Naturehearted culture is getting really excited and happy when you see how the backyard of the house you're moving into is super woodsy and there are lots of different flowers in the spring and summer and the grass grows tall and the nearest leaves of the oldest trees brush the top of your head and it just feels like family and and

And then your heart getting crushed when the rest of your family mows the grass (took the flowers with them too) and trims the tree branches :(

i'm pretty happy that its fall now, as i'm fall hearted, i've always felt a connection to fall, and having a word now for it is nice ig, i was so exisided, and now im just happy. i feel more me right now, yay. and when people get sad about summer ending i dont really understand, i try to, but i can only be happy, shout out to my fellow season hearted folk! those that are getting closer to their season, are in their season, or sad that their's has ended and has a long wait, yall are awsome! your feelings about this matter! I can’t tell whether you see yourself as these things to any degree. But if you do, then objectkin and conceptkin are very much what you’re looking for.

If not, otherhearted is similar to otherkin: it’s where something is important to your identity without being literally you. It’s got all the same subsets, of course, so objecthearted and concepthearted are things too.

Need help with identifying a niche attachment...

It's coming from me realizing I have always felt a sort of pull towards Furry communities and the mechanics of being a Furry, despite not necessarily being attracted to anthro in particular.

I am becoming more of a furry, but I realized I need to explore other parts of my identity as well. A la "furry" is an oversimplification of how I feel about many things.

Partially due to autism, I like so many sensations and concepts. Shiny things, textures, rainbows, ice, refraction, especially bubbles, gems, or water... Water bodies, space bodies, dimension bending bodies, holographic bodies, mechanical of course, plantlike of course, and even liminal spaces as apart of the body... it would be cool.

It is also a genuine comfort, soothing, and stimming, allowing oneself to ground and feel safe. I hold more comfort and identity in nonliving creatures. Creatures are unpredictable and can cause harm. I don't understand that nor relate to it. Does that make sense?

It seems pretty obvious. And yet there's nothing about it? Am I just looking in the wrong places- but I dont even know if theres anywhere else to look?
