Beautifully done condo in an 1861 church in Pittsburgh, PA has 2bs, 3ba, 2,500 sq ft. $1.495m + $440mo, HOA.

This is nice. Unusual railings.

Here's a library area with a built-in fish tank. Unique.

Not sure, but that looks like an original choir loft.

Very nice with the original ceiling.

They put the main living area up here. Not loving that pole, though. They should've made a column.

Interesting floor plan- very modern kitchen in one corner.

Dining area in the middle, living room in the opposite corner.

They left the original ornate architectural elements and chose very plain, modern cabinetry.

Check out this bath.

Smaller bedroom #2 has a cute window.

Plus, a very nice ensuite.

More stairs to another level. This must be a bonus space.

Lovely office with built-ins and a round window.

Wow, this is a nice old tower with the original exposed brick. Then, up another level.

A sitting room way up here in the uppermost steeple. Why didn't they put one of those compact vacuum elevators in here?

This is very cool. I think that this unit gets this steeple, judging by the way it keeps going up several floors.

You can see the round window that's in the home office.

This unit features a private rooftop deck, also.

The building is gigantic.

The hallway is nice.

Long foyer in the unit.

Laundry closet.

This is nice- a walk-in closet.

Not bad. Interesting kitchen island. Angled kitchen cabinets in a corner kitchen.

It's small, though.

Interesting art on the windows. That TV is too high.

I guess you eat at the counter. I like the metal stuff they put in, but I still think that $445k is a lot and the HOA fee is absurd.

Under the loft is a little flex space and a double closet. Do you love the metal stairs?

It's interesting how they went for the fancy metal, but the rest of the apt. is a pedestrian beige w/standard cabinetry. You can make it look much cooler than this.

The view isn't that great.

Nice parking garage.

Plus, a storage unit, which is great, but I'd rather have more living space. It has some great amenities, but the apt. itself is so small.
