery, reflection, and connection with others. So, the next time you find yourself wandering in the labyrinth of your thoughts, remember that you're not alone, and there's always a way to find your way back to the light.

Leadership Skills for All In Leadership Roles
Tumblr media
"I am a retired school principal and leadership coach, thus I have read a great deal about leadership and have taught about it to many people in multiple settings. This book by Dr. Valme clearly covers everything I learned and experienced related to my many years working in leadership. For a beginning scholar of leadership, this is a thorough foundation. I urge you to read the book and/or access the audio version and listen. It’s messages also apply to getting along with all people with whom we come in contact." ~ Wood Hughes

✨CONTAGIOUS POSITIVE VIBE. ⁉️Too many of us underestimate the power of a positive vibe/energy. It can change the atmosphere of a place within seconds from dull and lifeless to electric. ➡️As The B.A.N.G Creator, one of the things I am intentional about is the energy that I diffuse anywhere I am. I want to be that person that is magnetic, inviting and positive. 💛I was in the waiting room of a TV studio with some other guests on the same show yesterday and I engaged every single one of them in conversation instead of being preoccupied on my phone. 💜One of the people I met that we clicked immediately is this lovely woman in the video, Joy @theunspeakablejoy. We found we had so many things in common and connected on a deeper level. ➡️I imagine what would have happened if I had not been myself and took my time to connect with each person individually. I might never have known what a spectacular person I missed out on just because I was too timid to put myself out there with total strangers. 🔑KEY POINTS: 📌 Don’t be afraid to be you. 📌Be intentional about networking and connecting with people. 📌You are a brand. Live it 24/7. 📌Confidence and positive energy are an irresistible combination. ✅Life is happening right now. Be fully present. Live it unapologetically and connect with people that you are privileged to meet. You never know when you entertain a stranger or save someone’s lives by what you say or do for them in that moment. 💥My name is Madame Merola, The B.A.N.G Creator. #spiritualSelfCare #body #mind #connectingWithOthers #compassion #beingPresent #thePresent #hurt #pain #mindfulness #meditation #zenwords #zenmister Spiritual self-care involves taking care of your body and mind with a spiritual sense of caring. It involves eating well, sleeping enough, getting exercise, bathing, and brushing your teeth. It involves connecting with others, practicing compassion toward them and opening yourself to their compassion. It involves slowing down and being present right where you are with things just as they are, even if it hurts. When things hurt, be present with the pain and practice compassion for yourself. See what could be wrong and do what you can to help yourself feel better.

STAND OUT!
Capturing Attention in Social Media
Social Media is one of the most popular internet usage now a days. Capturing attention is seeking ways to let others know what you are doing and thinking. People capture others attention by posting frequently and sharing any type of information. Social Media has transformed into an important role in our everyday life, from work to personal. I think it’s important because this is the way to introduce yourself with others, from sharing your business to staying in contact with others.
It’s easy to stay updated with any type of topic in social media and catch more viewers. By creating hashtags on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This will lead others to your post when they click a hashtag you created. By sharing a post you think will have others talking such as anything in the news or quotes. Posting frequently has people viewing your pictures of what you are doing for example checking in wherever you are at.
Maintaining Engagement in Social Media
In order to secure an engagement in social media is to be be interested in others topics in order to keep that relationship. It’s important to keep this relationship because you never know when you’ll need a helping hand. By doing this one must respond to comments, messages or calls. Following small business to know you are rooting for them and helping them get customers. Lastly, by inviting others to your conversations by tagging them in a posts.

Connecting with Others
With the New Year here and all my Holiday Boutiques over, I'm feeling very blessed by all the connections I've made through them. It's wonderful seeing the customers who come each year. In some of these connections I've even been fortunate enough make friends.
The other day I was having lunch with a friend who I met through my business and made the jewelry for both of her daughters weddings. As we were having lunch she said to me, "You're so lucky to have your business." My reply to her was that the best part about my business is the people I get to meet. I then told her about something that recently took place at a show. During this show, I was explaining to a woman what the symbolism behind the infinity bracelets is. As her two daughters were with her, I used her love for them to explain what the infinity symbol means saying, "It's like the love you have for your two daughters - it's never ending, it's forever." After explaining this to her, she began to cry. When I asked if she was alright, she informed me that her husband had recently passed and then she apologized for crying. I let her know it was okay to cry, especially with what she was going through.  At that moment I felt so honored to be there and (hopefully) help her with grief, even if it was only a little.
It really overwhelms me with how many wonderful people I've met through something I love to do. I hope you enjoy your jewelry purchases and you enjoy wearing them as much as I love making them. Thank you for coming out to the Holiday Shopping Events, and visiting my online store. I hope you all have a wonderful year and I hope to see you soon.
XO,
Margie

Etiquette and Effective Communication are the golden paired skills for any personal brand that wants to make deep connection with their target audience. What you say, how you say it and when you say it can change the dynamics of your communication drastically. The good news is that they are both learnable skills and you must master them in 2021 if you want to amplify your G.E.N.I.U.S and uplevel your personal brand. If you rub people off the wrong way, they won’t want to listen to anything you say and they will not like you. I will be sharing more about etiquette this year as part of my Effective Communication and Image Management program, so if you are interested in knowing more, send me a DM. It’s all part of building an unforgettable E.P.I.C Brand that CONNECTS. My name is Madame Merola, The B.A.N.G Creator and I like this post 😁. What about you?
