Would you buy this 1999 studio apt. in Seattle, WA for $445k + $388mo. HOA fee? 1ba, 566 sq ft.

The hallway is nice.

Long foyer in the unit.

Laundry closet.

This is nice- a walk-in closet.

Not bad. Interesting kitchen island. Angled kitchen cabinets in a corner kitchen.

It's small, though.

Looking down at the entire thing from the sleep loft.

Interesting art on the windows. That TV is too high.

I guess you eat at the counter. I like the metal stuff they put in, but I still think that $445k is a lot and the HOA fee is absurd.

Under the loft is a little flex space and a double closet. Do you love the metal stairs?

Well, at least, you can stand up, in the loft.

Is that corner supposed to be scrunched like that?

It's interesting how they went for the fancy metal, but the rest of the apt. is a pedestrian beige w/standard cabinetry. You can make it look much cooler than this.

Basic 3 pc. bath.

Communal rooftop deck.

The view isn't that great.

Nice parking garage.

Plus, a storage unit, which is great, but I'd rather have more living space. It has some great amenities, but the apt. itself is so small.

let this be my first tumblr post. so i was always a writer even back in the day. i first realized i love to write when i was in first year high school, while drafting a ‘novel’ alone after coming home early. i was so exhilarated i felt like my soul was flying across the room. i even pictured a white skirt billowing in that afternoon light. we often use the word ‘soul’ to mean emotional depth, & it was the first time i did that, dedicated to the discovery that i love to express myself through words. at that time i was an average student. no high grades, no school paper, no teacher recognizing my talent, no nothing. it was just my pure love for writing. and now that i live by myself, with no writing job to validate me, my soul is on cloud nine.
