So, guys, you remember this, right?

Well, those were concept designs I had for Telemarketing, however, I changed it. Tbh I feel like this won't have the same repercussion the first design did, but I feel more good with this. So here's the final design:

Feel free to share your thoughts/opinions, etc... Believe it or not, it was hard for me to change my original idea, but I wanted to do something that I feel better with and I thing I managed to do it haha

✨Battlemage Merlin✨

That's it, that's the concept.

...

A) post canon: Arthur implements a court of sorcerers for strategies. He needs good battle mages. Merlin watches for a while, until he gets restless at their stupidity and joins in, using his years of experience as Arthur's closest war confidante and protector, to turn the legions into an actual army.

B) time travel: in a forest not too far from Camelot, a powerful sorcerer is spotted. Past Merlin gets hurt somehow and Arthur forces him to stay behind, while he goes to confront the sorcerer (much to Merlin's Horror). Only to meet a future, battle worn sorcerer!Merlin who is here to.... Help? On behalf of his King? Future King Arthur???!!!

C) alternate Au: Merlin was born in a Kingdom of battle mages and one of their most promising (also most rebellious) protiges. He goes to Camelot to escape his destiny as crown prince and ends up protecting Arthur instead.

(could also be an arranged marriage, whichever you fancy)

D) Arthur and Merlin try to go undercover in a foreign country. Arthur tries to make Merlin his page , however, since these people use magic in their forces, Arthur doesn't have a chance when he fights them. Merlin, however, does. Arthur has to play Merlin's page instead.

Some sketches of Reverse AU Comic Ambrosius.

I have one drawing in the works with his armour redesign but for now:

Now, I'm not necessarily an expert when it comes to these things so if I can have some advice on them that'd be great but I did some research for the design (also with Arcane Viktor's back brace in mind).

I also had a design idea brace for his leg (I might have gotten the wrong leg, that's on me).

I wanted to keep as true to his original injuries by the end of the book as possible.

He also has burn scars leading from his back that travel a bit to his front.

These are, still, at the end, just some sketches and ideas for him. I'd like to do more research to see if this can be viable while also remembering the technically technical advances that they have in the comics.
